I REALLYSHOULDHAVEREADTHEREVIEWSBEFOREBUYINGHERE! This product DOESNOT work! The maintenance to keep this product is ridiculous. There’s so many steps(adding salt, rinsing out, etc.) to this thing. It’s a flimsy plastic piece of garbage, I cannot believe they sell this for $ 80! And yeah yeah I get it, ANYONE can tell it’s a scam, right? Well I bought 3 extra ones because the guy who sold them to me GUARANTEED that it was refundable! He stamped the customer service number on the receipt and told me I MUSTCALLTHENUMBERBEFORECOMINGBACKTORETURN. I asked him 3 or 4 times just to be sure. Why would I buy 3 extra at $ 80 at a nonrefundable price??? Well, turns out customer service number does not work. Total scam. I go back to the kiosk at the mall and they won’t even give me the guy’s name so I could at least file a suit at the small claims court. To Owner: If you are reading this, I will make sure to tell customers near your kiosk that the product is BOGUS. I did that today and will do it every time I shop at the mall. IT’S ONETHINGTOBEBOUGHTINTO A PRODUCTBY A SAVVYSALESMAN, BUTANOTHERTOLIETO A CUSTOMER.

PLEAAAASSSSSEBEWARE!!! This product is a total scam! It does NOT work! My hard earned money just went down the drain. I can’t believe the Glendale galleria mall actually allow these people to scam the public like this. I will report this to the business bureau!

Wish I could make NEGATIVE stars! Bought mine at the Los Cerritos Mall kiosk. I got the price down to $ 54 but it’s completely useless. I have taken it back to the Israeli salesman at the kiosk twice because it didn’t work. I even spoke to the guy in Hebrew, hoping that if I played the«I speak your language card» he’d help me out. Both times it seems the water leaked into the heating element chamber, rendering it useless. Both times the guy gave me a brand new one. And both times I had to swear up and down that I followed the directions for priming it to the letter. I finally called the phone number on my receipt and only got voice mail. What really irks me is that I still had to go buy a small steamer. But this time I got one from Bed, Bath and Beyond for less than half the price and I got to use a coupon. Lo and behold, it works!

Italsteam is a light weight steaming iron. I picked one up at a kiosk at a mall for $ 75– It may have been the Glendale Galleria or the Santa Anita Westfield. The salesman is a pro at making it seem magical. It’s supposed to remove all wrinkles without an ironing board. It doesn’t burn the clothes as a conventional iron can. I used it twice since I bought it months ago. It’s a complete bogus. It doesn’t remove the wrinkles. It made a puddle of water when it started and created a big mess.
