After being in the work force after tech school, Emad bought J & E Auto Complete Auto Service in order to pursue a path in the automotive industry. Emad loves being able to serve the community at J & E where honest and approachable car repairs are the cornerstone of business. Went to have my out of warranty car serviced. My dad urged me to get it done because he was worried about the drive belts, and sure enough, J&E called me to tell me they thought the drive belts needed replacing. They gave me a quote, which I googled and found to be at the low end. The car was ready later the same day. Great service and great attitude.

Great and fast service. I’ve never been here before and decided to give them a try due to the high ratings on Unilocal.I scheduled an appointment for changing my brakes at 9AM the next day. I came in 30 minutes late, but Emad took my appointment anyways, even though they looked to be really busy. I let Emad know that I was in a rush and he was able to get me out of there in about an hour. The price was a little bit less than what he had originally quoted me, so that was an added bonus. 10 out 10 would go here again

My daughter move to Glendale from the Bay Area and had some car issues, she found J&E Complete Auto Service on Unilocal.They took care of the problem almost immediately, she was treated wonderfully. We are so thankful for their service. They were also very courteous over the phone.

My coworker recommended this location to get an oil change because dealer prices are ridiculous. Called to schedule and appointment and he was very honest from the start and told me that if I brought my car I would have to wait because it was around lunch time so I told him I could drop it off and comeback for it and he said that would be perfect. When I picked up I was shocked when he told me he changed the AC filter as well because it was filthy –which Lexus hasn’t ever in the 3 years I’ve been taking it to them. Then he showed me the Lexus receipt where it showed he purchased the oil, filter & AC filter. I was very satisfied and will definitely recommend him!

These guys serviced my wife’s Mercedes for way less than the dealership quoted me. Jason personally received me when I got there and was really courteous. Service B took about 2 hours and checkout was prompt. These guys do a fantastic job, I will be bringing my BMW here once it needs it’s next service. Highly recommended!

I had a check engine light that would come on occasionally and went in for an emissions test at another business in the area. My car failed the emissions test and I had to replace the fuel pump to fix it, so I decided to shop around the repair. First, I took it to the Nissan dealer to get a baseline estimate on how much it could cost and I think they said it would be over $ 1200 for parts/​labor. Next, I went in to get an oil change at a Valvoline place in Burbank and they recommended Precision Motorsports. I think the guy at that shop gave me a quote of 800+ and said worst case they would have to pull out the instrument panel so it might be a lot more. When I tried to leave the guy started dropping the price but I didn’t have a good feeling about the place so left. Finally, I took my car to J&E and wish I would have done it sooner! Total parts/​labor cost ended up being $ 587 and the part was 400-​something from the dealership so they didn’t charge much for labor. My car passed it’s emissions test with the new fuel pump and I’m definitely coming back if I have any other issues with my car.
While I was in the waiting room when dropping off my car, I talked to a lady who told me that one time she knocked her rear view mirror off and the owner put it back on her for a really low charge. It’s always a good sign when you hear a story like that.

Came in to get transmission service here and it was just an awesome experience. Gave me a quote over the phone and didn’t try to over sell any thing. The customer service was great to they explained everything and had my car done within hours ! Service was fast !

Very impressed by the service at J&E! I got a tune up and new tires on my 2009 Matrix. My engine has never been quieter! He was very thorough in explaining everything my car needed, and recommended what to take care of first, since I was on a budget. Toyota was going to charge me twice as much for a service where I would likely pay for things I didn’t need. I’m glad I brought my car into J&E instead, I can tell it’s an honest place and they do great work. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

I am in the market for a used car and brought in a car that I wanted to buy for an independent inspection. Jason understood the time pressure of a used car transaction and fit me into his schedule and got the car on a lift for inspection immediately. Both Jason and Emad took a thorough look at the car and pointed out a very small detail that would have cost me thousands of dollars and lots of grief to repair in the near future if I had bought the car.
I am extremely appreciative of their EXPERTISE, HONESTY and PROFESSIONALISM. Buying a used car can be a daunting experience but Jason and Emad made me feel a little more comfortable and a lot more confident. I will definitely be back!

I had two motor mounts and the air-​intake hose replaced for under $ 500 about a week ago. The mechanic spent nearly 3 hours on the labor. Emad (the owner) explained to me what needed to be replaced and the process involved. He even showed me the actual tear in the hose. He is as honest as they come and personable. His shop is always packed with cars so bring your car as early in the day as possible. Emad and his crew are the best!

The light on my dashboard lit up indicating the engine was overheating. So I pulled over and opened up the Unilocal app to find a mechanic close by to troubleshoot/​fix the issue.

Needed a synthetic oil change and contacted 3 body shops on Unilocal before deciding on J&E. The owner, Emad, quoted me for $ 30 less than another shop did to do the same work (i.e., oil change + top off fluids).
The technician, Jason, was very polite and called a couple hours later to let me know my car was ready.
If you’re up for it, you can walk to Porto’s (1 mi away) in about 20 minutes instead of waiting around!
Honest service at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely come back.

Best. Repair shop. Ever. I am so thankful for J&E because I took my car in yesterday afternoon to get my brakes checked. They were making a terrible grinding noise and I was hesitant to bring it to the shop because I was afraid of the cost. Not only did they quote me a price but they gave me two options – a cheaper, less permanent one and one that was a little more expensive but would give me brand new brakes. Emad didn’t pressure me one way or another or judge me for taking the cheaper option like some car shops do. He carefully explained the two options and left it up to me. I did end up getting the new brakes but that was my decision and not from him persuading me one way or another. I am so thankful for their honesty and reliability here. And everyone even the mechanic was so nice and friendly, making jokes throughout the time I was there.
I also liked the fact that it’s not far from my house and there’s plenty of shops and eateries in the area for while you wait. I walked down to El Pollo Loco and had a great lunch while my car was being fixed.

Well I went to J & E Auto because of the great ratings on Unilocal.I was not disappointed. I made a appointment with Emad and brought my car in for repairs.
The repairs were completed to my complete satisfaction but beyond that I discovered Emad to be an honest man, a man of integrity. He could have charged me much more but did not. It is rare to find this type of person in the auto repair industry. I give Emad my highest recommendation. If you need work done on your vehicle you can trust Emad to be honest with you. I wish I could give 6 STARS.

I called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with a gentleman here. After a brief discussion I scheduled an oil change for the following Monday morning. When asked, he told me it would probably take around 30 minutes. I asked if it was Ok to hang around the shop until it was done. He said, yes.
Monday morning I arrived at 9:30. Before making it into the office I was stopped by an employee and asked if I needed help. I told him I had a 10 o’clock appointment for an oil change. Since I was early I asked if they could help me sooner.
He motioned to the garage, each bay was occupied, and said no. He asked if I could leave the car with him and come back when it was done. I said no I didn’t have time to do that. He said they were totally full and didn’t know when he’d be able to help me. I asked if that meant he wouldn’t be able to keep my 10am appointment. He shrugged his shoulders and pointed to one car telling me it would most likely be finished first, but that it was waiting for a battery and he had no idea when that part would arrive.
I left.
Both the guy I spoke to on the phone and at the shop (could have been the same person, I didn’t get names) were very friendly, but ultimately I wasted an entire Monday morning for which I had rearranged my work schedule. Pretty frustrating and, of course, unprofessional.
These guys may provide great auto service, but I’ll probably never know as it is unlikely I will bring my car back.
Made an appointment at Autotrinity for the following day, will post a review for them after service is completed.

This is where you want to go if you are located in Glendale or even the surrounding areas. I chose to give this place a call based on all the reviews the shop has.
I began with a call to just check how much the inspection fee would be if I brought my car in. I was extremely surprised when Emad told me that there is no charge and to bring the car in so he can check it out.
I brought my car in at about 1:00 pm and walked home. Emad called at around 2:00 pm telling when what the problem was and an estimate which is extremely reasonable. I let him know it was ok to continue. At around 5:00 pm Emad called me and asked if it would be ok if the car was not done today. In my head I couldn’t believe he was even asking because I was not expecting it until at minimum the next day.
After all of this goodness he tells me that while he was working on the car he fixed another issue that I had mentioned.
This guy is good, nice, and really the best. I am going to be bringing my car here for every issue.

I don’t mind echoing all the previous posters because it’s really hard to find an auto shop where you trust the guys (or gals) are giving you the straight news on potentially expensive and very necessary operations. So I’m pretty much guilty of repeating what everyone else here says… these guys are AWESOME.
Sadly, I just moved to Glendale and am moving again shortly — but close enough that I will likely drive across town to have them look at my car again when the time comes. Thank you Emad & Jason!!!

The best experience I’ve ever had for auto repair. My AC stopped running cold. Dealership quote was outrageous. I called and spoke with Emad. Got a much more reasonable quote.
Took the car in at 8, and it was ready at close of business. The AC was blowing ice-​cold air and I was happy as I drove away.
Cut to 15 minutes later. I get a call explaining that the work performed and parts provided actually cost less than I was charged. Yes, you are reading this correctly.
Even though the job was finished and I was off the property, Emad wanted to refund me money because he said I overpaid. I drove back and got $ 140 in cash.
If I ever need ANY work done on my car ever again, I’ll be going to J & E. They have a customer for life.
