Been working with Arpi for the past 2 – 3 years. She has been the easiest to work with especially via email. Don’t really have the time to call or go into the office so her email response times are spectacular. Always answers within a day and has helped me save tons of money on auto and renters insurance. Definitely recommend this office if you are looking to save.

The reviews are true! John is a great guy and his staff is just as great! Very warm and welcoming and super helpful! I am a very honest and straightforward person so when I decide to write a review I go out of my way to be 100% genuine every single time.
I’ve had my insurance with State Farm for a little over 2 years now and I am really satisfied with the awesome deal I’m getting for both my family’s vehicles.
A close friend of mine referred me to John Minasyan’s office in particular because of their excellent customer service. I decided then to check them out and see for myself.
From my own experience I can attest that the people in this office are just different: they go out of their way every single time I go in the office with a question or inquiry to make sure that they help me in the best way possible.
Everyone is so pleasant to be around and they even have a sense of humor and great hospitality which is hard to find nowadays.
All I can say is that they’ve got a customer for life!

I’ve had my auto and home insurance with Farmer’s Insurance for the past 15 years and had been hesitant to shop around because I thought I was getting the best service and pricing. After meeting with John and getting quotes from him, I realized how much more I was paying. My monthly premium went from $ 530 to $ 385 with the same exact coverages after switching to State Farm. Because I was saving so much money, I even purchased an umbrella policy and still saving a lot of money.
