Neal H. Sobol, Esq. has practiced personal injury law in California since 1989 and has successfully resolved over 10,000 injury claims during that time. His firm is based in Glendale, California, but represents clients throughout Ventura, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Throughout his 25 years of practice, he has maintained very close relations with many chiropractors in the greater Los Angeles area, providing free seminars and newsletters to them on topics of interest. I got clear, concise and helpful advice from Neil Sobol. He is my first choice if I ever need a personal injury attorney in the future.
He seems like an ethical guy. If you are trying to maximize a claim or somehow take unwarranted advantage of the insurance company, you may be disappointed.
Everyone else, this guy is OK and will tell you up front what you can expect. Good and bad.

I was hit by a driver with a rinky-​dink insurance company. Neal’s office stayed the course for an entire year to ensure that a settlement was reached. Due to the fact that I didn’t have Med Pay on my insurance, I would’ve otherwise been responsible for thousands of dollars in Chiropractor bills! I am so thankful for the help of Neal and his great staff to guide me through the process. I was invloed in an accident where I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign. I was recommended Neal Sobol by a few people so I reached out them the same day. I made one trip from the WEHO area to their offices in Glendale, where they stayed open past closing to meet with me. That was the only trip I had to make there. From then on they stayed in touch with me every week or so and kept me updated on the status. We were able to settle without going to court and I was pleased with the outcome.
The whole team was great and would use them again should I ever need too.

used him for an auto accident years ago… he was awesome then… never had to worry about anything; or deal with the insurance companies – it all went through him… my car and medical were covered. would definitely recommend him. i’m writing the review now, because i had an accident (hit and run) and contacted him again. Neal Sobol and his team, Rick and Rhoda took my horrific car accident experience and it much easier. I was T-​boned by someone who ran a red light. My entire left side was hurt. I was referred to Neal Sobol by my chiropractor, whom when I called, came to meet up with me to discuss my case the following day. This was my first time ever using a lawyer, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was kept up to date and my questions were always answered. The result of my case was perfect. I would highly recommend using Neal Sobol as your lawyer.
The whole office is incredibly professional, able, competent and skilled.
I got into a car accident involving a postal office vehicle and it was likely a very difficult case as it involved the government.
But it was nothing for them, I received a very generous settlement in less than six months and I couldn’t have been more appreciative and grateful.

I incurred my first, and hopefully last, car accident in May of last year. I was rear ended, not at fault, and dealing with an insurance company of the at fault driver predominantly known for being ‘cheap.’ More important than anything, was that I heal my lower back injury. I’m an avid yogi and dancer and my health is my happiness.

In Jan 2013 I was involved in an auto accident were I was rear ended on the freeway. I sustained some trauma to my neck and back which had an impact on me medically speaking.
I knew that I needed a chiropractor for this and a lawyer so after being referred to Mr Sobol and meeting with him I knew this was my lawyer of choice as I do NOT like sharks.
Mr sobol and his team went to work FOR me right away and after everything was said and done his office had done everything they said they would for me.
I was never out of contact with them for very long as they kept me up to date on the events as they transpired…
I hope to never be in need of his services again and that the next time we meet is for lunch, but I will never hesitate for a moment to use his services again if ever I need a lawyer again…

) After 23 years in the business I’ve encountered many Attorneys and law firms and I can honestly say that I only refer people to 2 or 3, and Neal Sobol is one of those for several reasons. I’m on the Doctor side of these legal cases and I hate getting ripped off just like anyone else, this law firm would never do that. They are ethical, effective, caring and return phone calls! Yes they do! They settle cases in a way where all parties are satisfied. They understand when to help and when to say no and will not waste my time. Straight shootin honest Lawyers do exist! Many times the «Client» thinks a Lawyer is good just because of their results, but there’s other sides to these cases and Neal Sobol does a great job keeping us happy too!

Who likes attorneys? Almost no one. Unfortunately I have a case going against my old landlord with another attorney and he is the worst! And then I have Neal for a car accident. No, I am not sue happy. These are the first lawsuits I have ever had. Anyway, Neal and his office are AMAZING. Totally competent. Immediately ON IT, and excellent communication. Call me back immediately, educate me how it works, call my insurance immediately. I was trying to deal with the insurances companies on my own before I was recommended to Neal. It was such a hassle and so stressful, they were twiddling their thumbs for 5 weeks and wouldn’t authorize me to get my car fixed till blah blah blah blah blah. I worked with Mr Sobol when I got involved in a multi-​car collision on the freeway. If you ever find yourself in that circumstance, getting an attorney is a MUST — things can get very very messy. Mr Sobol heard the circumstances of our case and agreed to take it on with no charges up front. He stated that he does this on cases he’s pretty confident will get reimbursed.
For anyone who has been involved in an accident, you know what a headache working with all the various companies can be. Mr Sobol’s office took care of EVERYTHING. I just had to go to the Chiropractor as scheduled and take my car in to get it fixed. I ended up paying nothing — just some costs that were eventually reimbursed. I even got some money for pain/​suffering.
Overall, I was impressed that Mr Sobol and his office handled everything professionally, ethically, and kept me updated. I saved so much headache and have no horror stories to tell of the whole ordeal.
