I made a big mistake by signing on July 8, 2014 a «Nomination & Acceptance» to allow Kathleen O’DEA be personal representative to administer the estate of my late-​father.
I was a client of Kathleen O’DEA and am now seeking to retain a different attorney as this litigation is still currently pending as of October 14, 2015, Case# BP 154 317 in court at 111 n. hill street in L.A.
i) There was approx. $ 40,000 cash in my dad’s Bank account, and O’DEA recklessly depleted all that cash down to $ 0, thereby leaving no cash to distribute amongst the heirs named in the will.
ii) O’DEA did not have an «estate sale» out of the Fully furnished family residential house located at 24 603 Saint Denis Ct, Valencia CA 91 355 which would’ve netted an additional $ 30,000 for the heirs, but instead O’DEA spent $ 1,400 for a dumpster to have everything in the house and garage to be thrown away, i.e., expensive furniture, Tools and equipment, refrigerator, washer/​dryer, expensive Dining Table w/​chairs and Hutch, etc.
iii) O’DEA is intentionally and in bad faith trying to put the estate into a wreck by not allowing the currently vacant family residential house to be rented-​out to pay down the monthly mortgage and to bring positive cash flow into the estate. Throughout the history of the House it’s always been occupied and the monthly mortgage paid-​down timely. But O’DEA kicked-​out the tenants (e.g., a Civil Engineer) and has left the House vacant for over 17-​months now, recklessly allowing the House to go into foreclosure as O’DEA deliberately hasn’t made a mortgage payment (s) for over 6 months now. My dad would definitely not want O’DEA to be making reckless decisions putting his entire estate into a financial ruin. My dad, worked too hard his entire Life, 81 years, to see his money go to waste like that. My dad’s spirit-​soul would be turning in the grave if he saw what O’DEA was doing with his money, wasting it and spending it recklessly. I’m sure my dad instead would’ve preferred to see his Family to use the money wisely towards having a brighter and more prosperous future, instead of seeing O’DEA waste the estate funds away.
On September 1, 2015 I signed and mailed in to the Court a WITHDRAWAL OF KATHLEEN MAUREEN O’DEA AS ADMINISTRATOR but that scandalous O’DEA is fighting to stay involved on the case. I, and my late father definitely do not want O’DEA involved in this Probate case recklessly mismanaging the estate.
