It was 7 p.m. on a Monday night, I walked in to see if someone could help me file my income tax return for 2014. A lady name Irys Manoukyan approached to help me. I showed her my W-​2 and 1098 forms she spent at least 2 hours educating me on what we are filling. Irys was so educated and I cant thank Irys enough for her professional help. In business, it’s important to find people you can count on. Irys was one of those reliable accountant that anybody could have. I will pass her card out and recommend all my friends to see her.

I just want to let everybody know this place is a Scam. they get peoples money and then they screw up all the paperwork The owner and the daughter very rude unprofessional they don’t know anything about doing any taxes they just promise you everything you want to hear once didn’t get your money they never answer the phone they never call you back The daughter it’s even worse than the mother she blamed everything on the mother and the mother blames everything on the daughter I wonder why they don’t have any employees working there because the amount of complaints they get from the customers they just quit don’t do any business with these people they take advantage of people that don’t speak English and then threatened them if you don’t like it we can go to court. beware it’s a scam!!!

Be aware! Do not use their services. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. They messed up my business tax return and I didn’t receive my personal state tax refund for almost two months so I contacted them to get information but they said they don’t know and I should call IRS myself and ask them. I called IRS and found out that they made a mistake and I had to return there to fix it. Finally they resubmitted and I received my state tax refund almost three months after I filed. This place deserves no star but I had to give one to tell everyone to look for a professional that respect you as a client and you don’t need to wait 15 minutes in their office for her to finish her phone call because there is no one else to assist you. Its a one man show business and a very poor one.
