Lupe is a kind and very thorough person! Loved her and she really took care of us and helped ease the stress of the situation. I totally recommend asking for her. Thank you Lice Schmice for your help and for educating my family so as to avoid going through this ever again!

Lupita and Bianca did an amazing job on my myself and my four year old daughter. It was one of the most stressful times I have ever experienced and they made me feel so much better. We are going in for our second treatment and so far we are feeling like we might be home free. They gave us clear cut directions on how to clean our house and provided us with hope! Thank you so much!

Was worked on by the owner, she’s very sweet and made me feel at ease. She was easy to talk to and made the whole experience comfortable. I have medium Long length hair and she finished within an hour. She also prices affordably. Definitely recommend coming to her.

My daughter had lice and we tried the shampoo. Lo and behold the shampoo doesn’t work so called the pros. Angel and one of her staff members came to my house and did a treatment on my daughter as well as myself (I got it too). Angel said that my daughter was lice free and could return back to school the next day, but to go in on Sunday for a second treatment. My daughter went to school the next day, the teacher checked her and she STILL had lice. We called Angel and she said go to the salon and they will fix it. My husband took her and they did ANOTHER treatment. Then my husband took her back to school again, the teacher did another check and she STILL had lice, even though her staff member said she was lice free. So let’s recap-​my daughter had TWO treatments in two days and got sent home from school twice in the same day in front of all her friends. She felt so icky and gross. This shouldn’t have happened after TWO treatments.
We called Angel again and she said nonchalantly to come back in. Never was there a sorry this happened to you. I called her and said she needs to come over my house and treat us because after two treatments this is unacceptable. Then she said oh we can come at 7:00. My daughter is school age and goes to bed early. I told her she needs to come ASAP and isn’t fair to us, especially after we shelled out $ 300. After that she said she would come at 4:00. Mind you she still never said I’m sorry or we will fix the situation. I had to fight for it.
4:00 rolled around and still no Angel. I texted her at 4:17 to see where she was. No answer. She waltzed in at 4:35 (again still no sorry I’m late) and got to work. She did find 3 more eggs on my daughter and nothing on me. She also said for our second treatment we should go somewhere else. Like it was our fault her staff didn’t properly treat my daughter’s hair. We paid you and we deserve the service you promised. We didn’t want to have THREE treatments in 2 days so we can be lice free. Since you are the pro it should’ve been done by the first treatment. Because of this ordeal my daughter was so stressed to go back to school on Friday because she thought she was going to be sent home for having bugs in her hair again. That is a lot for a 3 year old to deal with.
Angel did refund most of the money back, but not the $ 90 for my treatment.
As a small business owner myself I know that I’m sorry goes a long way. When one screws up own it and fix the problem. Don’t deflect it on the customer when you messed up the first place.

We set up an appointment and unfortunately had an event that caused us to cancel it more than 24 hours prior. When we called to inform Lice Schmice, a woman answered and informed us we would «have to forfeit the $ 75 «deposit.» We were a little confused since the treatment was $ 75. We had never heard of a «deposit» being the same cost as the service. When we asked for an explanation the woman became rude and yelled telling us to «never call back again.» Crazy woman is all I have to say. If you go to this Lice Schmice, just make sure you don’t change anything. If you do you will get craziness and drama. We will find another establishment.

Thank you, Lice Schmice. When I called in a panic I spoke to a very nice woman who calmed my nerves and gave me a price quote that was lower than I expected. They saw me and my kids the day I called. My kids watched a movie while they’re hair was de-​liced and were actually excited to go back for their follow up treatment so they could watch another. They gave me full instructions on how to de-​lice my home and had follow up products to use as well. No chemicals, nothing toxic. This place is quiet and out of the way and very private. I highly recommend!

OK, i have no words. I do not wish lice upon my worst enemy. I think I was on my way to getting an ulcer. 2 days of driving myself crazy I thought there must be a service. I called at 7 AM and was in by the afternoon. Family of 5 we went in and best $ I’ve ever spent. ²⁄₆ had eggs and were treated. I even called my mom to get checked. Whatever they used did not smell like the disgusting kerosene. I have come back home and have piece of mind we are free from being contagious. thankfully i’d cleaned out the house before leaving so we’re good! and finally, i asked a million questions and they were so kind as I’m sure they answer the questions 500 times a week! seriously, YOU MUST USE THEM!!!

I have had a nightmare with lice. My little girl had extremely long hair down to her butt so we could donate. Not nice to donate with little critters running around. I spent hundreds of dollars trying to rid it myself. Not only did I never get it out completely but my girl had to deal with it because it kept coming back.
I wished that I had called from the beginning.

We went here today after getting a call from our son’s school that he might have lice. We called and were immediately given an appointment. It turns out our son had lice eggs on his head but no live bugs yet. We worked with SHARON at Lice Schmice and she was wonderful. She was Very kind to our 9 year old boy. She also was very informative and thorough. We would highly recommend her if you have to deal with this icky issue! They gave us lots of info on what to do at home and we are doing it all… LATER… We went back for a check up in 4 days and the lice eggs were GONE and have not returned. Super treatment and all natural products. What more could we want!

Your child has Lice?!
STEP ONE– take a deep breath and calm down. DO NOT GO TO THE STORE AND BUY A BUNCH OF HOME REMEDY LICE REMOVAL PRODUCTS. It will only increase your frustration level after you realize that you have just contaminated your home with something that smells like kerosene. Do you really want to expose your kids to large quantities of bug poison? This junk will only ruin your morale, your clothes, your furniture, and the kids’ favorite stuffed animals.
STEP TWO– call Angel at Lice Schmice, and allow them to meticulously resolve this situation for you.
STEP THREE– Be thankful you did not try to take care of this yourself.

Lice Schmice saves the day again!
I first used lice Schmice when my daughter was in kindergarten, and unfortunately I needed their services again this past week now that my daughter is in 4^th grade. Angel and her team are just amazing. I called and spoke to Angel at 8:30 am on Friday, and Lupita was at my door by 10:30 to rid us of lice! They are prompt, thorough, professional, and pleasant. I love that they use all natural products rather than poison. When Lupita came today to recheck my daughter, we were clean! Once again Angel and her team from Lice Schmice save the day with immediate, professional, affordable, in-​home treatment.
Follow their directions (and don’t become complacent, as I did, with the spray and tying back hair for school!) and you will be lice free and stay that way.

So blown away by how amazing the service is, super adorable friendly staff and extremely thorough and detailed in both their work as well as the directions they send you home with. I especially was impressed by SHARON, one of the technicians there. The products have worked fantastically and it’s much cheaper than many places including «the hair Angels» in pasadena. Highly highly recommended

Woo Hoo they are gone!

Getting lice blows. Our entire family of five got it, my husband and I included. They don’t always answer the phone but the owner got back to us immediately and was able to get 4 of us in right away. I had to work and they knew if I had it I would pass it on, so they totally worked with my schedule so I could get treated asap the next morning at 7:30am before I went to work.
Look, getting lice removed for a family of 5 is expensive I am not going to lie. But if you want it GONE quickly, this is absolutely the only way to go and everything she uses is organic and not toxic. Having never been through this before the owner was very thorough and clear in her follow-​up instructions on how to take care of our hair and home. She is definitely the most reasonable around and she has a small army of wonderful women on call that will deal with your critter crisis pronto.

WOW WOW WOW. Not in a good way at all. I called to see the availability, and I get a Lady on the phone which happens to be the owner of this place calling me by Rene which is not my name, laughing and telling me to get a life. I was trying to tell her that I was calling to find out her availability for my child and insisted on humiliating me over the phone. For a moment I really thought I was getting punked. SHAME ON YOU!!! I discourage any and all parents to go to this business. I recorded the conversation and will let the appropriate authorities know of this unprofessional and embarrassing situation

At first when I found lice in my daughters hair I didn’t know what to do, I went to Walmart and bought so many products which was a waste because the next day I found more. While googling for a solution I found that they actually have services that specialize in the removal of these annoying things, that’s when I found lice schmice, the scheduled me in the same day which was very convenient and Monica was very helpful and amazing the whole process with me and my daughter (the joys of having a girl). I would definitely recommend there services!

All I have to say is THANK YOU, to Lice Schmice. Same day service, reasonable prices, knowledgable and kind. I hate that I even needed this service, but if you should happen to experience this nightmare, this company is the place to go. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Angel was very knowledgeable about lice, very FAST and EFFICIENT. My little was very comfortable with her.
Her Salon is VERY clean actually meticulously clean, she quickly removed 100% of my child’s lice.
