SCAM! Do not trust Louise Mendoza who owns Lui Authentic Luxury. She stole 2 of my mothers Hermes Birkin Purses. She told me she sold them and had the money ready for me. Then all of a sudden she just started ignoring all my calls. I went to the shop but nobody is there. She owes me a lot of money. I have a team of lawyers who have investigated and we have a few other people who she has done this to. We are building a VERY big case and she is about to get criminal and civil charges. If anyone has had this problem feel free to contact me at 310 890 222 and I will connect you with my lawyers. Be careful these people are dangerous.

I am in this area ll the time shopping at the Americana and drool over the purses in the window.
Only issue is their hours, it states 12 – 6 daily, either I am always early or late, some times it has even been closed during times it says it’s open, so I can;t say anything on service or prices, but the selection is great for being such a great store and the location good as well.
Worth checking out if you are in the area during 12 – 6, I for one will keep trying.

This place is the real deal! Got a new Louis Vuitton purse and Chanel shoes for my girlfriend for Christmas without breaking the bank. Reasonable prices for what they got and they’re all pretty much new condition. Great selection, rare finds, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Recommended! You won’t be disappointed.
Tip: It’s a busy street, park at the 90 min free parking garage on orange and wilson, around the corner from the store.
