Martin Moradian, DPM

I got referred by my PCP to Dr. Moradian due to pain in my feet caused by changes after pregnancy. We waited for an hour to be seen. Few minutes before I was seen, I had to ask the very unfriendly receptionist how many more minutes will it take. She answered with «I can’t really tell.» Then went on saying even if we were 5 min late, she Inputted my data way later. Mind you, there was only 1 person before me who Left after waiting for 45 minutes (as I overheard when she spoke to the receptionist).
Dr. Moradian however is a very nice Doctor. Very accommodating and friendly. He explained the situation to me, the causes, what I can do and what I should do. He took his time to explain everything to me. I can recommend him to anyone! I just know he is good.
However it’s sad that it’s not just his receptionist who isn’t so nice. But even her other staff members! They don’t smile and they’re not friendly and accommodating when answering some questions! I hope dr. Moradian would talk to his staff because it’s sad that they are not reflecting how good of a doctor he is.

This is the kind of Doctor that I want to have as my caregiver and heartily recommend him as a knowledgeable professional with a down to earth practical attitude.
For over a year and a half I have suffered pain in my left foot. Doctor Morandin not only diagnosed my issues but gave me multiple options to combat the problems. My foot has a bone spur and I have two other maladies affecting my feet.
The Doctor’s knowledge of cutting edge technology is backed up by low-​cost practical sense remedies. Doctor Moradin’s candid diagnosis was refreshing as it was direct. He tell’s it like it is. I like that he gives realistic recovery times for any of the procedures that he mentions and gives you options, guided by his opinion as to what he feels is best you as an individual. There’s no pressure and he’s very genuine.
The office is easily accessible, clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. They supported my office visit making it a warm and friendly experience.
I have a return visit scheduled in June and feel confident that Doctor Moradian will be able to fix what was broken!

I was out of the country and found myself with an ingrown toe nail, unfortunately I attempted to take the nail out and made things worse. My toe was infected, red, and very painful. I called the office after reading other great reviews on Unilocal.The office staff are very polite and caring. They scheduled a same day appointment due to my urgent situation! This in itself was super helpful. The wait was 30 minutes but remember this was a last minute appointment, so I did not mind the wait. The nurse that took me in was so sweet and explained everything that was going to happen, she answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. (I was very anxious and scared when I arrived) Next Dr. Moradian came in and also explained the procedure. He gave me shots to numb my entire toe, and even used this cooling solution to make the shots more comfortable. He was knowledgable and explained everything as he went along. The procedure itself was about 20 minutes. He wrapped me up and I was on my way! I would recommend Dr. Moradian to anyone looking for a good podiatrist with a friendly and caring approach. We need more docs like him

Dr. Moradian is great! I ran a marathon for the first time this February, and in the process I developed some pain in my foot and discovered I had a bunion. I’ve been in twice and taken x-​rays and am going to come back for surgery. My experience has been excellent so far. I recently switched to Medi-​cal and have had hit or miss providers through the program, though understandably given the low-​budget status. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the experience has been so far. In fact, even if I wasn’t on Medi-​cal I would still choose to come to Dr. Moradian! I was worried about my foot but now feel comfortable that I am in good hands. Thank you!

Parking: I recommend parking on Brand between Los feliz and W. laurel St, there is free 3 hour parking on the street.
Service: Took a buddy of mine to see DR M due to a painful budge that grew on the bed of his nail and cause his nail to crack. My friend had this disfigured aching toe for 10 years. Dr M takes PPO from blue shield blue cross of Illinois. Dr M first did an X-​ray and then suggested my friend in removing the big toe nail and then cutting the tumor out. At the time, we didn’t know it was a benign tumor, we just wanted to get a diagnoses. Dr M scheduled my friend to get surgery. My friend got the tumor removed and removed the big toe nail. My friend had a sore throat but later found out during a follow up appointment that my friend was intubated due to an allergic reaction to his anesthesia. His toe nail is still disfigured, it’s ugly, which my friend didn’t care about. His toe isn’t aching anymore, which is great.
Dr M is really nice and his nurses are also really nice. Only funny thing is, Dr M doesn’t wash his hands or uses gloves while touching people’s toes and feet. Although it doesn’t bother me and makes me laugh, I do feel slightly gross when he touched my friends nasty toe and then shakes my beautiful hands…

Yo Doctor Moradian is the best he helped me with my in grown toenail and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure or after I didn’t even need to take any painkillers or anything, after a few days I started going back to the gym and continuing with daily activities he’s really cool too!

Visited Dr. Moradian today and it was a great experience. I had calluses on my feet and it was becoming painful. He was very knowledgable, welcoming, and very friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me detailed answers. I had an appointment and was called in immediately without any further wait. He treated the calluses and I can walk now without any pain. See you in 4 – 6 weeks. Thanks doctor!

Dr. Moradian is a fantastic doctor. I fractured my foot and had a laceration as well. Also potential tendon damage. The ER did a poor job putting it back together. I bounced around various doctors and specialists for two weeks who did nothing to help my situation. When the stitches came out and the wound had not healed I was referred to Dr. Moradian. He took one look at it at 3 pm on a Friday and had me in the hospital within two hours on a Friday night. After an in depth review of the history of the injury including the Xrays and MRIs, he meticulously took everything apart and put it back together as it should have been the first time. He explained every step of the process and why it was being done. It has been 2 days and my foot is finally starting to feel better thanks to Dr. M. He sacrificed time with his family to take care of my foot. THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Martin Moradian is an excellent podiatrist. He is very kind, honest and very professional. The front desk secretary is very nice and helpful as well as the nurse.

Had a developing infected ingrown toenail i called many Podiatrists office to see if they took any walk ins as i didn’t want to wait any longer. Dr. Moradian’s office was able to squeeze me in same day and even worked with me on the treatment as opposed to just trimming back to the root of the nail.

I called on the fly because my big right toe was full of puss and I could barely walk. They asked a few questions over the phone then determined I should come in ASAP. I signed some papers and was seen by the doctor within 40 minutes. That is pretty darn good for not having an appointment. I ended up having an ingrown toe nail that needed to be surgically removed. Ouch is an understatement. Office is clean. Staff is friendly. Doctor is knowledgeable.

I am so grateful for Dr. Moradian’s professionalism, kindness and dedication. I’ll spare you, Dear Reader, the gory details, but I had a pretty unpleasant procedure done, one that I had great anxiety and an actually phobia about, and his gentleness, patience and quick work made the experience much more endurable than it could have been in lesser hands. I highly recommend this great doctor. (Also, at the foot rest of my patients’ chair was removable paper with little pink feet on it, which I found adorable.)

I first heard of Dr. Moradian through a friend who told me he’s a good caring doctor. She recommended him after I told her how bad my foot was and how the podiatrist (who shall remain nameless but well known) in Burbank I had seen for years was not helping me in anyway and my condition had worsened.
Aside from the typical plantars fasciitis, I also have neuroma which had gotten unbearable. I received treatment in Burbank which resulted in more pain.
From my first visit with Dr. Moradian, I knew he was interested in the health of his patients. I started a continued treatment and for the first time in about 4 years, I was able to run long distances without any pain. And most importantly, I was able to wear high heels again.
Anyway, if need a good foot specialist, Doctor Moradian is your man!!!

Dr. Moradian is a great Doctor!
I was on vacation in California and stubbed my large toe almost tearing my toenail right off. The pain was excrutiating to say the least. I’ve never been a big Doctor fan, until now :) My wonderful wife found him online and gave him a call. They were able to schedule me in right then and there late on a Friday and off we went! Most other Podiatrist are closed on Fridays, smart move Dr. Moradian!
Arriving at the office, everything was very clean and nice, I felt so relieved to be in a real Doctors office as previously I had gone to some fly by night joke of a clinic.
The office staff was nice, one was not so outgoing, but not a big deal because of Dr. Moradian.
He came in to see me and my wife, I had been in a lot of pain for nearly two days at that point and wouldn’t let anyone touch it, but I could sense I was in good hands already. He greeted me and my wife warmly and was very friendly, clearly and concisely explaining everything along the way and the steps that were going to be taken.
The procedure went amazing, I definitely played it up in my head because it was over in a flash and my toenail was removed expertly and effortlessly. My wife watched him at his skill and said he was great. I wouldn’t know cause I had my head buried in her arms like a big 30 year old baby, lol. I am very appreciative of everything he did for me and I was recommending him to all of my family members that night!
I also appreciate the after care billing, a sign of a good Doctor imo. I dont have health insurance as I never go to Doctors enough to warrant the vast yearly expense. I have learned that the really good Doctors allow you to pay after the visit and the bad ones make you pay cash or some other form of non refundable payment upfront. Dr. Moradian doesnt need to do that because his service is worth every penny and I was very happy to pay.
Over a week later and my zombie toe is still healing up and I am starting to be able to walk normally again. He prescribed me reasonably priced antibiotics for my toe and gave us a sheet for after surgery care. Everything was just great and a very pleasant experience!

Just finished seeing dr m. He actually makes house calls, but I don’t recommend. Saw dr m in late dec and now have an ingrown caused by his cutting job. Came out today, my client actually cried in pain 5 times while he was cutting her toes.
He asked if there was another number so his office could confirm. I said, «No.» Somehow he didn’t hear me and then asks, «Do you speak English? I am a born Californian
Caucasus. Yes I speak English. I had talked to him in English in dec and when he came into the house. He says, «My office wants to to call and confirm. «I said, «The house phone is fine. «Well he wasn’t happy with that. In the same breath he says, are you a caregiver? pause or a family member?. It’s one of those sentences with two questions in it. One is about to say yes, then the speaker asks another question. I say «yes.» Yes, to what part ?» He says. Well don’t ask two questions at once, dr. He has already insulted me and now he asks, «Did you go to high school? «After insulting me again, I said, «You have insulted me several times, I think you should leave now. «. He says, «No, I’m staying, you are not the patient. «He precedes to ask an elderly person with age related limitations for info, which she is unable to do. He finally leaves on his own accord, obviously without any regard to me. My own opinion is English must his second language because he could not articulate what he wanted. He should leave the office stuff to the office people and concentrate on not hurting patients. He obviously feels insecure about his English skills and had to attack me.

Doctor Moradian has a friendly manner and is very helpful and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend him, however, one of his receptionists could use a lesson in customer service. Her tone is very condescending and she is not helpful at all. I had an unpleasant experience with her on the phone and my husband also overheard her speaking with another customer on the phone while I was in the doctors office and he noticed that her tone was very rude as well. What a bummer for Dr. Moradian who I’m sure would like his staff to be warm and helpful. I guess the main concern is whether the doctor knows what he’s doing and does a great job and in that regard he is doing well. I will take 2 stars away for the front desk.

Dr. Moradian is an wonderful Doctor. He’s a great podiatrist, has a great ability to listen, to assess and to treat. My daughter and I have been seen by him a couple of times, and each time we have received the great care he always provides. His approach is so humane and caring that takes away all the fear and anxiety of even serious procedures. He puts all the time we need and never rushes out of our room like many other physicians often do. His staff (Sona, Lilia and others) are also very kind, organized and caring. There is a great aura in the office that makes you feel good, so if you need help, don’t hesitate to see Dr. Moradian. You will be very happy because he’s just the best!

Dr. Mouradian was very personable and professional. He made me feel very comfortable and clearly explained all my concerns. He recommended a treatment that would alleviate my pain and not impact my lifestyle.
I highly recommend seeing him.

This Dr. Is great! He’s got great bedside manners, he’s personable and is a skilled podiatrist. He made an ingrown toenail surgery quick and simple. Highly recommended.

Dr. Moradian is an exceptional physician! I have worked for and with many physicians through out the years. When looking for a Dr. you want someone that will take the time to listen to you and then, explain their findings without rushing you out of the room. Dr. Moradian will listen to his patients. After evaluating all records and findings, he will take the time to explain to the patient what he has found. He is very candid at stating what he feels is actually wrong. Whatever treatment plan he recommends, he will make sure you understand and tell you why it is important to follow it. We all look for someone like Dr. Martin Moradian.
