Nail Polish

Came here on a recommendation with my mom and sister (we’re out of towners). Very clean place. Great color choices. Regular mani/​pedi for $ 30 is a great price for quality of work. $ 50 for a regular pedi and gel mani seems a little steep but again, quality was excellent. Will come back next time I’m in the area.

My girlfriend came in as a walk-​in… It took the workers 15 minutes just to say hi. Not only that, they could not accommodate her, which was not surprising… Oh, and btw it was not even that packed. Choose another place. Do not come here!

Lynn is the best, kindest technician. She remembers everyone and takes her time with each customer. Prices are reasonable and the services selection is wide. So far I’m really enjoying coming hete!

So I didn’t even get to experience what this place has to offer because the girl at the counter ignored me for 15 minutes while she was talking to another customer. There were 3 girls waiting for services who look thoroughly annoyed, and I can tell why. The counter girl was rude and didn’t acknowledge anyone and was seriously unprofessional. Told me there was no time to fit me in even though I showed up 3 hours before they closed and there weren’t many people there.
Do t bother.

I had stopped going to this place for 3 years now! I decided to go in today for a fill and gel as well pedicure. Mommy that I adore and friendly damaged my skin while filing I’m in pain as we speak! The nail polish she applied too thickly that looked very unprofessional. This is not the first time I’m having acrylic gel manicure. Everywhere else I’ve been are careful detail oriented and clean. I’m sorry but I got out of there annoyed pissed of course with the 60 $ waste! This will be the last time! There are plenty of other better and younger modern technicians out there that take their time to your needs.

I love this nail salon. It’s nicely decorated and very clean and the sanitary conditions keep me coming back. The women are all very nice and the receptionists are great too. I have been coming here for nearly two years now and have always been welcomed. The women do chat in their Vietnamese but they are social and they are also very friendly and chatting to the customers. I will continue to go to nail polish every 3 weeks for my gel mani and 6 – 8 for my pedi.

They charge $ 10 extra on the mani/​pedi for some of their opi polishes. Do not fall for that!!! Mine chipped after one day.

Long story short, very average nail salon with some jacked up prices. $ 30 for a full set? Is this normal now? No thank you. I’ll stick with my local place who charges less. I would come back only if I was in the area and felt like spending the money. While I was there I saw two separate receptionists. One was super careless and couldn’t even pretend like she cared what I was saying. The one who came later was very sweet and made conversation with me. Customer service is important in a business where there are plenty of other options.

I has a very good experience, I was a walk in and they took me right in. My lady was Eva and she was really nice. She cut my nails short just like I like them. Everywhere else I go they just file and paint over. She really did a great job! I’ll be back to see her for sure. 20 $ for spa pedicure.
I love the decoration of this place, crystals, purple supper girly. Loved it.

Today my pedicure was horrible … This is a time where I will like to relax, but instead i couldn’t. The time spent on my feet was a joke! My pedi was so horrible that another lady had to fix it, polish was all around my toes. Honestly I wanted someone else to re due it. My mani cure the lady was rough, I got cut and didn’t say sorry. I really like this please because is clean, but the girls have attitude, some because you choose not to go with them and others who knows why!!! Probably they work to much! No massage, not even 1 minute, usually I get a worm towel after the pedicure on my legs and this time nothing! But the girl next to me did! Why? Bad service! The only good thing was the girl at the entrance that did offered drinks!

After waiting an entire hour after my appointment was due, the manicure I received was absolutely horrendous. Instead of apologizing and fixing it, they charged me and asked me if I wanted to add tip. I left them the damn tip because unlike them, I have some decency. Never going here again.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life.
Not only did they fail to contact me to let me know they had canceled my appointment but they were terribly rude over the phone. Canceling my appointment last minute after driving 45mins to get there was really unreasonable. It’s seems like the favor their regular customers over new ones.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with the attitude of the ladies who did my mani and pedi. They were very rude and Lin who did my manicure was very messy with the polish. Will not be returning.

I tried this place for the first time about 2 months ago for my birthday i got my nails done (gel manicure) and literally the next day all my nails were cracked! I went back the next day and they «fixed it.» Literally 2 days later it was cracked again! So i wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt and gave them a second chance i thought maybe the color i chose was the problem or maybe the brand they used wasnt good… i went in 4 days ago for another gel manicure and this time i chose OPI… first off the lady who did my manicure messed up soooo bad! After she was done my manicure had no shine!!! She saw how angry i was she offered to do it again i said ok she did it and now its 4 days after and the nail polish is off again!!!
This is not my first gel manicure and where ever else iv gone my nails have at LEAST lasted 2 weeks not literally days!!!
Im not happy and will not be returning to this nail salon!

I discovered this nail salon when I was in dire need of a mani/​pedi and stuck in Glendale and I immediately fell in love. From the minute I walked in I was shocked at the nail color selection, from essie to OPI and much much more. I get a regular mani/​pedi but they also have a huge gel color selection. The front desk employee, Vicky is always helpful when it comes to deciding a color for me (I am very indecisive). They are really clean and their tools sanitized. I was so happy with this salon that I switched from my salon of 5 + years to Nailpolish and I’ve been coming for over 6 months (every week) now and I haven’t had a single bad experience.
I don’t have a preference on who does my nails because everyone is equally great! My nails always come out looking amazing.

Every 2 weeks for couple of years I go to the salon to do my eyebrows. I have tried mani and pedi as well. Variety of colors, nice owner, clean salon.

Been coming here since it opened and still one of my fave spots. Love the service; especially the technician’s attention to detail.

I really hate to be that customer who complains about their manicure… but this time I had no choice.
Lin did my manicure and I was really unhappy with the way it turned out, she rushed through and as a result it looked really messy. I spoke to the owner/​manager Lily and she was so extremely nice and understanding. She had someone else re-​do my manicure. Ava saved the day and did a great job.
With all of that said, the icing on the cake and the reason for the 5 stars… CLEANLINESS!!!
My #1 concern with nail salons is cleanliness! Those fancy spa chairs that we all love so much harbor germs and bacteria… but not here! They use a special cover for the foot soak for each customer. I’m sold, I’ll be back!

My toe is infected. So, thank you very much for that. I have to go to a wedding today with an infected toe!
The sad part, the toe infection wasn’t the worst thing about this place.
Do not listen to these reviews, they are probably from the owners friends and family. The nail ladies are the rudest, laziest and the most untalented people I’ve ever met.
My sister wanted a full set and the lady kept filing the nail down. She kept telling her to stop and the lady is like «it will look nice short». Umm wtf. I want my nails long. In the end, her acrylics were the same size as her real nails… it was horrible.
Ohhh did I mention that my toe is infected? Yeah, I am going to call them and ask for every penny back. They should be happy I’m not going to charge her for my doctors appointment on Tuesday. Ugh. My first toe infection. Honestly, stay away.

I just got my eyebrows threaded. They look amazing she did a wonderful job. But when I went to pay she told me to pay up front, I went up front and one of the manicurists told me that there is no receptionist so I can not pay with a card. (I was a bit confused). She sends me back to the eyebrow lady and I tell her «there is no receptionist to take my payment, so they sent me back to you, I only have my card and I would like to pay» she looks at me and continues working then says 20 dollars I said, I’m sorry? She says 20 dollars. (Again a bit confused, since the eye brow price I was quoted 3 hours ago when I made my appointment was $ 12) so I left and drove to the ATM and came back with $ 20. Handed it to her and left. Then called the owner to tell her that they refused to charge me for my eyebrows. She seemed sorry, and just said «there not suppose to do that».
Oh and not to mention the two Armenian women who got their eyebrows threaded in from of me paid cash, one paid $ 12, the other $ 15 (it was still on the counter when I sat down to get mine done whole she took a personal call)
