Natural Nails-Hair & Face

I can’t vouch for their nails, but Tran (sp?) has been doing my eyebrows since about 2007. Do not be intimidated by her accent. She is super professional and will give you the exact shape you ask for! Evenly on both sides! I can not recommend this place enough.

I found this place back in 2006 because I worked nearby and had been searching for a new waxing salon for my eyebrows. I had had some really poor experiences at other places up until then (I’m looking at you, Rose Queen Nails!), but tried Natural Nails and have never turned back! I have moved to various places around the city since then, but will find my way back to Glendale just to get my eyebrows done here.
Tran is the owner/​waxer and is awesome at what she does. She is a no-​nonsense kind of person, very quick and efficient. I appreciate that when it comes to waxing, since slow = pain! She uses some kind of special blue wax which also seems to make the experience less painful.
The prices are very reasonable (eyebrows for $ 11), and they offer a whole slew of other salon options (hair, nails, etc.). I’ve also had my nails done here, and it was nothing special. Cheap, but not worth writing home about. The only real negative for me is the place is kind of cramped and dark, but I’d much rather deal with that than pay an exorbitant amount for a simple eyebrow wax.
