Clean and organized store! What’s online is what is available in store so they update their website regularly! They have a private parking lot so there’s plenty of spaces to park in. The store workers are all very nice and will help in any way. For example, there was a backpack in the store but they offered to ship a brand new one along with a white shoe I ordered from online. Even though I ordered them separately, they still gave me the BOGO discount so I ended up paying $ 10 for my American Eagle backpack :)

WHOA First to Review!!! Shocked to find that inside the city of Glendale for an established company…
Welcome to the world of cheap shoes perfect for no or every occasion. You could pay more but why? Too bad they dont have their BOGO or BOGO ½ off sale when I was here recently. Regardless welcome to the ultimate in chain shoe shops.
I swear every single Payless is set up identically. This is both good and bad. Its easy to find what you want, but it sucks that there is not personality to anything here.
The mens selection of shoes isn’t very good IMHO. The childrens shoes definitely offer some better choices and selections than the mens. The womens shoes take up 80% of the store’s merchandise.
Pro Tip: Wear socks if you plan to get anything other than sandles! Seriously how will you know what the shoes fit like otherwise?
My friend found several pairs of shoes that she was after for some Halloween costumes and I had my eyes briefly on a pair of mary janes for my daughter, but I needed navy not black =\ None the less, my friend got quick and efficient assistance, an easy purchasing experience and saved a decent amount vs purchasing those shoes at the mall or most other merchandisers.
Overall it was a good trip and they have a free parking lot which was very nice as well. You may want to check this place out sooner than later if you need some new kicks, heels, or kids shoes…
