Worst coffee place! Not only did they mess up my order, but the drink was so watered down! Its like they blended it all with water instead of milk. I never had a coffee drink that was so watered down. I ordered a chocolate and caramel swirl and instead they gave me mocha, when I told them the girl who made it she just shrugged and«rectified» it by just a miniscule amount of caramel on top of the whipped cream. They didn’t even offer to make me a new one. Very expensive and the drink is awful

This place is so great! The employees are always so nice and keep up a great conversation, even if it is only for a short while! Gotta keep the line moving right? There was also a time when they accidentally missed my order, which I didn’t mind too much since I was in no hurry. But the girl gladly made it for me once I told her and she upgraded it from a small to a large. So kind! They’re also very swift in a busy day!

I’m definitely not a fan of this location and it’s not a proper Peet’s location. They don’t accept your Peet’s gift cards and it doesn’t even seem like they make the same espresso. The espresso at an actual Peet’s location is much better. They must not use the same quality of water or coffee or use the same equipment or something. Two to three stars at best.

Long line, slow service, and they were out of muffins and croissants before 10:30am. Hire more staff, please!

Located inside the food court in the Galleria. The black tie(cold brew with condensed milk and half and half) was good as always! *You can’t use Peet’s gift cards at this location.

He toasted my bagel perfectly, and gave me a free coffee just for using my gift card. I would come back here again!

I have been to many Peets before, this place is probably the worst one. The girl at the counter was beyond rude and my drink tasted so watered down it was so disgusting. This was a big disappointment, especially for such expensive coffee. Really do not like this place. Go across the street and get coffee bean instead!

Java Blended was average and didn’t have enough coffee. We bought it because we really wanted a Frappacino but didn’t want to walk any further in sticky 95 degree weather. Drink took 10 minutes because the barista made a mistake and added chocolate instead of caramel. Next time, heading straight to the Starbucks.

The workers are always so nice here. I always feel welcome. The coffee is amazing. Way better than your typical Starbucks coffee. I normally get the«Black Tie»(iced cold brew coffee) with extra condense. Amazing.

They’re very friendly and serve good coffee, but don’t expect them to toast your bagel. They want you to chew on a tough, cold, uncut bagel with cheese. I wish there were more options in this mall, but a lot of the good shops are across the street at the Americana. Blah.

I like Peets. I actually like Peet’s coffee more than I like Starbucks. However, there was just something off about this time I ordered a drink. I usually go with black iced coffee. When I got it today, it tasted really watered down. I’m not sure if they were in a rush to make it or they diluted it or what it was but I was really surprised. Maybe when I’m back I’ll give this place another chance.

I never had an issue with this Peet’s. Great coffee, great service, and great pastries. Recommend.

This is my first time trying this place aside from my favorite chain coffee shop, Starbucks. I ordered the Matcha Javivia and it’s freaking BOMB! They had samples laying around at the pick up window, and I tried the Mocha Javiva, and holy fudge it was delicious! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! I definitely like this place more than Starbucks now! Although I believe that Starbucks may be slightly cheaper than this place, this place still rocks! I just wish the whip cream would be like Starbucks though. It was just those typical whip cream cans that you usually find at the grocery store. Meh. Not trying to complain. lol Next time I visit, I’ll definitely order a LARGE Mocha Javiva Caramel blend!

I really thought Peet’s would be much better than it turned out to be. Great sounding menu, excellent service, but what I got was pricey, burnt tasting coffee. It was horrible really and for $ 5 not really cheap either. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing or the batch of coffee was off, I might give them a chance again some other time, but for now not one of my favorite places to get coffee at all.

Not only this branch more pricey than other Peet’s or Starbucks, service and quality suck. On the wall stated please ask for free sample of roasted coffee, after my purchase I asked for it. The female barista gave me a sample cup filled with like 0.5 mm of coffee, I threw it. Never go there again! There is a Starbucks very close by, they offer better service and quality.

Review for people who appreciate good coffee… The coffee quality here is terrible(I’d say worse than Starbucks). I usually love Peets coffee, but we struggled to finish the cappucino from here. Found out after(via Unilocal) that this is not even a corporate Peets. Also, cappucino prices are higher than other Peets. Paid over $ 4 here(versus under $ 4 at proper Peets locations) This location should be forbidden from using(and tarnishing) the Peets name

Peets coffee never disappoints. The employees are a sweetheart all of them! Not once have I seen them having a bad day!!! This hot spot is located by the entrance of the food court on the first level of the mall. There is a Tmobile kiosk I believe right in front and next to Peets is another favorite Cinnabon. Basically I would come to Peets about 3 times out of the week to try a different drink. I hate sticking with a regular drink it’s boring! I’ve tried most of the seasonal items as well as regular and some hot Teas. They have a little refrigerated section where they offer yogurt/Saba to go hummus/different kinds of fruit juices/Dasani water/Perrier/coconut juice and such. The also sell chips and boxes of chi in the right corner. The glass selection where they offer sweets is my favorite part because that is the holy grail haha where my beloved BEARCLAW is held! Now I must warn you folks!(the Bearclaw sells out really fast it’s around $ 3 and goes great with any drink) another cool suggestion is the VEGAN chocolate chip cookie. Tastes exactly like a Regular chocolate chip cookie. Go grab a drink with ur BEARCLAW you won’t be disappointed!
