Top notch customer service. Was here on a busy Saturday night and unfortunately the computer screens were not working for our two lanes. Jerry and DeAngelo tended to us and in the end refunded our money and we’re very apologetic for the disruption to our time there. Big fan of the customer service. Ana was a great server and food and drinks were fine.

Background — reasonably good bowler who brought my own ball and shoes. My corporate party was on the left-​most 2 lanes.
Lane and approach conditions are horrible.
The approach area isn’t slippery at all like it should be, in-​fact it was a bit sticky. This makes the approach nearly dangerous if you’re used to sliding. Honestly I wouldn’t have bothered with a bad Unilocal review if I wasn’t concerned about the approach area.
The lanes have no oil on them whatsoever. This is bad for a private ball. On the bright side, I’ve never had that kind of hook!
When we arrived at 3pm there was only one person to service both the bar and the lanes. Due to this, service was a bit slow and lackluster until a waitress started coming around 4:30 or 5. When we left, my boss had to wait 30 minutes to get and pay the bill. Honestly, not great service when we had the reservation over 7 days ago.
The food came out quick and was good. Several of us thought the Spotted Cow was a bit extra-​funky and their lines probably need to be cleaned.
I really like the iPic theater but this was my 3^rd time bowling at Pinstrikes and each time, the lane conditions have been worse. I’m not mad about how poorly I bowled and honestly, most of the party had a good time (although I think my boss is the most irked).
My primary concern is with the safety of other bowlers, especially given that before you bowl you need to ‘accept all risk’ on the screen.

Just hosted an event at Pinstrikes Bowling & it was fantastic! They gave us the VIP Lanes with coffee table for food & drinks! Had a high top table between the lanes for more appetizers & drinks! The nacho’s, truffle fries, turkey & beef sliders, margarita pizza were all so good! Everything was piping hot and the service was excellent! We even got the Pinstrikes Birthday Cake & that too was delicious! 2 layers with a yummy strawberry cream layer in between! Food is very upscale just like the place itself! Can’t beat this for a perfect stress free event! Will definitely do this again!

The bowling alley has a nice ambiance but the lanes are tilted to the left so I cannot throw a curve ball without getting a gutter. Looks like a nice place to hang out at the bar or play pool.

Pinstrikes is located in the iPic Entertainment Center at Bayshore Shopping Center.
There are 12 lanes, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen all 12 used at the same time, so that is probably the right amount.
Shoe rental and games are $ 3.95 each.
There is a bar nearby and a server comes to your lane to take food and drink orders.
The lanes are dimly lit, so you can enjoy the massive screens showing music videos.
I’ll blame the lighting for my low scores, but I had a fun time, as did my sister and nephew. I would go back again.

IPic did a terrific job following up and following through on reversing my opinion from my previous review. I was blown away by the hospitality and responsiveness and service. Clearly they will do well if they can provide that level of service going forward. Kudos to the management team for working to make a difference.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The food was awful… sent back Nachos 3 times, Pretzels were cold in the middle, server didn’t bring silverware or napkins, manager didn’t come talk to us until we asked and I’m there with 2 kids trying to enjoy a holiday off of work…
I know putting Nacho Cheese from a #10 can marked «Nacho Cheese» can be challenging but c’mon… the chicken was cold, the chips were stale and the pretzels were absolutely doused in salt…

I hosted my husband’s birthday party here and it was so much fun! I rented the VIP lanes. which consisted of 4 lanes in a private area. We had passed apps (sliders, pizza and wings). Everyone loved the boneless wings! Its a great place to host or party or if you are looking for a group night out.
