I have been going to Polish Beauty Bar for 2 years now and Quincy and her staff are always accommodating and very attentive. They meet and extend my expectations.

This place is now cash only… Unfortunately I had to switch to a different nail salon after 6+ years because let’s face it, it’s 2016 and everyone uses plastic.

Rude establishment! I walked in for just a polish on my nails and without even saying hello they bluntly tell me what do I need. I told them I just wanted a polish and she said I have to wait. I the. Asked how long, she says«I don’t know, just wait» At that point I just walked out. Congrats on losing a customer and any referral I may have given in the future.

The reason why this nail salon does not deserve a star is because firstly being, as you walk in they start gossiping in their language, they would take any customer over you especially if you’re a regular and you recommended so many people there… And when you make an appointment they play dumb like you never did and say«well she was a walk in come back later» seriously? I’ve been a regular here along with many other of my friends n family females and they really disappointed be. Showing that they disrespect you by gossiping and your appointments don’t matter to them. Once they get new customers they don’t care about you anymore!

The only reason why I keep coming here is because of Christine! Her work is so clean looking and gorgeous. She doesn’t apply too much acrylic powder on your nails, so it looks very natural. Not a huge fan of pedicures here, but Christine does a great job if you’re looking to get acrylics! Oh, prices are also very reasonable.

Please stay away from this place!!! I had the worst customer service with them and this is the 3rd time. Last time I will ever go to this place, their just rude and do a crappy job. STAY Away from Quincy Plz. They don’t even deserve one star.

Great place to do mani-pedi. Regular mani and pedi $ 30 stays without chips for weeks. All ladies know their job. 4 stars i give to them because not many colors they have. But worth every penny. Last time it lasted 3 weeks regular mani not the gel one. Its awesome.

My favorite nail salon in Glendale. Very clean & hygienic. Best massage chairs & they finish your hands while still sitting in pedicure chair. Great location & great service. A bit pricier by a few dollars compared to other places but definitely worth it.

Keeping it short & sweet: Main reasons I go here are —- Pauline, location is convenient, normal prices Warning — - Make sure you have an appointment, do not walk in or else you will wait forever, no joke! Always check what you are being charged for, ask in advance. They charge $ 1 for card payments. Parking sucks, they share a lot with other places. More info — - all workers are really nice and friendly, color selection is pretty good, prices are decent, gel quality isn’t too bad, atmosphere is nice compared to other places. It might not be the nicest place in town, but Pauline is AMAZING at mani/pedi & Kristine is great at fake nails. If you are nearby it’s a great place to go, just make sure you have an appointment. I have been going here for yearssss and it is a great experience most of the time…

Been coming here forever! Mindy, Vivian, && Pauline are my holy grails. Mindy for manicure, Pauline for pedicure — & Vivian works magic for both mani/pedi. The parking does suck — but I love the vibes I get here unlike any other nail salon. Their gel manicures stay on my nails for about 2 ½ weeks — longer than any other place I have gotten them done from. Remember, it’s not about the place. It’s about the person doing the job!

Best nail salon, anywhere! Kelly is perfection… She takes her time and does an amazing job, every time. Paulin is an artist… Show her any picture and she’ll design it on your nail. The owners are so friendly too! Don’t go anywhere else. Trust me… I’m super picky!

I’ve been here three times and solely because it’s nearby. Its in a small shopping center and parking can be a hassle. So keep that in mind. Work product: good and clean. No complaints. Atmosphere: nothing fancy. Its not like some salons with chandeliers and out of this world décor. None of that adds to the quality work anyhow. Service: friendly. They accommodated me when I’ve made last minute appointments. Pricing: fair. $ 30 for a mani/pedi. Color selection: poor. Compared with many other salons in Glendale that charge about the same price their selection is seriously lacking. The main reason I gave it only 3 stars is because they do charge you a fee for using your card. I found this out the last time I went in which was the first time I paid via card. This drives me up the wall insane. As a business in the twenty first century you should expect people to use their cards at large and to pass on the fee to your clients is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to pay for a business’s overhead. It’s just $ 1 but its the principle of the matter. Plus those fees can add up if you regularly get a mani/pedi. Update: decided to give this place another shot. It’s only gone downhill from here. Made an appointment for 2 pedicures and 2 manicures, was told to come in at 3:15 so I wouldn’t have to wait. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes. My mom is still waiting, and I’m just siting with my feet soaking. Not to mention I’ve had to repeat myself 3 times as to what we were doing. Lesson learned. Last time I’ll be here.

I end up here frequently, not because it’s the best mani-pedi around but because its not horribly priced and most importantly because they will always squeeze me into their schedule and they do my nails faster than a lot of places. Faster definitely doesn’t not equate to better, my usual nail tech in Toluca Lake takes her time and makes my nails perfect but sometimes I don’t have time for that so I come here. It’s close to my house, quick, and affordable.

Let me just start off by saying I’m being very generous with two stars. I was recommended to this place by a friend as I loved how her gel manicure looked recently. I got to the salon on time only to find that the lady I had booked my appt with was taking her sweet time putting on acrylics on the girl before me. Clearly, not something that was going to be completed in 10 – 15 min. When I finally sat down 30 – 40 min later, I was fuming, but I was given a very sincere apology and calmed down. Now, with that being said, my pedicure was given to someone who had NO idea what she was doing. She cut me multiple times after she slathered baby oil all over my toes to start cleaning my cuticles. On top of that, she didnt understand the concept of coloring inside the lines. Finally, I was so frustrated that I had to ask my manicurist(Mindy) to come back and finish the pedicure. Great — I’m on my way out when I’m greeted at the exited by the pedicure lady(not Mindy) trying to remove the paper toe separates from my feet when of course she smears my fresh nail polish across my feet. There may have been actual fumes coming out of my ears this point as I had to sit back down and have Mindy redo my pedicure. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because I liked Mindy. Other than that, don’t hire people who are incapable of doing their job and do NOT make your customers wait 30+ min. It’s rude and disrespectful and shows how much you(don’t) value their business.

Ehh… I don’t know. This place is not for me. I guess if you live in the neighborhood, it is close and convenient. They did not have a wide selection of colors, and each bottle I picked was almost dried up, where thinning it wasn’t helping. Go figure. Also, the energy wasn’t all together, I am not sure what it was. Definitely not a happy place. When I go for a mani/pedi, I want to feel pampered. This place just didn’t do it.
