Just be on your Ps & Qs if you go here. The guy is nice and all but the costs for packaging and shipping can really add up and he’s not really going to give you any alternatives. I could have shipped some of my packages in a regular flat rate envelope at the post office and came out much cheaper. He charged me $ 32 to mail a little purse. Then he tried to tell me that’s standard because of the size of the box. Well why not use a smaller box or use a bag? As the days go by I get more and more upset about it. Mainly because there was no discussion about how much these things would cost before he just started pulling out boxes and wrapping things up. The first item I had him pack was pretty reasonable which is why I thought the rest would be too. I won’t be going back there again. This place is not helpful if you’re trying to be cost effective.

I’ve been here several times to drop off my DHL packages. My company has their own account so I have not yet spent a dime with Postal Pack n Ship but, none the less, I feel compelled to write this review based on my experience today.
I spaced out and forgot to write a very important piece of info on the outside of my shipment that I had dropped off to them earlier that day.
When I realized my mistake at 2:45 I discovered that DHL was due to pick up in 15 minutes.
I began to hyper ventilate at the thought of messing up this shipment to MY BOSS in Canada.
To my utter surprise, delight and good health, Robert offered to write the information on the box for me. Not only did he, in fact do it, he texted me a photo of my shipment — immediately bringing my heart rate back down to a «non-​risk» level. Thank you Postal Pack n Ship for a job well done and saving my day!

Great service! I needed to return an equipment with a tracking number and didn’t want to wait in line at the postal office. I found this place through Unilocal! and couldn’t be happier!
Robert, the owner was friendly and professional! He was personable and was just the nicest guy!
This place offers PO Boxes and packing material such as bubble wrap, tape and boxes. They also have incense! I even bought myself a incense holder after I was done with my transaction.
I found my pack n ship place for all my shipping needs!

Robert was terrific. I had an urgent package and came at the last minute. Robert rushed and got it out at the nick of time! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It seems like the other mailing service shops didn’t want my business. I will come here from now on!

Such a strange place. The guy who owned it took our gifts out of the gift bag before packing them. Then he charged us $ 14 per box to send the presents without any prior discussion of price.
Never going back again. I can see why there were no other customers there.

Im updating my previous review. The service has greatly improved from my last review date. The clerk/​owner now calls me everytime a package arrive. Still a convenient place for picking up my mail/​packages. No lost shipments so far. There is always parking available. 4-​stars: Clerk/​owner promised free month mailbox rent when I started my service but did not get it. Too much work if we have to re-​draft a new contract-​i guess. Hopefully he remembers when I renew when my lease is up a few months.

I ship out a lot and I’m always looking for convenient yet good service from different shipping locations around town. I’ve shipped from here atleast half a dozen times and the service has always been great.
Believe it or not my favorite part about this place is that they have a large table that you can comfortably roll and package your item without any trouble. They also have many different types of shipping and packaging materials whether it’s boxes, bubble wrap or tissue paper. This comes in really handy when shipping out fragile items.
Parking is super convenient and the shopping center location is also easily accessible right off of Brand Blvd. I have never had a need for it but they also have PO Boxes available at this location. Last but not least there’s a little supply store with basic office/​shipping supply items inside.
So if you’re looking for a good, convenient and competent shipping location in the Glendale area this is it!

Went in to get a document notarized. The guy was friendly and nice. He did the notary quickly and painlessly. He even tried to help me copy a strange key that I had been having trouble copying at other places. Would happily go here again.

Slow moving clerk. He had to finish writing an email for 10 min before he handled my shipments. Nice guy but do not come here in a hurry. It’s like going back in time 30 years. :) Not only was it a very slow experience, i was charged $ 17 to send a 1lb item locally (in LA) regular speed! Fedex Ground was the cheapest thing he had! Somehow it was still $ 17. Post office rates are way better. I love to support mom and pop shops but this one gets a pass.

I shipped a package using Fed ex through this store. The address for the package was to a PO Box. The owner told me that Fed Ex had a new policy and that it was OK to ship to PO Boxes. The price for shipping the package was about $ 35. Fed Ex ended up returning the package telling me they DO NOT ship to Po Boxes. I asked the owner for store credit to reship the package to residential address since he had given me FALSE information. He said it was not his fault and refused to give me store credit or a refund, making me have to pay for shipping twice.

I’m not usually the type to write reviews, but my experience with this business was quite extraordinary. I’m helping my mother move, and honestly it’s been nothing less then «an event». Walking into this store I had a million questions. I needed boxes and shipping tape, I had to ship some very important paintings, and I’m on a budget. The owner was very informative and let me know my multiple options. He didn’t try to «upsell» me on anything I didn’t need and was very sympathetic to my plight. Over the next few days I called with more questions and I was always greeted with a kind response. Postal Pack N Ship will receive my return business.

I really liked postal pack n ship, and let me tell you why:
–the gentleman that helped me was actually helpful and friendly;
–there is a parking lot (small, but not crowded, and lets be real, when you are shipping multiple things or one giant thing you don’t want to have to struggle to find parking and then drag your boxes around);
–I felt reassured that its a good business because while I was waiting there a few *regular* customers, who came in to drop things off (I figure if they keep coming back then Postal Pack n Ship must be doing something right! And it was nice to see that they actually knew each other);
— and most importantly my packages got to their destinations safe and sound and on time
The reason why this isn’t 5 stars?
The shop smells heavily of incense, which is less then desirable if you are sensitive to scents, or have allergies (like me).
Despite the perfumed atmosphere I will definitely be coming back.

EXACTLY the sort of place you want to do business with.
I’m not a shill for PPS. Cripes, I live in New York.
But Robert packed some goods I bought in LA perfectly.
And for a price I consider very very fair.
Great communication. Great service.
All enough to earn a four– star rating easily.
But when the ground-​shipper damaged my stuff (idiots, in NO way PPS’s fault), Robert really went to bat. He could have easily ducked it. Did not. And what a bunch of hassle for him. WTH was I going to do — I’m in NYC. Net/​net he got them to own up and pay up.
Great guy. Great business.
