I am a regular at this nail spot. I usually get gel mani and a regular pedi. All of them are great! I always call ahead to be added to the list and I’ve never had to wait more then 10 min. Tammy does the best nails and Jessie does the best pedicures.

Got my acrylics done here. Staff were nice and were always smiling. All nails are pretty straight except for a few which are crooked. Pros: parking, free water bottles, great color selection, clean salon overall. Cons: really busy

Amazing place! They’re fast, super clean and cheap! $ 33 for spa pedi and acrylic refill, I think it’s a great for the quality. Kelly did my nails and she was very sweet. One thing I really loved is that they use a brand new set of tools for each person, meaning that you won’t catch any disease from no one! I will definitely be back

I came in a treat yo self mentality. I got a mani/pedi after not going for a good year or so. Since I’m traveling, I went here because it was recommended. The place looks great. However, I felt rushed when picking my color. I had two people, one for my manicure and the other for my pedicure. The one doing my manicure seemed a little angry at life, and may have took it off on my cuticles(kidding)… But she was really working them and it would hurt, she actually clipped a little too much on my pinky that it bled and was sensitive after. The nail polish coating was even and everything was done within 30 – 45 minutes. I did feel a little rush to leave and when I paid, I ended up smudging some of my nail polish… But the polish is still standing after a week and I usually pick the polish asap, so a pretty solid job. If I’m in the area I’ll go again, the quality of the mani/pedi combo were worth the price. I just didn’t like being rushed.

I’ve been coming here for quite a while and I will keep coming! The first time I came the lady who did my manicure made me bleed but the girl who did my pedicure did such a good job I ended up coming back! I haven’t seen the woman that made me bleed since… I always have a positive experience, they are quick, meticulous and very inexpensive. They do a great job and my manicures usually last a while.(That’s saying a lot considering I’m known for breaking, scratching and otherwise destroying my nails) There were two times that my nails chipped within the day(which sucks cause I hadn’t even put them under my usual wear and tear at that point). Despite that I love their choices in color, how great they are at accommodating same day appointments(or just walk ins) and how sweet most of these ladies are. Nancy does an excellent job!

I’ve been here about three times already and each time I’ve left very satisfied. Twice I’ve been here with an appointment and one time I was a walk-in. When I did make an appointment, they started on my nails the minute I walked in. The time I came in as a walk-in they also started on my nails within a couple of minutes, which is a huge plus! The service has always been great and everyone who’s helped me has always done a great job on my nails. Currently, my nails have gel polish on and I got them done around January 20th, till now, they still haven’t chipped, my nails have just started to grow out. All in all, my experience here has always been a positive one. Honestly, I think their pricing is great too! They charge $ 27 for gel polish, when most other salons charge $ 30 and above. Some of the perks: * They give you a small bottle of water when you walk in, before they start working on you. * Pricing is very reasonable. * The place is spacious and has high ceilings. * The service is great. * Their tools, and the salon, in general, are very clean. * Would I recommend? Definitely!

How does this place get good reviews?! Maybe people here have never had nails done properly? This technicians are unskilled, they don’t even know how to remove gel. The man at the front is rude and yucky. Go to XM nails down the street and treat yourself to nails done right. If you can get in with Sue at XM you are in for a treat! She actually knows how to do nails.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now and this place just keeps on impressing me. I’m writing this as I’m sitting here waiting for my ride. Just finished getting my nails done by Nancy and she did amazzzzing! I think this was my first time getting them done by her & I’m happy. All the girls here are great at what they do and are super sweet! The store itself is very clean. Pristine is always my go to, I don’t usually make an appointment and the wait is never long when I walk in :)

No matter who I get when I arrive I’ve always been very happy with the results! I typically get a gel manicure(sometimes with a simple design but I’ve seen them do some crazy awesome nail art!!!) and spa pedicure. I always call ahead just to make sure they aren’t swamped. I’ve never had to wait very long at all and they are all super sweet and accommodating(offering mini waters, a fan when it’s hot, etc.). I I just appreciate how amazing they can make my nails and cuticles look after I come in with dirty ragged nails and dry cuticles(I’m an artist and can’t always take the best care of my nails!). I was amazed at the transformation last time, literally a hand/nails makeover even though it was just a gel manicure. They are priced similarly to most nail salons I’ve gone to but I’ve always been way happier with the quality of manicure I get at Pristine! I recently moved back to the Eastside and after trying a couple of places, Pristine is definitely my go-to and has been for months. I work a lot with my hands and the gel stays pretty perfect for about two weeks(then it just looks weird because it starts growing out as any gel manicure does). My polish has only chipped(very slightly) a couple of times but I was doing serious woodworking. Plan on going today, yay!

I needed a full set right way. I can to this new spot close to work and I loved it. Kelly asked me what shaped I wanted them, to pic my color and take my time, and she was very polite. I loved how she did my nails. They came out flawless and in point. Better than other places I been to. I would recommend this place to any new clients.

Love this place! I always come here to get a pedi with Kelly and she is wonderful! Aside from doing a good pedi job, she’s amazing at giving foot massages! The place is also really good, I’ve never seen it too busy and if it is I already have an appointment and I only wait for about 10 minutes max! Their chairs are super comfy and you can get a good massage while getting your toes done :) I love the variety of colors they have but I just wish there were brighter/neon ones! Parking is a little hard to find, it’s in the back but you get lucky if you find at least one spot for yourself. Other than that, this salon is good for a pedi! I can’t speak for their other services.

Nancy! She is awesome! She did a really great job! My first time here and I will definitely come back. –All their nail tools are sterilized and only opened per customer –They have a nice selection of nail polish –They can get busy but we did not wait at all –They give you 8oz water bottles without you having to ask –My pedicure tub was lined with plastic that they change after every client –There’s an ATM for your convenience. FYI they only accept tips in cash but you can pay for your service with discover, visa or MasterCard. If your service is below $ 25…they charge a $ 1 fee –manicures are $ 12, pedicures are $ 17, combo’s are $ 26 –their bathroom is clean And…they have parking!

Quality of service: 3 – 4 dependent on whom you get Cleaniness: 5 Stars Time-management: 2 Stars Pros: Sanitized nail tools, foot bath and free water bottles Cons: Limited massage chairs(6). poor time management(I overheard a lot of the patrons coming in with appointments but they still had to wait because everyone was busy) $ 29 manicure/pedicure By far one of the better nail salons I’ve been to. I would recommend and come back if I was in the area

Went to pristine for the first time last night. I needed a manicure done before my friend’s wedding on Friday and knew that I did not want a place similar to wear I got my manicure for NYE(pricey & yet the service wasn’t great) Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit. The staff were welcoming, professional, and the place is clean and orderly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name of the woman who had done my nails, but she was awesome! I had shown her a photo of another customer’s nails done from their nail salon and she was able to replicate the photo without using acrylic as the customer in the photo had done. My nails look so pretty and shaped perfectly that my mom thought it was acrylic when I showed her later that night. As I was observing the manicurist, I noticed how attentive she is to the smallest detail and I loved that! She was professional, easy to talk to, and made me feel confident in her work. I think I’ve finally found my manicurist. I’ll make sure of it to go back and ask her for her name for my follow up. I seriously can’t stop staring at my nails. Lol! Love it!!!

I work with my hands and I change gloves about 200 times a day. Having a nice manicure is not a luxury for me, it’s a necessity. I’ve been getting gel manicures for 4 years now and have tried many salons. This is my favorite. First and foremost, the technicians are very nice and thorough. Since my hands get a brutal beating form the gloves and sanitizers, they tend to dry out and crack. The techs make it mission to restore them back to cleanliness and health. Cuticles are left looking immaculate and the polish is applied to perfection directly at the cuticle-nail juncture without any fuzzies, bumps or streaks. My nails polish lasts no less than 2 and a half weeks! Their gel manicure color palate is as extensive as their regular polish palate and the techs are able to match them to a T when I get a pedi. Needless to say, I’m a very happy customer.

Came here because it had decent reviews on Unilocal.Needed a quick gel manicure before my trip. Gel manicure ran me $ 27 which I’d say is average. The manicure itself was not great. The file that my technician used must have been old because my nails were ragged not to mention very crooked. I asked her to file it again(I just asked once). She filed it but multiple nails were still slanted. So I thought maybe she just can’t see that they aren’t straight. I will say that she spent quite some time with me since there was not that crowded. Since she had more time, she went to town on my cuticles. Am I happy with my manicure? Meh. Don’t expect anything great. I think there are better places. Color selection: huge. Cleanliness: very clean. Parking: some parking in the back, which was nice. Overall: I don’t think I will be back. Ps. They take credit cards but tip must be in cash.
