Ordered several items shown as in stock. 6 days later, the order was shown as «invoiced» but no tracking info. Called and spoke to them, they apologized and admitted and error in stocking, said they should be getting the items in tomorrow and will ship at that time. I needed the parts and this time frame did not work, so I cancelled the order since I was able to locally source the parts. They were apologetic and refunded my pay-​pal within 10 minutes. No harm no fowl. I’ll give them another try in the future. They seem easy to work with and they actually answer their phone… which very few online businesses do!

A update and a little more about how QMV chose to deal with me as a willing customer.
So after 2 failed attempts to purchase the same car stereo GPS unit, both times for the same listed price, both times orders paid for and confirmed with emails from QMV and both times later being told they don’t actually have the units and that it’s a «accident» that they were listed as available do to a computer error not QMV error. First time yes I can see accidents happening but the same issue 2 times and you didn’t fix it after the first time =Fishy! Now I sit at multiple months and 2 attempts later, and QMV actually has the NX605 units in stock so I contact them back inquiring about them honoring my 2 broken attempts to purchase just 1 unit from them. I was told I would need to arrange a new way of payment and I would need to pay the new price that they have it listed at, $ 180 more than my previous 2 attempts. After much back and forth in regards to all the hoops I jumped through and patients I stupidly had shown QMV in regards to my previous attempts and never being told I would be expected to pay more then what I had attempted to pay twice and even being placed on a back ordered/​call back list the second time, I have gotten absolutely nowhere. In addition I asked them to take the credit card hold off they said they needed to have on my credit card to keep me on the back order list, weird! Evidently after I asked them to take the hold off that was there key to release themselves from any responsibility or respectability in customer service of the «accidents» they made previously. After a few more emails asking for some kind of reason why they expected me to pay more than the price I attempted to pay twice before, I finally got a response saying the best they would do is take $ 50 off the new higher price still making it $ 130 more than my previous attempts. I asked them how they justified this and stated I thought there customer service was lacking at best and it felt like they were just giving me the bird and saying take it or leave it do to me being just one customer in the 100,000+ they made sure to bring to my attention previously. Probably just figured who cares about 1 unfavorable report or upset customer that very easily could of been 1 very happy customer that had hung in for months with QMV and been through the ringer but was in the end taken care of properly by QMV by giving them the unit they wanted at the price they thought they were going to get 2 times before. I guess I can only dream that $ 180 dollars to a 100,000+ customer business would have been nothing to make it right especially when QMV probably gets the units at near or less than the price I was asking they honor. Whatever you do don’t hang around and give QMV a second chance on an «accident» they create, you will more than likely be sorry you did if you do.

Purchased a set of car speakers online and after purchasing I realized that it was the wrong model. So I called them to see if I could change my order and their customer service was very friendly and quickly fixed my order over the phone and I still got the right set of speakers the next day at a great low price!!!

I Ordered a car DVD player for my daughter for $ 170. Didn’t even play one full DVD and the item stopped working. Don’t waste your money on ordering from this website … It’s all junk made in China!!! Then you get to pay to ship the defective item back to them! Save yourself a headache!!!

Bought a TV for my kitchen. They motorized it so that i pops out and I can even imnpyut my phone and watch regular TV. I had some tech issues while installation and they took care of it for me. I needed it installed before ¹²⁄₂₄ and they got it done. Just in time for our Christmas Party. Lorenzo hooked me up.

Ordered a back up alarm system and it took five days receive an email saying the product was not in stock and that my order was moved to back order. Could have easily had an alternative in had at that point and not had an angry customer.

Ordered a backup camera system from their web site. Received a jumble is miscellaneous parts with no installation instructions. The on-​screen menu on the display doesn’t work and the side camera cables are much too short to be usable. Had to purchase another $ 100.00 in parts elsewhere to make this minimally work. I left negative reviews twice and they never get included on their web site. Only positive reviews are posted.
Update 4÷15÷14: Well it’s been multiple months now. I’ve posted numerous inquiries for instructions on the non-​operational display and have never received a response. Stay away from this company. I wasted a bunch of money on them.

First if you read this companies response to my initial review, at no point is there any personal responsibility taken. They start off their response basically saying that I should have known it wasn’t available because their product description says DISCONTINUED. The actual product was not removed from their website and still reads DISCONTINUED. In fact when I clicked on the link, it still says, DISCONTINUED not OUT OF STOCK. DISCONTINUED is very different than being out of stock of a product. Just because a product is discontinued does not mean it is not available for sale, it just means the manufacturer isn’t producing it anymore. But instead of taking responsibility here you’ve tried to blame this on me.
In addition as of the time of me writing this update, if it genuinely is an inconvenience for them to have to cancel an order WHY IS THE PRODUCT STILL AVAILABLE FOR SALE AND STILL READS DISCONTINUED, AND I CAN STILL ORDER IT!!!
Just goes to prove this is a nice little tactic they have to send traffic to their site.

and after calling them found out they do installations on site in Glendale, if you buy from them.
I had them install a factory OEM look Rosen navigation system on my Civic and it looks and works great. So glad I didn’t do it myself, because you need all sorts of special tools (long screwdrivers, dash prying putty knife etc.) to install it.
Very happy with the whole purchase.
