Right Home offers both Residential and Commercial real estate services in the Los Angeles region of Southern California covering 6 counties: LA, Oragne, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura and Santa Barbara. We take pride in successfully preventing foreclosures and helping people stay in their homes as long as possible, obtain loan modification if qualified and we also refer our clients to consumer advocacy groups that at help consumers fight big banks legally and obtain favorable terms for them. There are Never Any Up-​Front Fees collected. We don’t get paid unless we obtain results to your satisfaction. We cover all of Southern California.

History

Established in 1998.

Right Home started off as an innovation in the industry with salaried real estate agents and a business model that is designed to eliminate conflicts of interest and double commissions. In today’s environment Right Home is focusing primarily homeowners who are in default because we feel they are the ones in most need of help. Our moto has always been to «recommend only what we would do if we were in the shoes of our clients».

Manager

Paul started off as a mortgage broker in 1992 and then seein opportunities in innovating the real estate industry was one of the founders of Right Home that had set a goal to establish an innovative, industry-​unique, consumer friendly real estate company. Paul had a very successful weekly TV show for over 10 years. Paul also had a weekly radio show on KLSX FM that quickly became one of the top rated shows on the weekend. Paul is also a published author of numerious industry articles both about mortgages and real estate.
