These guys are the best!!! Chris is very knowledgable. He came out gave a qoute, and might i add very reasonable quote. Started the job and finished in the right amount of time was very clean. Basically didnt leave any work for me. This is a great person/​company to work with. Dont think twice and just call them from the start. You wont be dissapointed.

After having the same plumbing issue for the third time a friend recommended Rooter Pro and he told me Chris is his go to man when it comes to plumbing. He came, got the job done, and left the place nice and clean. Very highly recommended!

I had an issue with drain flies, or so I thought. I called several plumbers and they all did the same thing, they put bleach down my drain saying that that will kill the nest. To no avail. The flies kept coming and I was super annoyed. Months later a friend told me about Chris. So I called him and over the phone he just told me it had nothing to do with the drain and that it must be the molding. Sure enough that’s what it was! We refinished the bathroom and now I am «drain fly» free lol. Thanks Chris!

Amazing problem solvers! After years of plumbers and so called drain experts coming over and telling me about how bad my sewer and drain situation I was so relieved to finally have a professional come over and say, «not a problem, this is what we do». Simple. The quote for work was well below any of the others and the confidence these guys have put me well at easy. The job was quickly and efficiently. The area left clean and tidy. The staff all professional. I’m so impressed with these guys. I went from worried to problem solved in no time at all.

When your apartments management fails, Rooter Pros save the day!
Usually we have the management company deal with little things here and there and within a day or so things do get done, but lately our management has been very non responsive about fixing our plumbing issues and this old house (1934) has them on a regular basis
Chris came through very quickly, he came recommended by a friend, but that’s not always a good thing. This time, the recommendation was spot on!
We needed several things done, little stuff here and there, but because of the quote we got for the laundry hookups, looks like we’ll be having Chris come out here for that too!

I called Rooter Pros for an emergency service at my residence. They showed up within an hour and had our water back up and running in no time. Extremely GREAT PRICING and service. If you need a honest plumber these are your guys. Trust me and use them, I had my doubt’s but they turned out great!

I am not the one to write a review, I usually just get the service and think nothing of letting the company (or other people for that matter) know how things went. I can honestly say that these guys aren’t called pros for nothing! These guys were absolutely awesome! Chris was a great technician and he even cleaned up under the sink once he was finished with his duties. The price was very reasonable as well. They were also very punctual as well. I recieved a call from the company every time there was a change in the schedule and they always kept me in the loop to accomodate me. They just don’t build company’s like this anymore. If you have an issue with your plumbling in the Glendale/​Burbank/​Pasadena area THESE ARE THE GUYS TO CALL!

Great customer service in an age when it’s needed.
We had a plumbing issue on a Friday evening around 4pm. We were going to call a big reputable company but we figured let’s try the local small business folks first. We Unilocaled! and Rooter Pros came up with a good rating. We called and they showed up in less than 30mins. The guy that came was super friendly, knowledgable, and also humerous. I had just had surgery so I was laid up on the couch, and the technician seemed genuinely concerned with my health, weird I know. Problem was fixed and we have used them twice since then. Both times the technicians were friendly and honest.

He came out quick and was really nice. However, he had to come back a second time because he cut corners and didn’t snake again (which needed to happen). He also didn’t clean up/​disinfect or anything, and left a big mess. If he just put in more effort to double check his work and clean up after himself, then he would have got 5 stars.

Arrived on time, found the problem quickly, repaired properly, fair price — and he’s a nice man. Will call again. As good as it gets!

Called Rooterpro after reading other reviews on Unilocal.Owner Chris showed up ASAP, on time and with all the right tools. He showed me the «root» (no pun intended) of the problem with his camera and followed up with his assistant Juan who worked non stop for 6 hours and made the necessary repairs.
The cost was reasonable for the quality of the work and the extent of the repairs.

I called these people spoke to the owner Chris Baibakhani on ¹¹⁄₂₄ to get some work done at my house. He set up an appointment for the next day from 8 AM to 12 PM. Not convenient to give him a 4 hour window but since I had used them before I said OK.
1 PM rolls around and nothing
1: 30 I call him, goes to voice mail… leave him a message… Hey Chris its past your time what’s happening bla bla bla… no call back
1:45 PM Text him NOTHING
2:10 PM call him nothing
2:30 Left the house and call him to cancel and to let him have it and he send then call to ignore. WOW WOW WOW
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Any company or anyone who knowingly does this to someone who took his time to write a glowing 5 star Unilocal review does not deserve your business.
Found another well reviewed plumber from Unilocal and called him. The guy showed up and got the job done in an exact time frame.

It takes an awesome experience for me to write a review and this company over-​delivered for me.
I wasn’t home when they arrived (by the way on time)
The sink was totally clogged up and my wife was stressing out. I tried to fix it with no avail.
The Rooter Pros guys showed up and treated my family with care and kindness. They did the job and charged me exactly what they had quoted.
I gotta tell you… this was an AWESOME experience and I hope they are this awesome every time.
Based on this experience, I totalllllly HIGHLY recommend this company (especially the plumber Sean)
