This is a great locally owned business with a lot of class. I love this place for unique gifts for the holidays or a birthday. They can also take care of all you invitation needs. The staff is great and very friendly.

The Owner Wendy at Signatures Invitations and Gifts helped us create beautiful Wedding invitations for our daughters wedding. They were creative, unique & affordable, on time as promised, with excellent quality! We always have a great experience when shopping at Signatures, all the ladies working there are helpful and provide Excellent Customer Service!
It’s nice to have such a great place to shop in the Glendale area for Unique gifts and invitations.

Signatures is a top notch place for all your business and personal stationery, invitations, holiday cards etc. The staff is very helpful and work with you to come up with the perfect innovative design to fit your needs. Signatures did everything for our daughters wedding, from the invitations, save the date, programs, menus etc. We got several compliments from friends that were excited to attend after receiving their invitation! Signatures has a great selection of jewelry and gifts for every occasion.

Signatures should be your go to store for every woman’s gift needs. They carry Brighton, Alex & Ani, Pandora, and the most amazing smelling candles. The home decorations are fabulous and unique items you cannot find elsewhere. If you are shopping for invitations this is the only place to buy, the invitations are hand crafted and customized. The service was top notch and they wrapped my gift which is a huge plus for me! Remember to shop local and support Arizona small business owners.

Wow! I’m pretty shocked at the negative reviews this place has. I had my wedding invitations printed here and had such a positive experience! If you are looking for a calligrapher for your wedding invites and are in the Glendale/​Phoenix area, Signatures is a must stop! They have a wide array of designs to choose from and are always open to working with you on new ones to carry out your vision. I specifically worked with Bibian and she was very patient listening to me ramble about the complexities with naming/​honoring certain family members. She suggested proper ways to address our invitations and envelopes without offending people or breaking any etiquette rules.
During the time she worked on our invites, I called/​texted Bibian about 10 times with changes to our addresses, number of invites needed, and design. I also ordered embellishments (leaves) for the invitations and she was gracious with suggestions and tracking the package. Our invitations overall came out great and we recovered many compliments on them.
Besides the invitations, I also came here with my husband to buy a gift for his boss. We ended up with a large beautiful frame. One of the ladies went above and beyond in getting a newer frame from a high shelf and wrapping it for us.
***I really wanted to give the place 4.5 starts but that’s not possible here. The only reason I can’t give full 5 stars is because the items in the store are a bit pricey, but that’s the boutique experience, I guess.***

This store… oh my… THIS STORE is the most amazing place of its kind in the entire valley! My daughter, from New York, heard me rave about Signatures and she asked that I go in and inquire about her wedding invitations. So, I did. From a tiny idea to a mother’s input, Bibian created the most gorgeous invitation I have ever seen. We collaborated on what this one of a kind invitation was to look like. I can’t count how many times we’d change this or change that and Bibian just stayed with us and went over and above to accommodate us. My daughter, being the perfectionist she is, expected the best and, from Signatures, she received that and more. NOTHING was too much trouble for them. Wendy, the owner of Signatures and Bibian AND all the other wonderful employees there treated my daughter’s wedding invitations as if they were the most important thing in the world. And, for us, they were. I can’t say enough about the service, the kindness, the ingenuity of Signatures and its staff. Whether you are looking for invitations for weddings, BD parties, anniversary celebrations, announcements, etc., they will provide for you something unlike you’ve never seen.
I HIGHLY recommend Signatures if you are looking for and expect the best from people who go above and beyond to accomodate your needs. Please keep up the great work Wendy, Bibian and the entire staff at Signatures. I appreciate you more than this review could express!!!
On a separate note… I’m disgusted with the reviews first from «AZ» and «Paula B» who describe the staff as «rude». Paula B goes a step further and talks about «fake smiles» and «flirty giggles» — both reviews couldn’t be further from the truth. These ladies are kind and helpful. They are NOT imposing or pushy and certainly don’t «flirt» with their customers. ALSO from «Angela G» — a scrapbooking place? really? I’d like to know where she saw those type of products — maybe she was at JoAnn’s where there do have such a thing — Signatures is NOT a scrapbooking store.

This is a cute store with a great nice selection of gifts and jewelry. The problem is the employees… rude and snobbish… Please, you are a sales clerk!!! I only shop here because it is convenient. I have seen the clerks go overboard with attention and maybe even a smile to ladies who are dressed a certain way. If you have that «casual mommy look» forget it, you may get a grin or totally ignored while the clerks talk to each other until you check out… This store has the potential to be so much more but unfortunately it has the reputation of a simple gift shop with workers who are not happy to work!

I was reading some of these reviews and thought you have to be kidding with me. I have been going here for years and these are some of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. They are always helpful and as a guy who knows nothing about shopping they always help me pick out the perfect gift for my wife!

This is such a cute and ‘homey’ boutique! They have everything from invitations, candles, Pandora charms, lotion, jewelry, etc. If you are going the candle route, I suggest «Diva.» Smells amazing! The ladies there are very friendly and fun to talk with as well as have great suggestions for fun gifts to buy. I will defintiely go back!

I’ve actually given this place several opportunities to serve my Brighton splurges and gift giving but I’m now staying as far away from Signatures and their snobby service as I can. When I heard about Unilocal… Signatures was the first establishment that came to my mind. Like some of the other reviews I too was ignored while I stood around and watched men come in and get awesome service. The fake smiles and flirty giggles were almost embarrassing. I was so tempted to leave the earrings on the counter and just leave. Another visit I was checking out and saw a devotional type book on the counter. Being a Christian I thought it was a great opportunity to share a common interest as I inquired about it. The conversation was cold, unloving and so business like it was almost rude. Because I frequent the eating establishment next door so frequently I used to want to visit Signatures as part of my routine. Of course as we all know when something is good we all share with our friends and when something is bad we do the same. Since sharing my experiences with others I hardly get the word SIGNA… Out of my mouth and people quickly chime in… THOSE PEOPLE THERE ARE SO RUDE!

I went in here a couple weeks ago for the first time because I knew they carried my favorite purses. When I walked in, one of the two ladies that worked there said hi from across the room. I proceeded to look at purses. During this time, an elderly couple came in. They received a warm greeting and a «Could I help you find something?» They wanted to look at wedding invitations. Then a couple of elderly ladies walked in and they received the same friendly greeting as the elderly couple. I decided to buy some hand cream and stood by the counter to buy it. One of the employees was standing not even 10 feet away FACING my direction and didn’t even stop what she was doing to help me! Seriously — I felt invisible. If I walked out with that damn hand cream, they wouldn’t have even noticed! I put the hand cream back and walked out.
If these employees only cater to elderly people and not casually dressed people (like I was, since it’s raining and I didn’t feel like dressing up so I was wearing jeans, a hooded sweatshirt and slip on shoes — sigh! heaven forbid!!)), then that’s just a pity. They had some nice stuff, but why would I want to shop at a place that doesn’t seem to treat people equally? Did anyone come up to me and ask if I needed help finding something? Nope.
I’ll take my business elsewhere. Little do they know that we’re moving into our new house next month and I have a lot of decorating to do. I won’t be spending my money on them, that’s for sure. All they had to do was be courteous. What a shame.

We were in the area trying to find paper for wedding invitations and this popped up on Unilocal so we tried it out. It’s more of a scrapbooking place then just a place for elegant paper for wedding invitations so we left empty handed. But we looked around and there were some pretty ribbon, paper and embellishments for scrapbooking. You can probably find the same things or similar at a craft store so I’ll probably not come back for this shop since there’s better ones in Scottsdale

I needed a last minute gift for a wedding this weekend, and this store was amazing! the staff was so helpful and they had so many lovely things. they also have a massive array of custom, beautiful stationery. hoping to use them for my wedding too.

I was searching on line for a store that sells a particular type of jewelery my mom wanted for Christmas (Pandora). The search brought me to Signatures-​a little boutique nestled next to a Safeway in your typical Arizona strip mall.
Not only did I find the Pandora charms my mom asked for but they had a great selection of unique fun gifts and decorations. If you are looking for something for the person who has everything, it is safe to say that you could find something special at Signatures.
