I’d like to start off by saying that this is more or less my go-to nail salon. 1. Parking: Extremely hard to find in the actual plaza. It’s probably better to park on the street or across the street in the JoAnn’s parking lot. 2. Waiting time: I guess it depends what time you are there. Mornings are usually less crowded. I’d say I’ve only waited 20 min max to be attended to. 3. Customer service: On a scale from 1 – 10, probably a 5. They seem to always be in a rush and there is a huge language barrier. They aren’t as professional as they should be to say the least. I don’t have a problem with it as long as what I ask for is done properly and efficiently. I only mention this because I know customer service is crucial to some. 4. Selection: There isn’t a huge selection of colors. It usually takes me about 5 – 7 minutes to decide what color I want because they never truly have a color I want. Bringing your own polish? I guess if you wanted to, you could. However, I don’t recommend it simply because they wouldn’t handle it with care. 5. Service: I’ve only gotten manicures here. I have very short nails due to the fact that I play sports. They always point out that I have short nails rather than just deal with it and get the job done. I’ve gotten acrylics done twice. The process, for the most part is smooth. However, once they start filing the acrylic, it’s painful! I’m not sure it’s 100% sanitary but luckily, I have not run into any issues. 6. Price: You get what you pay for. Why 3 stars? This is not the best salon out there. Service can suck at times and to be honest, this place is a hit or a miss. You can get an amazing job done or a horrible job done. I give it 3 stars because it’s not the worst salon on the planet either.

I’ve been dealing with a nasty toe infection around my nail for a month now that started after I had a pedicure here. Doesn’t appear to be sanitary at all. Additionally, they made me wait 20 minutes past my appointment time and even though I requested to have both a mani and pedi at the same time, they did one service then the other. Staff wasn’t friendly either. NEVER will I go back here. I’ll probably report them to the board of cosmetology.

I decided to take my grandma out for a «girls day» to get our nails done. That fun«girls day» turned into a disappointment day. The lady who was giving my grandma a pedicure kept confusing her dirty nail sets with my grandma’s clean ones that she always brings along with her whenever she schedules a nail appointment. Long story short, the lady cut the skin«by accident» and didn’t even bother to clean it off with alcohol until my grandma asked her several times. My grandmother is currently trying to treat her fungal infection. Please be cautious and aware of the consequences that you can face if you don’t get the treatment you deserve. This was a horrible experience and one BIG disappointment.

If you come here(actually don’t come ATALL) DONOT go to Wendy! She has no integrity. I brought my own polish and she did a fill for me. I went to wash my hands and when I came back my polish was open, the brush was sitting on the counter and I saw her putting something away. She proceeded to close the polish and shake it up. She painted one hand and it looked very dull. Mind you my polish is very opaque. I asked her if she put polish remover in my bottle(they do that to their own polish if it’s too thick) she said no but I know for a fact she was lying because when she said that, the girl sitting next to me looked shocked as if she couldn’t believe she just lied. My nails look terrible, not smooth at all, dull and I just noticed she left a lump in my acrylic. Won’t be coming back here. Really upset! Update! I went back in because I was so upset with how they came out. A man fixed them for me and they look good for the most part(still not the best). I told him my polish looks dull before the top coat and that I think she put remover in my polish(she was sitting right next to us, SAVAGE) lol he assured me that it was«paint thinner» same effin thing!!! Don’t alter my product behind my back, without my permission & then lie about it. I asked Stacy for a partial refund due to them altering my product and she denied me. Told me to talk to Wendy who initially did my nails & that she wasn’t the manager(she had a terrible attitude & unless there is another Stacy, she is a liar as well) so I go to Wendy and she snatched my polish out of my hand while handing me $ 6 in the other. I was so pissed that I had to walk out!!! I did not agree to let u have my polish. I figure a bottle of nail polish wasn’t worth catching a case over. This place is a JOKE! Good riddance

This is my mom’s go to spot since she lives right down the street. My mom recommended I make an appointment with Kelly for a mani/pedi. I’ve been here twice and Kelly is amazing! She takes her time doesn’t try to pursue you to add on more services. For $ 20 bucks, the mani/pedi is a steal. The salon itself is in my opinion a bit old school. They have green carpet and decorations that don’t match, but all in all, I experienced great customer service. I made an appointment but noticed that they take walk-ins as well. Also, they only have 3 parking spots designated for the salon because the lot is shared with other businesses. All in all, I’m happy with my experience and my nails looks fantastic!

I really liked my clients nails today, I asked her where she got them done and she told me Stacey’s. So I decided to give them a call and she gave me an appointment same day. Parking isn’t the best but that’s fine. Stacy is very nice and thoughtful. She took her time and did my nails exactly like I like them. She made sure to ask me what I like because it was my first time there. The pricing is great as well. I really liked her work and will go back.

I loved how Annie did my nails! They’re great and it’s been about 2 weeks and they’re still intact no chip or nothing! It felt nice being at a nail shop where they actually converse with you & make you feel welcomed. I definitely am going to keep coming back. People that say bad reviews about it, obviously look for what they’re paying for. Which is not only cheap, but cheap quality. It is a bit pricey. But I mean, do you want your nails to look fresh for a while? Or do you want them to chip in no time? Think about that before you judge a place and miss out on a great chance.

They talk a lot of sh^^^t! Lol. Always in their own little world. The spa is $ 6 more and regular pedi is $ 12 and your feet are in a plastic bag in a bucket! I’m only killing time while my wife gets her eyebrows done by Nancy. Which is only reason she comes. Also the only reason we’re giving more than 1 stars. Nancy does an amazing job. So I posted this review above as I had just sat down… Well, Paulina just asked if I wanted my feet scrubbed and it’s an additional $ 7. LOL. Wow. So I’m getting ripped off here. And now my review dropped to 2 stars. Nancy gets both stars. This place is a joke

I was dumbfounded at this place and not in a good way. First of all, the place is so crammed that people are practically on top of each other with no place to move. The workers are extremely unprofessional and pretend you’re not even there and just talk(yell) to each other. Half of what I said was ignored as she was doing my nails. Now, I would say you get what you pay for, but I was charged double the price for a fill than what was said to me over the phone. I questioned her and she said it was because she cleaned my cuticles & cut down my nails so it was an extra charge. I guess they charge extra for every breath too. I had to get a nail replaced which is understandable in terms of the extra charge but I don’t think they’d charge an extra 13 dollars for that. I’m extremely disappointed seeing as my friend who went in a few weeks before me got the same treatment for half the price. The two stars are only because I liked the end result, but the location & customer service were a nightmare

I like this place. The overall quality of the acrylics don’t stay long, but their work is amazing. Whatever shape you want they will do their best to satisfy your needs. I had ugly short full set from another nail place I went to, where I was in pain for 4 days because the cuts and horrible job that they did. Therefore I went to stacys to take them off and put a new set on. The process was so easy and didn’t hurt at all. I forgot the lady’s name but she did an amazing job with taking the ugly nails off, putting a new one, and also shaping it the way I exactly want it. Amazing job and staff! Prices are cheap also! :)

Come early or call ahead because they get really busy. Ask for Polly, she is my go to, she goes above and beyond and pays attention to detail. I won’t go anywhere else! Only downside is parking so park in the Joann’s parking lot across the street :)

Horrible service. They aren’t friendly at all, at least the ladies who were working the morning shift. I had to get to work at 11 so Stacys was the only place who had time with no appointment, I went hoping to get white tip acrylics… And I did but not how I had expected. The lady who did my nails was rude. She did not do my nails anything how I wanted them And over all it was a horrible experience just sitting in there. I had to get my nails redone the day after at a nail salon down the street. On Glendale ave paid double just to fix the set that should have been done right the first time.

First time getting my nails done here and I loved it! I didn’t make an appt. I just walked in and they took me right away. If you don’t have an appt. you may have to wait, but it’s not a big deal to be patient! Yen did my manicure and she did an amazing job at it. I don’t mind that they don’t talk so much to their customers/clients. They’re there to do your nails, nothing more.

If you go early then you have a great experience. However, if you don’t have the luxury of not having a day off, I recommend you go somewhere else. They block the passage ways to pass through with their carts, which is a fire hazard, might I add, they don’t listen, they are at times rude and give you looks if you chose someone else to do your nails or wax. Never, going back again.

I walked in to this place, because my usual mani pedi spot was all booked up and I didn’t even get a simple«Hello»… I waited 45 minutes and no one even acknowledged to say«thanks for waiting» or even acknowledges your existence. The place is crammed, I mean like literally there is no where to sit. The carpets need to be vacuumed. Avoid this place! I was in a desperate place which is the only reason I came here because they are open later and I needed a mani pedi. Next time, I much rather do my own many and pedi. Please spend the extra few couple of dollars to avoid places like this.

I always come here because the prices are reasonable and everyone is very nice. Today I got something new: a whole face wax. I love it. I also got a full gel set of dark blue nails. Next time I think I’ll go back and get eyelash extensions:)

Nancy is my go to lady over here! She always does a great job especially on my French manicures! I love how she does such a nice clean curved line(not straight like a lot of techs elsewhere I’ve seen do, if you know what I mean)
