Staff Connection

Nikki and Orilea are wonderful! They were able to get me fairly consistent temp work while I was in between jobs, I always felt like I was being paid fairly and that the jobs fit my skillset. They even called me with an amazing interview opportunity after I had put temping with them on hold. It was and is the greatest job with an amazing company — and I never would have found it without these two ladies! I highly recommend working with these gals.

This is a great staffing company, who managed to find something for me in under 48 hours. (I contacted them for employment since I was new to the LA area and wasn’t having any luck finding something on my own)
Every experience is different, but for me, I was lucky enough to be hired on full time by the first place they found for me. Nikkie and her team are fantastic!
What I like most about Staff Connection is the fact that they are a smaller company, who gets to know the candidates they send out… so they can find you something that will probably be a better fit than the larger staffing agencies out there, who are just trying to fill an opening, regardless of qualifications or experience.
If I ever find myself without a job in the future, I will definitely go back to Staff Connection.

I was very comfortable with my interactions with both Nikkie and Orilea. I received a phone call the very next day offering me a full time temporary position to work until I returned to my school job.

Here’s how good Nikki and Orilea are – I’m giving them 5 stars even though I didn’t get a job through them. I’d been job-​hunting for several months and had been to all the other well-​known agencies, but from the moment I walked into the small, nondescript office, I could tell these guys were a step above. They are open, engaging and vibrant and it feels like they’re working for YOU and not the other way around like at other agencies. In fact, the day I went in to meet with them, something had just opened up and they were able to send me directly to an interview. I didn’t get the job, but it wasn’t for lack effort on Nikki and Orilea’s part. I highly recommend these guys!

Hands down the best staffing agency! Nikki and Orilea are amazing at what they do. I went in on a Sunday to meet the ladies and present myself, Wednesday I had a interview and was pretty much hired on the spot. I Started that upcoming Monday. If you have a good resume they can sell you to anyone. I highly recommend, a lot of agencies promise you the stars but not with these ladies they give results. I’m amazed!!! But it sucks that they are so underrated, gems like this need to be recognized and appreciated.

5 Stars because these people are the best. I have been with 6 or 7 agencies since moving here forever ago, so I know a good dynamic from a bad one. This is a good one. I got laid off from my dead-​end job about one month ago, so no love lost there. Nikkie & Orilea took the time to get to know me a little bit — and then they found a good assignment for me right away. For decent $. And by right away I mean the DAY AFTER I registered. They have been helpful with sorting out my direct deposit for me. Made it easy. On this particular assignment I have met two other temps who are with Staff Connection and they both had nothing but good things to say about this agency. During these 4 weeks I’ve been with them some things have been consistent:
They ALWAYS have time for me when I call.
They are ALWAYS friendly, respectful & professional.
They NEVER made me jump thru a lot of hoops (i.e. typing & arithmetic tests).
If you’re looking for work I HIGHLY recommend sending Staff Connection your resume. They get results, they are very personable and they have absolutely earned my respect as capable professionals.

The best staffing experience I have ever had in my life. About 2 ½ months ago, I met with Nikki on a Thursday around 1:30pm. She was so easy going and eager to help me. She got me an interview THAT day at 4pm, and by 4:45pm, I had a three-​month temp contract!
