Best Starbucks and staff! I come here every morning before work and the morning staff is beyond friendly, welcoming and quick to get your coffee ready! My favorite Starbucks on the east side!

Just left while they were closing and I discovered I lost my parking ticket. The barista was super helpful and long story short I got out of the garage without the $ 15 fee for losing my ticket. Have been here every Sunday while my kid is in VB practice and they are always friendly and fast. Parking garage has free 90 min parking and it always has room… on Sunday’s anyway.

Out of all the Starbucks locations this place has by far the rudest employees. The baristas are another form of rude. They severely look like they hate their jobs. I order online all the time and pick up and Im always shocked at how rude they are. Unfortunately this is the closest location for where I work and I have no choice but to go here for coffee.

This is the very first time I have experienced horrible customer service at a Starbucks and that’s saying a lot I have Starbucks in different locations almost every single day. I stopped by today and had time to sit down and do some work. Every single person I felt with in the hour and 20 mins I was there was extremely unprofessional, unmotivated and just plain rude. Someone needs to get the manager of this store involved in this stores customer service !

I’m not even a big Starbucks fan but because of the amazing service they provide me I’m here EVERY morning. They know me by name and I never even have to say my order because they already know! I don’t mind being a regular here since I’m greeted with a smile and my iced coffee! The parking is great and free. Thanks to the staff for always starting my day off on a positive note! Cheer.

Slow service. Not even two people in line and service goes one person at a time with two people working. Person behind me got frustrated and asked the girl pretending to clean for a simple cup of coffee she responded with the cashier will help you… Instead of pouring his cup of coffee two steps away from her. Even I was frustrated and I wasn’t in a rush.

First of all I want to say really Marlyn. You’re going to give the Starbucks a one star for not ordering 26 drinks over the phone. This is just for that one star that was left I think you need to go get a life and I think you have 26 or more problems in your life forget about 26 drinks.
I just wanted to say that because leaving a one star for a business based on BS I feel sorry for you Marilyn. Honestly go get a life I’m sorry they don’t sell life’s at Starbucks. i’m sure you would order 26 of those because you definitely need it. Get a life Marlyn
Now that I got that out-​of-​the-​way. You guys are awesome they’re here at the Starbucks every time I walk in here at six in the morning. You guys always greet me a happy joyful do your jobs. This Starbucks is located at my building and it’s always fun walking down to get my coffee really close and convenient. I really like the manager there as well as there employees

I called this store to place an order for 26 Grande drinks. I spoke with Joe, and identified himself as the store manager. I told him that I wanted to order ahead of time since it is a big order. He said that they dont do orders over the phone and I should use the app for it. I dont have the app installed, and other stores let me order over the phone since I always get at least 8 drinks everytime. He was very mean and unapologetic, basically told me that they dont do phone orders and I should go to the store and place the 26 drinks that I’m ordering. So now I’m sitting here while waiting for the drinks to be completed when I could have saved time if they accepted my order ahead of time. Moreso, this guy, Joe, doesnt care about customer service!!!

Free Parking. It’s nice and clean inside. Not really a Starbucks to stay at to do homework or do dumb stuff on your MacBook Pro laptop. The Internet is really really show. The sitting in this place is limited and from the looks of it there’s no outlets. Whoever was barista was nice and: ahem: handsome

Free parking, great customer service, you will be in and out of that place in no time. The employees are very professionals and always fast and friendly. It is also a reserve Starbucks so great great coffees to try. I sure recommend this place.

Nothing like the smell of a NEW Starbucks!
Great service, convenient location (at least for me!), and FREE PARKING in the new apartment/​condo complex! (An employee told me that when more stores open on the ground floor of the complex, there’ll be free 1-​hour validated parking).
This joint staying a secret is on borrowed
time before word spread in the Glendale Memorial Hospital across the street, and when more residents move into the apartment/​condo complex.
And btw, this KILLS the Starbucks on Central & Acacia by light years!
This is my new go-​to Starbucks!
