I went to Stay Connected after reading all the Unilocal reviews was not disappointed. Ed did not have the part for my older iPhone 4s that night, but had it by the next morning and fixed my phone right away. He also threw in a screen protector to prevent another broken screen, and gave me a great deal on a case. Super fast and friendly service!

I had a great experience with this place. Ed not only fixed my issue (retrieving lost files from a broken phone), but he even suggested a more economical alternative for me, which I thought was really nice of him. He stayed in contact with me regularly with updates, and the job was done promptly.
Lost data and broken phones can be really stressful, especially when you suspect you may be dealing with somebody who is taking advantage of the situation for monetary gain. I never got that impression with Ed. I thought the price he quoted and charged was fair, and the whole process went smoothly and was up to the highest professional standards.

Very friendly staff and modern environment. They have everything you need to «stay connected». Ed helped me out to fix my iphone screen and also hooked me up with a phone case. Parking is right up front and the shop is close to GCC for students like me. Thanks guys I’m definitely a fan.

Ed helped me replace my cracked iPhone and after that any time my iPhone would fall (I drop my phone a lot) it wouldn’t break. Plus it only takes 10 minutes to fix… great place, look for ed!

My iPhone 6 screen broke a day before I was going out of town and the phone was pretty much unusable. I was referred to Stay Connected by a friend of mine and needed the phone fixed ASAP. Ed took care of my phone and had it back to normal in 15 minutes (no appointment). Fast service and very clean store. They also have the best prices in town. I highly recommend anyone with phone issues to go see Ed.

This place is great!
I had my I phone 6 screen replaced here. The work was quick and Ed provided amazing customer service that you don’t see much anymore.
It was relatively inexpensive compared to other shops in the area. I also got a discount on a new case, which I was not expecting .
Overall, great experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

I’ve gone to a billion cell phone repair shops but by far this is the best one. Ed is so helpful and super quick… You leave the store super satisfied. Love his professional work. Prices are amazing!!! All my friends and family members come here too for all of our cell phone needs. I Highly recommend this store!

The absolute best, most professional, friendly, fast service I could have imagined. I’ve gone to several phone repair places, but Stay Connected blows all the others out of the water. I don’t even know where to get started. I cracked my phone screen, damaged my backside camera, and needed to replace my battery and Ed took care of it in less than half a day.
The customer service was incredible. Ed was more than helpful and kind. He kept assuring me that he would take care of the problem and not to worry. He also gave me a temporary phone to use while he was working on mine. When everything was done he also threw in a free screen protector.
Also — as far as prices you, you won’t find anything better! I was thrilled at the repair and honestly my camera works better than before.
I will absolutely be recommending Stay Connected to friends and family!!!

My phone was at the point of no return and because of Eds outside the box thinking… he was able to repair it and turn it into a brand new phone. Everywhere I took the phone they suggested I throw it away and buy a new one. Everything is working perfect now. The service was great and it was very convenient. I recommended him to all my friends and so far everyone is happy with the results they’ve gotten.

Gahhhhh! I demolished my iPhone screen… like screen broken… start button fell off… looked like someone took a hammer to it. BAD!
This new place opened up on Verdugo so I stumbled inside for a quote. I got a really reasonable price so I dropped off my phone on the spot, got a loaner for the day after he switched my SIM, came back and picked it up in the afternoon. Easy peasy! Ed was a pleasure to work with and even though I’ve learned my lesson and will never take my case off AGAIN… but if I do… I know where to go.

Took my moms iPhone in for a repair since the screen and LCD was damaged and the phone wasn’t working well.
After getting it back and checking out the phone, everything seemed brand new.
I took the phone to her and she was extremely pleased with the quality of the work done.

Professional/​bargain /​friendly/​great customer service. Couldnt be happier finding this local iphone repair team! It gets costly to replace a phone and pay a high deductible through the Asrion insurance so I paid less than ½ the deductible and have my phone back with a brand new screen, without the hassle of restoring data/​activating etc. Also i only leave reviews when the customer service was one worth mentioning to ithers– nice and professional small town feel personal service. Gota love it!
