I wish I Unilocaled this place before I attempted to buy! The reviews hold true to this company’s terrible customer service and poor communication. But they got my sale because I found a very specific dresser chest. But come time for my delivery date, I didn’t receive a phone call or delivery and find out they were closed for the day. Completely turned off, I go in the next day to get a refund and never heard so many excuses before in my life lol but I did get my money back that afternoon and will absolutely NOT be back.

I had been here several times in the past. I kind of liked some of the furniture they had there. They had some interesting modern furniture but I was really turned off on my most recent visit. Service was always a little cold but when I came to visit again a week or two ago every single piece of furniture had a sign saying that you could not take a picture of anything there. It really gives a kind of cold and uncaring feeling have these literally plastered on everything. Personally, I like to keep a photographic record of where I go to help me keep track of things and make my mind. In any event, I won’t be coming back.

The furniture was taste specific so I’m not going to comment on that. The customer service is what really caught my attention. Wow, I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store before. The woman had only greeted us after she obviously sized us up from head to toe … Then toe to head… Wow is all I have to say. I had a strong suspicion that she didn’t want us in there.

definitely a hassle to get things on time. I spend 10 grand in this store and had to return the items due to them being damaged and it took over 3 weeks to get things back in order. The sells people give you run arounds in regards to the upcomming order. Will not do business again.

I have never experienced more unprofessionalism in my life! Not only did the sales staff LIE about when the furniture I ordered would be available and delivered, they refused to return phone calls, were extremely rude and continued to lie. They are currently nearly two months late on my furniture delivery and have yet to make a phone call to me to keep me informed or to apologize. These people take advantage of their clients, overpromising to make sales then ignoring your legitimate complaints. You are paying top dollar and expect decent service. I would have probably gotten more adherence to my purchase agreement if I’d gone to a garage sale. Little do they know that they’re going to end up in court if they don’t reply to my inquiries soon and get me my furntiure that was paid for nearly three months ago. Every time I speak to these people on the phone, specifically Ruzanna, I am utterly dismayed and dumbfounded at the level of rudeness. I simply cannot believe it. I would advise any potential customers to avoid this bazaar that holds itself out as a legitimate and respectable business. You can find all the same merchandise elsewhere, even for less. Try the stores on Western Blvd. in Hollywood. I had found my same items there for nearly $ 100.00 less. The reason I went with Suzy’s is because they lied to me about the delivery time and I was in a rush to furnish my baby’s room before the arrival. I have been home from the hospital two weeks already and still have no dresser for baby clothes. I purchased the merchandise on June 11, 2008!!! Today is August 26!!! It is preposterous to make a sale without informing your customer that delivery will take over two months. Let alone lying and promising delivery within 3 weeks at most. Shop at Suzy’s at your own risk. They will do anything to make a sale. I am disgusted and outraged
