I have been going to Dr teagle for about 10 years now and I Am So Satisfied with their care.

I have been going here for as long as I can remember. The staff that I have encountered here are all nice. All the optometrists are friendly. They will accommodate all your needs.

Had a great experience here. Angelina was patient thorough informative and kind. I gave them 3 pairs of glasses that I needed updated. Not only did they do them fast (1day) the quality is amazing. I paid way more before and had bad quality. The clarity of my lenses is another level. And on top of all this, after I dropped off my order, I was in the mall and my contact fell out and on the ground. I was screwed I figured I’ll go buy a pack from them since they have my prescription, I walked in Angelina heard me from the back telling the doctor my lens fell out, she walked out with one for me. I was shocked.

I used to go to Linden Optometry, but my current insurance wouldn’t cover them. So I found this gem of a place instead.
The whole process was extremely easy. First I called in to make an appointment. They checked their times and gave me times and dates in which I could choose from. I agreed to one and they asked if there was a cell phone number they could put into the system. I said of course! They then proceeded to ask if I was willing to get a text reminding me of my appointment. I said yes. A week before my appointment, I got a text reminding me of it and it asked me to reply back by typing «yes» to confirm my appointment. Two days before the appointment, they sent a text to remind me and all was better. All the anxiety of not having an optometrist disappeared.
Upon arriving at this establishment, I was greeted and was asked if I needed any help. This is where I met the lovely April Suppiphatvong. I told her that I was here for an eye exam. She checked me in and said to have a seat. I went ahead and checked out possible potential glasses I would be getting.
Moments later, I was called in by another gentleman to run some tests including the dreaded eye puff test. After that, I was greeted by April again to run some other tests. When in her office, she was so personable. She made me feel like a long time friend. We went over the tests and what options were next including dilation or a photograph of my eye. I opted for the photograph since I haven’t been here before. It was so they could have a baseline of what my eye is and could possibly change to in future exams. We went to the next room to get this done and came back to her office to review the photos. Everything looked great and I was done! Now onto choosing the next frames for my new glasses.
I approached the front desk and asked if I could take a look at some options in front of the mirror and chose 4 frames. I went to the desk and looked at them in the mirror and chose the one I liked best. That was it!
Went back to the counter to pay and was told that they would call me when they arrived. Super easy process and amazing staff. I would totally recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again April for everything!

I have to say I started going to Dr. Teagle years ago after a coworker had a freak incident with her eye. He took her in– no questions asked, didn’t even take payment and took care of the situation. He is just an amazing person like that! Truly embodies the qualities a doctor should have. Now FF a few years and I’ve went in for my routine exam– and of COURSE had to be seen by one of the coolest, nicest and most professional optometrist at the clinic– Dr. Lee! Not only was she super smart, but she’s also very kind, contentious and patient, she took the time and did troubleshooting and worked out all the kinks with the new contacts I was trailing (mind you– I’m a total noob). Anyway, happy to say I’ve got eye doctors for life. Thank you Dr. Teagle and Dr. Lee!!!

Irma is the best. I wouldn’t want anyone else to help me. Some of them there have attitude and an unwillingness to help. So I always have Irma help me out.
I was kind of annoying this time because when I got my sunglasses they seemed weird. I could not see well. Something was weird like I was looking through a fish eye or something hard to explain. So I requested to do an exchange.
Irma gladly let me exchange and my new sunglasses are much better. I feel like the lens could have been darker bec I still squint at times, but if they were darker they may bother me more when it’s not that bright out so not sure how I feel on that.
They do not have enough sunglasses. The ones they do have are really pricey. I would love if they had a better selection in the 100 – 200 dollar price range. Though, because Irma is awesome she did a really good job keeping me in my price range and showing me everything they had to offer.
Just get more selection so I don’t have to find another place to go to.

Very clean, they are all very nice… parking isn’t the greatest being in the mall but it’s a QUICK short walk from parking right past McDonalds and boom there you are :)

My experience at Teagle Optometry was pleasant! Shout out to Raul for providing me nothing but the best.
I came in the store needing a pair of prescription sunglasses. As soon as Raul knew this, he pulled up my insurance information and then proceeded to help me immediately. He gathered all my choices of sunglasses and provided his honest opinion. In addition, he will truly help you get the best pair of glasses within your price range with all the amenities you want on it.
Can’t wait to pick up my mom and mine’s pairs!!!

I have been a patient of Teagle Optometry for about one year now. My overall experience was very pleasant. The staff properly checked my insurance policy information and explained what my benefits were. Dr. Teagle was very professional and informative. I also love the fact that they are open on Saturday and Sunday.

My mother has been coming for years now. I love their customer service and attention to clients. Dr. Don is great, he is very precise and answered all my questions and concerns. They have a wonderful variety of frames to choose from. Love this place!

I would give Teagle Optometry more stars if possible. They are really great!
Dr. Donald is very personable and super quick. The staff is extremely nice and get you in and out of the office in record time.
I would recommend this location to anyone who likes a fast and friendly visit… and if you don’t you’re weird!

I really like Dr. Amy. She’s knowledgeable and a sweetheart. From my experience with several of them, I’m ambivalent about the rest of the office crew. And, from my first visit June 30^th, it took ’til July 15^th to get in my glasses, and then they weren’t right for my eyes. They’re re-​doing one of the lenses for me now. Not sure how long it’s going to take this time … they weren’t very specific about it. My husband went somewhere else first of the year, and they had his glasses the next day. Just seems like a long time. So, yes, they have a great selection of frames, yes, they have good hours available for visits, and are in an easy access location, and yes, I really like Dr. Amy. The rest seems to require some patience.

Greatest visit to the optometrist I have gone to! And I’ve been going yearly for about 16 years now. I have had the misfortunate to be constantly moving so I have had my fair share of different optometrist office visits. The reason why i liked this office is because
1. The staff on scheduling my appointment were very accommodating and had great patience with answering all my questions. Even though i know it may be repetitive questions, they were not only helpful and thorough but pleasant! I believe it had been Irma :)
2. Once I arrived greeted with smiles.
3.attended super fast!
4. Had the glasses tech help find a frame that would fit my current lenses since my glasses had broke. Taking the time to go out of his way and work with me was a fresh of breath air in an optometrist office!
5. Dr. Teagle is an all around great man who listened to my questions, concerns and stories :) very professional and great at what he does! Quickly was able to help me with my vision and offer insightful tips on contacts and eyes. Something lots of other optometrists dont usually do, who seem to just be trying to get the day over with. Not dr. Teagle, you can tell he truely loves what he does and helping with patients.
6. Andy was very attentive and professional helping me not only try on just about every pair but offering augfestions and quickly kmowing what my dislikes and likes were on my glass frames.
7. In and out in a jeffy!
Overall, couldn’t have been more pleased and happy that i had decided to go here! I

They have Awesome staff!!! We have been patients here for the last 10 years Dr Teagle Sr. Dr Teagle (Son) are awesome doctors… of course Dr. Lee… actually all of the MD’s are great!!!

Takes my insurance. Great selection of frames and will discount you second pair.

Very UNHELPFUL and unfriendly place, I FELT LIKE I WAS IN THE TWLIGHT ZONE!
I came in this office to get my son some eye glasses and spoke to Irma and she was VERY rude when I ask to speak to her boss she said «She was the boss» I then spoke to a «Ron/​»… which was her boss… he completely dismissed the way Irma was treating me by saying «that’s her being her»! WOW! I can’t believe these 2 people have jobs!!! I will never go back again. They don’t even deserve a star. its too bad because I heard that the owner Mr. Teagle which is out of the Valencia office is a very nice man.
Sorry Mr. Teagle you won’t have a new customer, and it sounds like you have a new partner that you don’t even know about. «Irma»

I’ve been going to Teagle Optometry since the late 90s. Until recent years I believe their service has declined in quality. The optometrists are great but they definitely need some work with the rest of the office staff especially when it comes to insurance benefits. One office staff member will tell me one thing and then when I come back another office staff member tells me the complete opposite. There is no consistency. I basically had to beg and plead with them in order to get new frames for my glasses that was I was told I would be eligible for previously. The woman who helped me the last time I was there was very rude. She probably displayed the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ended up leaving the store feeling bad and angry, and I’ve never had such a bad experience there as I did when that one woman helped me. Overall the rest of the staff have been great, but one person can ruin the vibe for the whole store.
I’m still debating if I should continue my services here.

I first started going to Teagle Optometry in 2008 — and I love love love the staff, they go above and beyond to make sure your visit is smooth, they get you in n out within 30 – 45 mins total! They help you pick out frames, they’re so patient and encourage you to try on as many frames as you want without being bothered.
Dr. Lee doesn’t make you wait more than 2 minutes, she takes her time!
The store is very modern and clean — they really do have the best selection of high end frames! I always look forward to coming back every year!

Everyone at Teagle is fantastic. I’ve been a patient of there since 2010 and have never been disappointed. Dr. Lee is fantastic and takes the time to explain everything that is going on. I also love the high end selection of frames that are avaliable.
