Established in 2005.

Tech Guys was established in early 2005 as being a local computer sales and repair shop. Now the company has grown into managing all the computer IT work for major contracted businesses. We currently work with hospitals, specialty pharmacies, medical supplies, law firms, real estate agencies etc.

As the manager of Tech Guys and being a part of this company since 2005 made us successful because of the class A customer service which we try to provide. When we first started our business in 2005 we were considered a walk in computer repair shop, now our business has expanded into a Computer IT firm. We started with our live TV show on the local TV station for about 7 years taking live calls on the air and trying to assist the public by providing free computer knowledge. I for one love to see our customers happy that they made the right decision by using our services. Our first priority is to provide the highest level of service to all our clientele and our 5 star rating speaks for itself. Mostly our expertise is in domain servers, upscale networking, system and network optimization, data recovery, network wiring and any sort of troubleshooting for your hardware or software. These guys are masters with networking and computers in general! Their staff is great, helpful and knowledgable. I felt like computers was like a second nature for them. Fantastic helpful guys! They helped me with my issue over the phone in 15 minutes. We always have networking problems and our computers keep losing connection to the Internet. Eventually we decided to have them reconfigure our whole network along with our new server and till now we don’t have any problems! On point work ethic with a lot of knowledge! Sean made an appointment to come to my home the following week. It rained. He did not honor that appt and mssg’d me 15 minutes before the appointment time to tell me he had to cancel it because «it was raining and would not be able to get to my home from Alhambra» Thing is, my husband works in that area and he spoke with him and told him he could get here in less than 20 min. He still did not want to come. The most surprising thing was that he was unaware of what ReadyNAS was, so I guess it was for the better, saved myself $ 60.

As a Dj myself all our music is digital on computers nowadays. With over thousands of different music playlists on my hard drive. I came across a computer problem that was not loading 75% of my digital music and in my profession that’s NOT good! I found the Tech Guys through a friend and wanted to have this fixed before it was too late. In the end we decided to backup everything and replace the hard drive. After transferring everything over and replacing the drive my computer is back to normal in working condition! Great work and very affordable!

If you’re looking for quality customer service in IT Services where they take the time to walk you through the process, explain to you what it is that they will be doing before they do it, and help make sure your costs aren’t greater than your needs, then Tech Guys are the guys to look for.
Sean and his team spent an entire day to make sure our office was wired for ethernet the way we wanted it to be. Before beginning the process of drilling holes and running wires through our office, they planned everything out to make sure that everything is hidden and clean. They made it their priority to make sure the wiring is done in the neatest possible way. Our office has the exposed ceiling look and with about 15 wires that are needed through the space, we can’t even tell the wires are there!
After the wires were in place, Sean went through each port to make sure they worked. And throughout the entire process he thoroughly explained what it is that they will be doing and how they will do it.
Sean also helped my office set up a networked server. Before he left, he wanted to make sure every single computer was properly connected and working. He also gave consultation on different ideas and practices on server management, IT security and even wire management. Just goes above and beyond.
Exceptional service and a great team to work with. 10⁄10 highly recommended.

I own a MacBook Pro laptop and every time I turn it on it just gets stuck on the apple logo screen while the pinwheel keeps spinning. Nothing was loading and it was very frustrating, good thing my friend referred me over to these guys. They ran a hardware test on my laptop and right away knew what the issue was! I picked it up the very next day and it works great! I’ve experienced other computer repair shops that charge a fortune, but luckily not the Tech Guys. 10⁄10 customer service and loyalty!

I wanted to upgrade my hard drive on my laptop, to a SSD hard drive. It was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever dealt with in regards to computer repair. Usually, they can be awkward about return times, or vague about cost or what needs to be done. They were extremely transparent about cost, and what needed to be done. Oh and they told me to come back tomorrow at 11:30, not, «we’ll let you know if it’s done some time tomorrow between 9 and 6pm, which makes it so much easier for me. This guys are awesome. Great service. I appreciate their professionalism along with the price.

Class A work. I love it when I see people that know their line of work and are so precise. My wifi signal at my house was always dropping and the connection sucked. I wanted to have coverage all over my house indoor and outdoor. They handled all my needs and were fast with it. Before I was at 7−8Mbps in the furthest room now I’m getting over 25mbps which is amazing! The most important thing was that there was no drama with these guys. They said what needed to be said from the beginning of the project and just finalized it. Overall you guys did great. A++

If I I may just say that I was having all sorts of issues with my computer. I inquired a few places for help but I either got no responses fake promises or ridiculous prices.
Then I was referred by friend to give Tech Guys a chance. From the 1st call I knew that I would be taken care of. The guys are were very polite and very professional. I was told that most likely I would not be be able to seen the very same day but sure enough they came through. My computer is running better than ever. Writing this review from my «better than when it was brand new» PC, I LOVE how fast it is now.
Before I took it to the Tech Guys it would sometimes have trouble starting up but now it booted up like a champ and and I am browsing through the internet like a little kid with a new toy.
