The Electrician Magician

I got a referral for Jeff Margarit, The Electrician Magician, from Nextdoor Neighbor. He just came out to my house to identify why our lights kept flickering on and off, sometimes leaving us in the dark. He quickly identified our faulty breaker, replaced it, cleaned up some of our connections, and also fixed the connections of a bathroom light. He was professional and knowledgeable and so reasonably priced. He showed up exactly when he said he would. I could not be more pleased with the work he did. And to top it off, he was such a nice guy. It was refreshing to have such great, reliable service at great price. Just wanted to share my positive experience with others. We will use Jeff for all of our future electrical issues.

Wonderful work! We had a fairly large job: installing 6 lighting fixtures, replacing all the outlets and cover plates in the entire house, putting wall sconces up on a wall that had no lights there before, some safety updates in the garage, the list goes on. We have an older home, so I was expecting that it might not be easy, but Jeff and his team came and they got the whole thing done in just one day for a reasonable price. We will definitely use him for any future projects. Would highly recommend!

Just hired Jeff to do a quick job removing a sconce and installing a ceiling box for a new fixture. Job went smoothly, and things rarely go smoothly in my old house. His team were quick, smart, careful and attentive. Also, they were enjoyable to speak with. Its not every service professional that is willing to chat with you, about that project or others that you might want, but without the pressure of a salesman.

He has done everything from rewiring and installation of ceiling fans to placement of outdoor lighting and more. We appreciate his honesty and fair pricing. He’ll tell us if something is unsafe to put up, or if there’s a better way to do things that will save us money. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician.

I was looking for an electrician to do an upgrade on my house power panel. He kindly suggested to stop by in 15 min and look at it. After discussing what I needed the upgrade for, he said I didn’t actually needed an upgrade. I really liked his prompt response and honesty. I will refer him to other people definitely.

I called Jeff, the owner, to do two fairly small projects on two properties in Glendale. He fit me into his busy schedule.
The work was first class. But most impressive was his telling me on one of the jobs «You don’t need to spend money on that», thus saving me time and dollars. I appreciarted his honesty and expertise. I’ll use him again for sure.

As a real estate manager, I have worked with many electricians in life. Without a doubt, Jeff is the best! He has completely re-​wired 2 properties for me, and he has also done minor work (such as changing light fixtures) as well. He is affordable, thorough, and incredibly knowledgable. ok — I was recommending Jeff to a friend and just happened to read the «racist» remark made by a Unilocaler. I have been using Jeff for years — most recently 2 months ago and will be calling him again this week. He is a consummate professional. I have never heard him make a racist remark and my family is a mini-​UN, and I AM Chinese. In fact the couple who recommended him to me is a married gay couple. I am recommending him to a friend for in-​wall TV cabling, which he did for me last year. I called multiple electricians and Jeff was the most reasonable and his work was impeccable. When the TV satellite guys came to do the install they were amazed at the cabling job and remarked «this guy really knows what he’s doing». They just had to come and plug-​in from the outside connector.

Jeff is Awesome! I had a few concerns with my new place and wether the electrical was safe. He came out to give me a bid and check things out. I asked his advice regarding ceiling fans I was hanging and he graciously helped me out with all my questions. He pointed out things that were wrong and dangerous with the house and he basically gave me an inspection and free advice. I asked him how much it would be to add an extra dedicated circuit in my kitchen and he explained it was completely unnecessary and I shouldn’t spend the money. (I’m renting) I would definitely hire Jeff and recommend him to anyone!

I love using the Electrician Magician for all of my electrical needs. Both at work and at my home, he is reliable, friendly, efficient, and the right price. He is honest and professional and I would hire him again and again. It’s like having a friend who is an electrician doing the work. He does the work right the first time. I highly recommend the Electrician Magician.

I used Jeff years ago in Glendale and he did an excellent job, so I’m giving him 5 stars. I have another job bid in Pasadena and I will be calling him again. I happen to be Chinese and he never indicated in anyway he was racist. I looked at the YouTube video and noticed the person arguing is not even the one who hired him but no doubt an irate neighbor. Note, the reviews who complained here are placed all on the same day as is the video… I believe they are all faked by one person just to defame Jeff. As some one commented, how can he be racist against Armenians working in Glendale for over 15 years… doesn’t make sense. If Jeff wins the job bid, I will post how well he did on the job.

NEVER USE THIS GUY!!! This guys a complete joke. He came to give me bid and was very racist he made rude comments and thought that just because I’m iranian I’m Taliban. He makes the KKK seem like a preschool. Keep your kids away from the guys racist slurs.

Jeff is like the HGTV Holmes on Homes guy! He takes pride in his work and it shows. He makes sure things are done the right way, checks it twice and you feel safe. He guarantees all his work and even cleans up afterwards to make sure everything looks better than how he found it. He has rewired two homes for us and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done.
