My complaint is with this location only! I Unilocaled It and it said it closes at 11. But we got there at 10:40 and while the door was open– they refused to serve us. We saw several people after we left walk in and be turned away. I don’t understand how a business can turn customers away during their business hours.

very delicious burgers! It was my first time trying The Habit although i live nearby. I thought it was just going to be one of those generic chain burger places but i was wrong! Definitely try this place!

Best delicious hamburgers and fries at an affordable price! Love their selection of teas, especially the tropical tea. The employees are friendly and very efficient.

This is in n out ‘s step sister that everyone neglects! This place is underrated. Their burger are fresh and delish. There are a lot to choose from if you don’t eat burgers. I’ve had the pastrami, chicken club, and the original. All yummy! They offer salads and shakes too! It’s a little on the pricey side but delicious

Love this place for their taste and made to order food. Staff is very good! Grilled chicken sandwich and onion rings were great. tempura green beans were good. One star down as it seems their sandwich size has shrunk!

I ordered my usual, garden salad with Tuna. I’ve had this meal many times. This time something was wrong. The tuna smelled awful. It wasn’t a fish smell. It literally made me think of diarrhea. I just couldn’t eat it, impossible. You don’t expect your food to smell like poop before digestion. I put the tuna on one side of my tray and ate only the salad. I spoke to the manager as a heads up for other customers. He said three words and nothing more, «it smells fine». That was a lie. No apology for my negative food experience, no attempt at satisfying the customer, and a non-validating comment on top of all that. Never again will I eat here. They have lost a regular customer.

Not friendly. Food is not like any other Habit I’ve ever been to. Will not go back.

Glorified fast food. That said, a solid 3 star. Sometimes all you need is good fast food. Bit procey for what it is($ 2.00 for a small serving of mediocre fries?), and the burger itself is pretty small, too. Free banana peppers, pepperoncinis, jalapeño. A plus for the joint. I would still venture elsewhere, though. Burger Lounge comes to mind.

Came to this burger joint to see what the hype was about. Sad to say I was not impressed. The restaurant was very busy that night but was very clean. Not surprised as most restaurants in Glendale are pretty clean. My boyfriend ordered the original burger combo and I ordered the veggie burger. The food was bland and the fries were room temperature as if it’s been sitting there awhile. The burger itself wasn’t really juicy it literally did not have any taste even though I put salt and pepper and all the condiments pretty much. Service was good but food was average. Plenty of parking though!

Second location I’ve been to for The Habit. If you sign up for their email, you will get a coupon emailed to you for a free charburger(as of 3÷20÷16). (1) Charburger: Ingredients consisted of mayonnaise, pickle, fresh tomato, lettuce and caramelized onions on a toasted bun. Generous amount of lettuce! Ingredients all tasted really fresh. The combination of flavors is good. (2) Tempura Green Beans: Pretty good. The tempura was fried thinly(not too thick) and the green beans on the inside were really tasty and fresh. Dip in ranch sauce and you’re set! (4) Fries: Just OK here. I’ve had better fries at other locations. A little too thick and they didn’t come out piping hot/fresh like it is at Mickey D’s… Overall– Great location w/plenty of parking(shared lot with TJ Maxx, Petco, Panda, Subway…) Clean and new interior, with lots of seating both inside and outside. I’ll be back!

Has repeatedly messed up on our order, online and in person, so annoying how they can care less when brought to their attention! I always get their chicken sandwich comes with grilled onions, cheese, tomato lettuce & mayo on a French Roll, I exclude the mayo and add BBQ sauce, this habit excludes the grilled onions and BBQ sauce! We also ordered the BBQ Chicken salad with no onions dressing &BBQ sauce on the side, once we got no dressing another time we got it all! Again the manager or employees can care less! This place used to have better customer service and food quality, taste and accuracy used to be on point, but it seems to be going down. Store needs to read these reviews and have a staff discussion to pay attention to detail, management training would not hurt either

very nice staff, very tasty food. I am enjoying every bite of it. I had a chicken sandwich with grilled onion and grilled mushrooms. it was only a $ 1 more for mushrooms which isn’t that bad. I know this is a burger joint but I had to be somewhat healthy and it turned out pretty good, if not better than their burgers! nah! nothing can compare! haha! enjoy if you stop on by!

Another great Habit lunch. Had the Albacore Tuna filet was was cooked perfectly and deelish. Parking is tricky here with the grocery store but not bad. The places packs… it’s busy… but I never have to wait long… these guys hustle.

Food is always fresh and delicious! While dining inside some of the workers will come to your table and ask how is the food and if you need anything. Ashley in particular is extremely nice and professional. My favorite is the bbq bacon char burger and I add cheese and avocado. My best friend gets the chicken club sandwich and she loves it! The Habit never disappoints!

So my hubby and I were in the mood to indulge, so we wanted to check out this burger joint! It is a hybrid between fast food and sit down… You order like fast food, but the quality of the food is like sit down. We ordered a charburger and added cheese with a meal(fries and a drink) with a side of onion rings. The meat tastes like a whopper from burger king on steroids! The onion rings were crispy, just the way we like it! The best part, in my opinion, is that they have a station of sauces and peppers! Will definitely be back!

I recently became vegetarian so I didn’t think I had any reason to go back to the Habit. Boy was I wrong! I stopped in last night after hearing they had a veggie burger. They let me customize it so I got it like their Santa Barbara burger, with Sourdough bread and grilled onions. It was great. Got it with a side order of sweet potato fries for the win. The Habit is back on my list of fun, quick places to eat!

Met my wife for lunch at a new joint on a co-workers recommendation. We each ordered the char burger, hers with fries, mine with onion rings. Burgers were much like In-N-Out, but I liked the toasted bun. Onion rings were also good with a crispy coating and good flavor. My only complaint was related to the fries, which lacked good flavor and crunch, we didn’t even finish them… Venue was clean and organized, and price was slightly above its burger peers. One positive for visitors is that they offer a wider range of options than some other burger joints. I can’t say I would go back with in-n-out as a nearby option, they just do it better, and cheaper! This one does not make the list…

This place is ok. The food is good. The lines can be murder sometimes especially when you know It’s just fast food. I feel that they need a couple registers to be added to avoid this line. The place is on the small side and getting a table inside can be more difficult than it looks. No wonder there’s tables outside. They had no other choice. Its right next to a shopping center so the parking is right there. It can look busy really packed but the parking will be resolved on the fast side. They have good shakes here and it’s not priced too badly. The location is nice. Friendly people all around. I haven’t experienced anything bad here. The people are peaceful even in the parking lot. :)

Not too bad. This place gets really busy. Not sure if it is because of the area and what is around it. Its kind of like a back side of south coast plaza… whats the name of that shopping center again? haha. Anyways, seating is a bit wonky. I walked by a tomato that fell on the ground 3 times. Each time I told the staff that they had some cleanup to do in the(point in area) and they said they would get to it… sat their for at least 45 minutes and no one ever came to clean it up. What a joke. Of all the Habit’s I’ve been to though, this one is by far the busiest and most cramped.
