I’ve been a client for a couple of years, and I started seeing greater results with Gladys — I am sad to learn she is no longer there. I definitely recommend bringing ice packs to your appointments. Spa is clean and service is quick.

I have been a client at Touch of Class for over a year. The facility is clean, they are always on time and Gladys and Linda are incredible. I’ve seen a significant reduction in my hair after a year of laser treatments. I will continue with these ladies until every last one is gone!

Terrible business with terrible business practices. I had a Saturday appointment at 1:30pm and they called me to cancel 2 days prior, yet my boyfriend conveniently had the same appointment time and did not get canceled. I have a strong hunch that it was because I was using a Groupon.
Called them back and they asked me to schedule for another day. I asked them how it was possible that I was canceled and told that no nurses would be available yet my boyfriend’s appointment was not canceled. They said that they apologized and would be able to schedule me at 12:30.
Arrived at 12:00 because I figured there might be a wait. There were 3 women ahead of me and about 4 that came in after me. My boyfriend was done by 12:15. I was not seen until after every single person went ahead of me. Literally it was 1:15 and there was no one left to be seen.
Lesson learned: do not use a groupon here. The worst part was that they said that this was the only time this happened yet did nothing to make the situation better and blamed it on me because I came in early! Even if I came in at my appointment time it would have been a 40 minute wait. Ridiculous.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND GOOD SERVICE.

I recently had laser hair removal done for the first time. I was referred by a friend to the Touch of Class Medspa. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and my nurse Aren who did the procedure was very informative and walked me through the whole process step by step putting my mind at ease. Overall I’m very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend going there!

I love this place! Super professional, and great prices. I got a groupon that I used for laser hair removal, and I’ve been so happy with the results. Finished the groupon and have signed up for additional treatments. The staff is really nice, and efficient. They get you in and out very quickly, which is great for me because I’m really busy. I’ve gotten laser treatments done at a couple other places, and this one is by far the best. Would totally recommend.

I found Touch of class randomly online and I love them! I have been going there for laser hair removal for over a year and they are the best. I finally see results in the treated area.
Their machines are up to date and the staff amazing. I highly recommend going there!

I have been attending this Medi spa for almost two years Linda is amazing and also does my voluma. My bikini laser is talking longer than ever due to my hyper pigmentation so it’s very long and effective process.
The facility is clean and with easy parking .
I get my bikini, underarm, upper lips, & legs. I normally bring bag of ice to have my skin ready to tolerate the laser. The ice has make my laser treatments more enjoyable.

I’m on my 4th Brazilian and underarm treatment. About 75% of my underarm hair is gone and 50% of the Brazilian is gone! The laser that they use is big and takes up a lot of surface area so the treatment is very fast, only 5 – 10 min. Also, everyone that works here is very kind and knowledgeable so if you have any questions, don’t be afraid to ask. I would highly recommend this place as I will never have to shave those areas again.

I am so happy with the service provided! Not to mention the good prices as well. I struggled with thick underarm hair that was making shaving so uncomfortable. After finding this place on groupon I decided to give it a try. After the 2nd or 3rd visit i started to notice no hair. I am now on my 13th or so treatment and I’m just maintaining every 8 – 10 weeks. The staff is also very friendly. Linda and the male technician are great!

I always wanted to try Laser Hair Removal so I decided to give it a shot. The groupon deals were very good so I purchased treatments for full legs and under arms.
The day of my first session they explain me how the procedure was going to be and they made me feel really comfortable. I was so surprised that I was out of the spa in 20 minutes!
The machine they use for the Laser Hair Removal is not that painful and the best part is that the procedure is really quick!
I feel some pain only in certain areas but for the most part is not that bad.
I started to see results immediately after the first session. I couldn’t be more pleased with them. I always book my appointments through their website and I always get a response and confirmation really quick.

While the outside looks like an apartment building (not a bad thing) the inside is super nice and instantly puts you at ease.
Used their January hair removal special to get 3 parts lasered for a great price. I did underarms, lower leg, and bikini. Nurse was very cool, I was shocked that it only took about 20 minutes total and very little pain was involved. Waxing hurts WAY worse.
4 weeks later I have at least 70% less hair growing in those areas. New growth is very slow and stays short. You can really notice the difference! I only used my razor once this month, for very small touch-​ups. Can’t wait to see the results after the second round!
Please note I have dark coarse hair and light skin (which is the optimal type for this procedure.)

The moment I walked in the door here I was impressed by how clean the place was and how cool the décor was in the facility.
