This place worked for 2 out 5 cases
First 2 perfected actions by the lawyers team
The rest either lost or forgotten or missed court dates and hearing
If you want to have a success rate at this office
Call them weekly stay on top of your case
Because they won’t do it for you
Mark is a good man just wish he took care of his own

I would highly recommend going to this company for any traffic ticket needs! I had a ticket that I needed to be resolved and I had Mark take care of it all! He was attentive and fully comprehended what I needed and came through with my request! I had also sent a few friends of mine that had gotten tickets to go see mark and he was able to help and dismiss all their cases! Very happy and pleased with them!

These guys are a joke. I hired them for a ticket of mine and was assured they would take care of it in a professional manner but they did the complete opposite. On my arraignment day they send some legal aid whom I had never met and he went up requested the trial date and walked out with me. This man told me he would text me my trial date so I wouldn’t have to wait in the horrendous line and that my lawyer will attend my trial date himself and take care of everything without needing me to be there. I didn’t go to my trial date based on what I was told and have regretted it since. My lawyer did not show up, my ticket went to collections and I got a FTA. My lawyer eventually got a second trial date and went to court on my behalf without telling me anything. I found out all of this after I got a letter in the mail saying I would have to pay 700+ for a ticket that was less than half that initially, lets not forget the 400 I payed them to win my case. I became furious and called the office multiple times demanding answers or to speak to my lawyer but everytime I called they had some excuse as to why I can’t speak to him or why they couldn’t possibly give me answers. Numerous calls later and I am still waiting for a call back I was promised over two months ago. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LICENSE OR MONEY.

I’ve always seen Marc’s Traffic Ticket Justice signs in the Lodi area and I had a few ticket issues to resolve, so I called the number on the sign and spoke to Marc directly. He promised to get rid of my driving on a suspended license plus a couple other prior tickets. I paid him a total of $ 3500.00 that included handling a traffic ticket for my son also. I retained Marc’s services on 05÷14÷13 and here I am over a year later and I got absolutely takened for a ride!!! I dont know what all the other revies are about! Friends of Marc or his own from office employees, but the review below that called Marc a con artist is absolutely accurate! He personally told me that my driving on a suspended license was reduced to driving on an invalid license which carries a much lower fine and that they negotiated with the court to eradicate it from my record after the fine was paid and that the two other cases were almost done also. Bear in mind that I was alwys the one to cll or contact him after long weeks of time elapse wwithout hearing from Marc or having any correspondance from him at all. He always assured me that everything was fine. Finally in May of 2014, I called him to see what was going on and he told me that a couple other tickets showed up on my licenese and that if I went and paid them, i could get my license back immediately, since they were already closed as a case and only needed the fines paid, so I did, and went right after to DMV to get my license. Once I got to DMV, I was told that all 3 cases that I assigned to Marc to handle for me were the violations that were holding my license. Beyond angr, I called all 3 courts to find that absolutely nothing was done on any of them except court dates wer set but no attorney ever showed up to them and my cases were closed and final. i immediately called Marc and he downplayed it and said he’d call and find out wha happened and he ‘d get back to me in 2 – 3 hours, yet 2 – 3 days later, yep, you guessed it! No phone call! After a week I called back and Marc wouldn’t speak with me personally anymoe, instead assigning his office clerk Ellen to handle his mess. She was nervous and trying to help but it was obvious she knew this wasn’t a once in a lifetime problem but ensenuated that it was not uncommom in that law firm to have very upset clients. She tried for another month to month and a half to help but all the courts closed my cases because no attorney showed up to represent me as promised. I called up repeatedly to peak to Marc but was always given the run around (out of the office, not in yet even at 11;00 & 3;00 oclock inthe afternoon, or he was with a client. After angrily almost losing it with his receptionist, Marc all of a sudden was back in the office, picked up yhe phone and promised to refund all of my money paid for services i didn’t get! That was 4 weeks ago, 20 calls later and no Marc sightings and no refund check yet. My worst experience ever! I hired an attorney I’ve known for 20 years to go after Marc for my refund and he is great and will do it, but he doesn’t handle traffic cases but does sue businesses and handle personal injury. Marc, your done! You should’ve just refunded my money, now it’s gonna cost ya!!!

Traffic Ticket Justice is terrible.
Don’t trust them at all.
I paid $ 2300 for a DUI representation and got the same verdict and result as a Public Defender.
Mark is a con-​artist and hires fresh CA Bar babies that don’t crap. All they want is your money.

These guys, specifically Mark, had successfully handled a small matter for me years ago so when my uncle discovered that his license was in jeopardy, due to too many points, we called on them again.
Don’t get me wrong, my uncle is a great physician, but when it comes to driving he has his challenges. We have been working with Mark for over 6 – 7 years now since he keeps getting tickets and they keep dismissing as many as they can so that his license would remain valid.
While it would be impossible for all, they nevertheless do get rid of a majority of his tickets and they charge a reasonable fee which is not outrageous unlike some other newly formed so called «ticket clinics».
All in all, the doctor and I wanted to thank you for your great work and quick response to our questions and concerns.

They’re great! I’ve been using them for my tickets for years and from speeding to misdeminor always got 100% results. Highly recommend them. Mark is a great person and anyone with a ticket looking to get positive results should go see him!

do not trust these people!!! i paid them $ 400 to dismiss a simple ticket that they claimed would be a cinch and what i got was they reduced my ticket by $ 100. ohh sure it makes perfect sense to pay $ 400 to get a $ 100 discount. when you call them they dont bother returning your call. they say we dont call our clients, our clients call us for status. ok hold on let me get this straight. i hire you as my attorney but yet you dont pick up the phone once to give me a status and not to mention my due date is around the corner. once they have your money in their pocket you will never hear from them again!!! all you will hear from them is lies lies and more lies!!! i was forced to give them 1 star but really they need to give me a refund! you have been warned.

Over the last few days I have been calling attorney offices trying to get a straight answer on whether it is worth hiring an attorney for 2 moving traffic violations. Most people would offer a bunch of awesome statistics about their success rates and immediately ask for a credit card. Only one, Traffic Ticket Justice, actually asked me a few questions and their answers helped me make an informed decision. So if you want straight sound advice so you can weigh the options without pressure to charge your credit credit card, give this law office a call.

I hired these guys to handle a photo ticket.
Once you have paid them, they NEVER call you or send emails, letters or anything else.
Communication was nonexistent.
You must call them and even then the person on the other line doesnt know much.
They have front office clerks that talk to you — not lawyers.
The city of inglewood stopped pressing charges for photo tickets a long time ago.
somenhow I still got convicted — full fine and all.
Then after the case they never bothered to call me to say what happened.
When I called and they said i had to take traffic school.
Well I just got a letter from the court saying i didnt pay the $ 646 fine and must pay additional fees or lose my license.
When i called them back to ask what happened? why didnt they tell me i had to pay a fine? they said «we didnt have your address»
(as you can imagine, i just got off the phone with them and I’m hot)
They added «nothing» to the process
