Linh, my rating was for your unprofessionalism, not your services which granted, I did not use. You were happy to give me an appointment the same day until you heard that I had a Groupon. And I can assure you that on my Groupon certificate it says nothing about a 24 hour notice before making an appointment. I would not have tried to make one if that were the case. (And yes, I read the fine print) Anyway, most nail salons are happy to welcome customers on a walk-​in basis, and I went to one yesterday where I received a lovely mani-​pedi.

My favorite Nail Salon! This place is very clean, and the service is always on point! Price is very reasonable!
Ask for Crystal when you go there! Great job on the designs! She always make sure I ‘m happy with my nails before I leave! Strongly recommend!

If you haven’t been to Golden Farms it is pretty much a supermarket that has many small businesses inside of it. One of the stores being a nail salon called Twins Nails & Spa (how original).
My mother and grandmother went to this place and they told me about the horrible experience they had. My mom had made a appointment for two.
When my mother and grandmother got there they sat my mom down to get her nails done down and did not sit my grandmother down. My mother asked if they could start on my grandmother as well because they had errands to run and plus she had made an appointment an hour prior to their arrival. (At this time my mom had her feet in water waiting for them to start a pedicure).
Owners (husband & wife) began to tell my mom that calling an hour before is not making an appointment and that she should have called 24 hours ahead of time to make the appointment.
They continued to be rude and did not want to help my grandmother. So my mom got up and said she was leaving because they were being rude. As my mom tried to leave they said that she owed a dollar for soaking her feet in the water. My mom continued to say that she is not going to pay a dollar to them since they were rude to her and my grandmother (plus they didn’t even start the pedicure yet). As my mom tried to walk out the door. The husband blocked the door and PUSHED my mom back in the store and demanded a dollar or else he would not let her leave then they began to say my grandmother owed a dollar too (even though she didn’t even receive any service from them). So mom was going to call the police but the owners did instead.
My mom sat down and started recording the family. They had their 13yr old daughter working on peoples nails (without a license) and once my mom told them that she was going to report them they got scared and finally let my mom leave. The daughter was very rude and started yelling at my mom telling her to shut up repeatdly (mind you all of this is happening in front of other customers). As my mom cried for help from the Golden Farms security guard, he told my mom that her problem was between the owners and her and that she would just have to wait for the police.
Many customers got up and left and wanted nothing to do with this place. My mother waited for the police to get there and they told to owner that he is not aloud to keep people against their will no matter what and that if he wanted his dollar he could go to small claims court.
Once my mom told me this story it made me very uneasy and I got really upset. I suggest nobody ever go to this business. They do not know what customer service is. My family and I will do everything we can to make sure this business does not succeed.

Had the worst experience at this nail place. Did not know how to cut cuticles and nails. Had to stop the guy few times to correct him and tell him how to do his job. After cutting my one hand I stopped and told him obviously you don’t get what I want and I rather just leave. The lady «possible owner «tells me I have to pay as a regular manicure. Going back and forth trying to make her understand that he doesn’t know what he’s doing. She got loud and he ran to the door to lock the doors so I won’t leave without paying. I did not get any service to pay a penny. She started yelling and calling security when I’m the customer and I can call the cops for locking the doors with bunch of people inside. I was embarrassed and scared of the way they were handling the situation. She could of listen to what the customer says and possibly help to make it a better experience. This store needs to be shut down! Very rude people and on top of that they have a young girl maybe 13 or 14 yr old working there, I believe she is her daughter. I can easily report them for that as well. I will do anything and everything to shut this place up.
Clearly you can see this trend in the previous review that someone else wrote. I should of stayed and called the cops on you and get you arrested to what you do to people and also having a child work there with no license. I get my nails done somewhere else on the weekly but since I was getting my eyebrows done there I though I should run all my errands at one place. You locked me in the store a hostage for $ 5 that you wanted for no reason. You only cut my nails when I told you I want it square. The problem is you don’t even speak English to even understand what square meant. I’m pretty sure you didn’t even write this. I’m sure you minor that works for you did. If I had enough time I would of stayed there to prove you wrong to what you do to people. But since your business doesn’t make any money anyways and I don’t have time to teach people like you a lesson cuz it’s a lot of you, so I left. That lady next to me told me in Armenia to throw that $ 5 dollar at you so you won’t cry like you did. We are Armenians we don’t care about money but don’t forget Armenians give you business only and we pay what you deserve and you DONT deserve a penny. If I were you I wouldn’t write anything else back before I take this to another level.

Will always love this place! They really know how to shape my nails and paint it. Any other place I go to always does a terrible job but this place is great! When I came in I had several broken nails but she fixed them up perfectly. I’m usually really picky about the shape of my nail because I love coffin shaped nails but she does it right each time! This is definitely my go to place!

Great place!!! So happy I found it! Amy gave me the best French tip acrylics! Very natural looking, and her husband did my toes French tip as well and did a great job too! Definitely coming back :) and they were super sweet and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

I love love love this place. I have been to several nail salon and this place out did it for me. I never had a problem with anyone in there. They are sweet, helpful, clean and truly care about their customers. Jenny who is the young girl that helps out, bravo to you. I am proud of you and it takes energy and passion to go to school and also be there everyday. For me first impression is very important in cleanliness and customer service. They got a 5 and I wish I could give them more.

Got a mani pedi done for my friend’s wedding.
The place is bright, open and nicely decorated and bedazzled. The music was old school, but I liked it only because I’m a music nerd.
Everyone pampered me and went straight to work on my nails and feet. They were all very nice. It was very quick. They double checked my nails after to make sure they can touch up any last details before I left. They had me wait a few minutes for my toe nails to dry and the woman helped me put my sandals on. All very friendly and nice. I was very happy with my nails. They had a wall full of nail polish to select from organized by brand and then color. Make sure to call for an appointment ahead of time.

I love coming here they always do a great job with my nails and their prices are really good. There is also a wide range of colors for normal nail polish or gel. Great service

RUDE, and OBNOXIOUS are too kind, I cant describe how horrible the owner is. She barks at the employees, will look at your face, smile and speak in her language as she chuckles at you. I called on Monday to make an appointment, was told non necessary since they were only working half day due to the holiday, I went in within a half an hour, the husband greeted us and asked us to pick a color, the wife lunged at us and stated «IS HOLIDAY, YOU PAY MORE TODAY» then started screaming at the husband in their language. She turned around, pointed at a customer already seated then proceeded to scream at him again. She then turned to us and stated «IF you want to go, GO»
They are nuts! If you value your dignity, don’t bother, we walked out. There are pleanty of clean and nice nail spas around.

Worst service ever prices bullshit costumer service sucks. The other asain lady is weird. The daughter is not even old enough to work here. Appointment at 2:30 still waiting 315 now. Don’t come here I repeat don’t come here

Before I even begin, do yourself a favor and scroll down – YES, SCROLL DOWN. You will find the manager of Twins Nails & Spa practically laughing and threatening his customers! You can find it all down there, go ahead and read the one he left on a Unilocaler named «Eve T.» in case he decides to delete it soon after this is posted.
I should have been warned off from this place after reading the reviews, because Unilocal doesn’t lie! The employees were beyond rude, blatantly talking sh*%! about me and huffing and puffing under their breaths. One of the women gave me an attitude when I asked if she would help me put on my shoes after my pedicure, stating they weren’t paid to be «servants,» LOL okay, lady. I’ll just go give my money to people who know the value of the consumer.
My mom and I got ended up getting into an explosive fight with them and they cursed at both my mother and I incessantly. I AM NOT KIDDING. THEY CURSED AT A WOMAN – (not just any woman, either) – MY MOTHER. This place will not hear the end of it from me. I plan on investigating how they got their licenses, and calling up the board about it. They should not be allowed to be near anyone’s feet or hands, they’re not capable of doing business with anyone, anywhere. I am quite honestly shocked at how they’ve been able to keep their place open since 99% of people who go never return.
They literally ruined the day for my mother and me. What was planned out to be a relaxing day off ended up becoming a nightmare the second we stepped foot in there. My mother has high blood pressure and having to deal with such a stressful situation like this one really put her in danger. This is not an ideal place for anyone to go to, especially someone with health risks or pregnancies (they pushed a pregnant woman out the front door, as one Unilocal review reveals). Just avoid AT ALL COSTS. At least while I work into getting them investigated.
By the way, manager from Twin Nails, reply back to this with the same rhetoric you used against Eve T.‘s post and I will be getting my attorney involved. She may have let your threats slide, but I sure as hell won’t.

Horrible customer service! This place needs to be shut down as soon as possible! Please save ur money ladies, this place doesn’t deserve a penny! I’m a high risk pregnant women and this place threw my shoes at me and told me to wear it after my pedi… Who does that??? Only this place! I tried to take a picture of their license and they ripped it off the wall! Fishy written all over it!!! Very dirty place!

This place is a shit whole, first and foremost they are operating with no proper licensing, and with so called manicurists that don’t no what the hell they are doing and freak after seeing more then one customer. I went in there for a pedi and acrylics this young kid was doing my pedi and this so called Asian was doing my acrylics– as soon as another customer came in she stopped mine and went to do hers claiming she needs me to finish my pedi and sit at a regular table for her to finish– very weird but I said ok and waited, after I asked if she could do a design for me which to her was like breaking an arm and a leg, she did it and threw my shoes in front of me to wear it myself, which i am 8 months pregnant and despite that every where I have gone they have helped me put on my shoes, I asked if she could please help me with my shoes with this ugly and fake smile she said honey we are here to do your nails not help you with your shoes, for me that was it specially when she told me for your acrylics I can’t do the design, I washed my hands and sat down for her to do my manicure on my acrylics she wouldn’t stop barking so just for me not to get more stressed I got up to leave she pushed me yes pushed a 8 month pregnant women so that she could close the door and accused me of trying to leave without paying. There was this other man there I told him if she would shut her mouth I am willing to let him finish putting on my manicure and he agreed but throughout that time she still wouldn’t stop talking I told her look stop talking you are stressing me I’m pregnant, she responding by telling me that she doesn’t care and that apparently I’m not even pregnant that I’m lying lol my stomach is up in my face and suppose ably I’m lying about being pregnant, what would be the reason I have no idea. Anyway I left paying them but not even finishing my services, I definently am disputing this they are not getting a dime from Me not to mention they just randomly charged me other things and charged me 56 dollars for regular acrylics and simple pedi– I asked for the owners number they gave me a wrong number and coming into Unilocal and reviewing all the reviews I wish I had done that prior to going in. Very very dirty and unprofessional place with lowwwww class employees that didn’t even care that there were other customers there as well, no wonder every time i pass by there they are empty– I give them another few months until they go bankrupt– and again reading all the other reviews and seeing the owners responses to reviews shows me how unprofessional the owner is as we’ll — anyway I am done with this place and the board will take over at this point after I file a lawsuit for her having pushed me as we’ll!

This is my first time getting a gel manicure and I must say that the nail technicians are great. I previously had some damage from acyrlics (thinning) from another salon and I’ve never thought my nails would look and feel stronger after this service. My weak and brittle nails were handled with care, which I appreciated. Also, there’s a great selection of gel colors. Highly recommend!

Horrible place. Just because I look young doesn’t give you the right to look down on me and treat me as if i’m not there. They had 3 workers and 3 customers. I understand they were all busy but when the young lady was done with her customer, she went and helped the other customer who was already getting her pedicure. They didn’t give a nice vibe since i walked in. They abruptly asked, not in a nice tone, if they could help me and i said i need a gel mani and regular pedi and she just told me to pick a color and wait. After 20 min i couldnt take how they ignored me and left. Get some bicer workers or tell your workers to be more polite and smile even if its fake. This is a damn business. I’d rather deal with fake smiles and fake convos than the rudeness i just encountered. Never going to try this place.
