Victory Cleaners is fast, reliable, and professional. I work right down the street, and regularly turn to Victory for my dry cleaning and alteration needs. Marietta altered a vintage dress I purchased in Europe that was originally custom made for someone with significantly different proportions than me — I trusted her and Vic with this one-​of-​a-​kid purchase and she did a great job! They also do excellent dry cleaning work. They have cleaned countless comforters, sweaters, and suits for us, and have expedited the turn-​around time for me when needed. If you’re looking for a dry cleaner that you can trust, look no further than Victory Cleaners!

I’ve been coming here for some time now. In the past they saved me when my puppy chewed on my favorite night out shoes, they were amazing the final result was flawless. Today as a mother to be they are still saving my life. After the news of my pregnancy, my husband and I went shopping for new clothes that fit my next nine months of life. We were soon discouraged by the styles out there and the hefty prices. I came back home thinking what if I can fit my own jeans into maternity jeans and sure enough with the help of stylist ;) at victory cleaners we transformed my wardrobe. (Pictures uploaded) … don’t think twice before coming here its just amazing !!!

Super friendly staff (owner and her son-​in-​law). Their priority is customer satisfaction so they’ll bend over backwards to make sure you’re happy.
Since they’ve been in business for over 25 years they know what they’re doing.
Prices are excellent too. Milt & Edie’s charged me $ 44.00 for 5 dry cleaned shirts and 2 laundered.
These guys at Victory charged me $ 17 for 7 dry cleaned shirts. I come here about once a week for my work shirts and I’m always happy.

Marietta does a phenomenal job on all of her alterations, my husband and I have been coming to her for about six years and have never had a problem with her alterations and dry cleaning. She altered all of my husbands suiting pants and all of them came out perfect. I also dry clean all of my silk and leather pieces and she always does a great job! She also does greet my husband and I by name and always has a smile on her face. I would never think of going to anyone else. We highly recommend her and did I also mention her pricing is inexpensive.
For the person who gave her only one star you really need to reconsider your review.

I’ve had consistent great work from Marietta. She’s been in the business for over 20 years and always greets me by name when I come in. And the pricing is absolutely incredible. I would ask the one star review to give this place another chance. Cannot recommend enough.

We just moved to the neighborhood and found this a block away. I should have known better when I walked in and the place smelled of stale cigarettes (and when the prices were higher than I’ve experienced before). We asked her to repair some tears in my boyfriend’s pants. She explained one thing, and delivered another. When we picked them up, it was a total hack job, and now the pants are unwearable.
After he returned home and showed them to me, I went to the store and VERY NICELY told her that we were disappointed in the work and that it was very different than what she described. Without even a second of hesitation she started getting FURIOUS with me that I would say anything negative about her work. She said she’s never had a complaint and wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say. She even started walking away and blew me off.
This place was highly unprofessional and the work she provided was not good. Why am I not surprised that there are no reviews on here when she claims she’s been around with happy customers for years?
