Wells Fargo Bank

Now I know why they gave me the star treatment, I should’ve known that I was being played just like I am by so many other «residents» of Glendale. I told them I have a small business that I don’t do much with and they gave me an account that is not appropriate for my needs and I’ve been having to pay them an insane service fee. Cancelling today.

The restaurant that I work for has business account with Wells Fargo and when I do the morning deposits I love to go to this branch. You immediately get greeted as soon as you walk in. There always plenty of space to park when I get there. Their customer service is superb! I usually always get serviced by this very charming friendly young man named Zachary. He’s always so friendly, polite and efficient when he helps me. I also love the fact that you get in and out within 5 minutes, even if there’s a line they have many tellers available. I personally have been banking with Bank of America for over 10 years but I think I will be changing. To Wells Fargo pretty soon!

Bad service, i came at 9 am, the blond hair girl sit in the corner didnt want to work, she said she could not see the transaction in few years ago… And she didnt open her computer. Bad services

I have two Business Accounts with Wells Fargo and have visited this branch frequently. There is always an employee greeting me when I walk in making my banking experience comfortable and personable at this branch. I had a question on one of my business accounts and the Branch Manager Albert was very approachable and not only helpful but extremely courteous, kind and caring. He’s personability was very apparent in his welcoming smile and positive attitude which also portrayed in the energetic, lively and welcoming atmosphere at the branch. It is very apparent that Albert enjoys what he does and this Branch runs very smoothly because of him, as all good things start with the top… KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE!!!

Hands down the best service at a bank you could find. Friendly, concise and knowledgeable staff, service is always efficient and you’re basically worry-​free!

One of the best branches around my house. I live in Tujunga but I drive to Glendale to bank. Seda Katrdzhyan is my personal banker. She’s one of a kind. She’s always ready to help me with any questions or concerns I have. I love how they always welcome me with a smile!!! I don’t see myself banking with any other back other than Wells Fargo.

I don’t think i’ve ever gotten any real help at this branch, they appear friendly when you walk through the door, but give them a little time to disappoint you by bs excuses as to why they can’t make something happen. Then they try to shove a new account down your throat. If only this place wasn’t next to my house.

Has ever the WF CEO wonder why the business is on Hall of Shame list when it comes to customer service? I had the answer today at this bank. The teller was able to say «I am free to laugh and do whatever I want» after I complained about him. His supervisor was 3 feet away and didn’t take her time to turn around and intervene.

This bank is the best bank ever. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 7 years now, and they have never disappointed me. They’re very welcoming and always greet me when I walk in and have very fast service. Even if the line is long, it moves very fast and I’m out of there in no time. They also have a drive thru ATM which is the biggest convenience when you’re in a rush or if the bank is closed!

Edward, Miguel And Seda are the best, they help me with all my needs. If you want something done, or need a new account, make sure to see them!

Everytime you go they just try to get you to open new accounts with no care for you at all. They must have quotas or make commission. They just KEEP PUSHING YOU To open new Savings Accounts and New Accounts. DAMN!
It would be one star but Three Stars because of the three drive through ATMS. Props for that!

I lovvvvvvve this branch! Everyone is soooooo nice, helpful and super fast. They always help me with all my accounts and I always walk out super satisfied with their service. The tellers are all great but the bankers Miguel and Arsen and branch manager Albert have helped me the most.

I really like that this branch has 3 drive up ATMs hidden behind it. Ohhh yeah its in an alcove behind plants and you wouldnt know unless you drive behind it. Well worth it stopping at if you need to hit up the WF ATM in Glendale. They also have a single walk up front side ATM but no parking spot for it!
There is a paid garage behind the branch as well. I have no idea how the service is here as I didnt go in, just used the drive up ATMs.
Seemed well situated as it is close to the freeway and a major area of interest to the common folks.

always have loved this bank when I visit. great customer service and they always are well staffed to the point where the line doesn’t exceed over ⁵⁄₆ people. everyone working here is friendly and usually tend to have a smile on their face.
you walk in and are greeted by a worker in this case a young gentleman (looked Armenian) who was very kind and smiled as I walked in. Stand in line while a kind woman offered to bring me water. nice of her but I was fine.
got to the teller eventually some big buff dude asked me how my day was going nd we chatted for a quick second while I told him what to do with my account. very kind man did what I wanted, didn’t make anything awkward, didn’t get personal with me and at the end insisted that I’d take water on such a hot day. it was pretty hot about 95 degrees so I just took it.
only down side to this place is the annoying security guard patrolling the small parking lot causing traffic.
defiantly worth a quick stop a bunch of nice people !

My review is based on service, i was assisted right when i walked in, i was shown to a seat and given a waiting time which wasn’t long at all. My personal banker for the day was Vilo Simonyan, great customer service, opened my first savings, checkings, and credit account in 30 mins. When I went to stand in line to see the teller he came back and surprised me with water which was greatly appreciated because i had the worst cotton-​mouth (:

Super nice tellers and managers. Love the décor inside this branch. Getting to the parking was a bit confusing.

This branch has really good customer service! I stepped in simply to deposit some cash and was a little confused at first where to go since there were multiple lines. Someone immediately asked me what I needed and showed me to the right line. As I deposited my cash, the teller offered me a bottle of water and a lollipop! :D Free water? Keeping their customers healthy!
The bank itself is clean and new looking. Lines are long but go fast since there are so many tellers. Great location!

Went in to resolve fraud on my account after the claims I filed went through. Customer service said I had to go into a branch to get a reference # (that didn’t exist). Was given the corporate handbook of sayings, and it was suggested to me that I:
1. listen to all my previously recorded conversations with WF customer service.
2. use it as evidence to sue WF
3. «but know that WF will do everything in their power to blame a third party.»
4. no one will compensate you for your time, and WF doesn’t care if it was their fault that your information was leaked.
5. «this will happen at every bank»
to which I said it’s not happened ever at Bank of America.
«well, how long have you been with them?»
more than a decade.
*silence*
6. Call customer service.
I called Customer Service who tried hanging up on me, and kept repeating «Thank you for calling WF, I’m sorry we can’t be of help to you today» whenever I said I already had.
I then went to the Burbank branch and found the best customer service that helped resolve the issue within 10 minutes.
Glendale branch not only wasted my time, but didn’t listen, they obviously hate their jobs, and don’t want to have to think if it’s not absolutely necessary.

I didn’t think that I would ever write a review for a bank but here it goes.
This bank is amazing… with the most friendly employees. They greed you the minute you walk in and point you to he teller line. If you’re thirsty they will give you a nice cold bottle of water or give you a cup of black Strubucks coffee.
The Manager Argishd is always available to answer any questions you might have he walks around the bank with the biggest smile on his face and makes sure that all the employees are doing a good job. The tellers are friendly, energetic and they make sure that the lines move quickly.
