The only reason why I went to this nail shop is because it’s down the street from where I am staying. Looking at the reviews they seemed like a pretty good shop. WRONG! The guy is so rude! I had ask for a full set coffin set and it was horrible. the shape was crocked, one side would be straight and the other side was angled and It looked like they where going side ways. While he was cleaning up the nail… Smoothing it down… he kept burning my skin/​cuticles. He said it’s because my cuticles are deep… WTF! When he asked me if I liked the shape I was honest and I said no… I was willing to pay for my incomplete service and just leave but he starts yelling at me and saying I don’t know what I want and starts being loud and really rude and instead of just walkin away and letting someone else complete/​fix/​charge me he comes back and still insists in arguin with me. If you go get your nails done here AVOID THE GUY unless you like your nails to look all F**KED UP.

Great job with Manis and Pedis… best I’ve found on my visits to Arizona, but should definitely honor their appointments AHEAD of walk-​ins. Waiting an hour after you’ve made an appointment the day before is not okay!

I would not recommend this salon. I was very dissapointed. I told the girl doing my pedicure that I am diabetic and to be very careful doing my feet. She cut me three times resulting in six visits to my doctor and two rounds of antibiotics. I went to tell the manager what happened and they were very rude and never even offered an apology.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in for a manicure. Not only did the technician cut my cuticle and could not stop the bleeding, but as she was trying to she kept dabbing the bottle of product onto the cut with the tip of it, which was coming into contact with my open cut getting blood on the bottle. She then twisted the cap back on without disinfecting it, only to reopen and use it again. Being in the medical field I was appalled and informed her to stop using it as I now knew whomever that bottle was used on prior was definitely not sanitized effectively. Once I got home, the nail polish on my thumb chipped. Next it was my pinky. The next day more nail polish chipped including my cuticles peeling and a hang nail showing on my index finger. I called the salon to express my concerns, they told me to come I and they would redo it. I was not able to return for the next few days due to work and living 30miles from Westgate. So I scheduled for a day I had off. Well… I walked in and was told she would «paint» my nails for 50% off. She kept trying to make me do gel. I know gel lasts longer but I myself do not do gel. I explained to her that I have always had regular manicures from other salons and my experience like this has never once happened. She became very rude stating she would not redo them for nothing. Everyone was looking. I hope they heard because I have never experienced 1) extremely poor quality of a manicure, 2) witness to risk for spread of infection due to poor sanitization protocols (this is in my opinion disgusting) and 3) horrible, absolutely horrible, customer service. I would never recommend this place. Especially for what they charge on top of that. Horrible. Just letting all of you know. On my opinion they do not deserve to make money if this is how they respect their customers. I will place a photo, you can still see on my ring finger the cuticle that was cut and was bleeding.

Love this place. Took me months to find a good spot. I’m to picky but so glad didn’t give up.

One spontaneous day, my best friend and I walked in to get a pedicure. She highly recommended this salon per prior experience here.
Come to find out, they also offer eyelash extensions AND I was just on the hunt to find a good eyelash extension service/​salon.
I’m usually very picky but I said hey, why not give this place a try with them doing my lashes. The salon I had gone to prior was purchased through a Groupon and without it, it’s super expensive.
Hannah did my eyelashes and they came out perfect! I get compliments daily! I’ve been coming here for lashes since day one

I walked-​in for a fill for my nails. They cut my hands six times, no conversation, and the nail polish job is awful. The paint is splotchy, uneven, and doesn’t cover the entire nail.
I needed to show off my new ring as I am recently engaged, but I had to tell people not to look at my nails since they were so bad.
The nail tech had me put my nails in front of the fan to dry, but the paint bubbled and slid when I did it. She then yelled at me for putting them in front of the fan. She asked me to!
The only reason I’m giving two stars is that the prices were cheap. But you get what you pay for. I would not return.

Did a walk in, for a pedi and fill/​shellac. Very low staff. However, she did a great job. My nails and toes look Great. Pedicure was very relaxing and the massage was therapeutic, and it wasn’t a rush wipe you down massage. job!!!

Hannah is so sweet and she did my nails how I wanted to the T! Great location and hours!

Found this lovely nail salon on Unilocal!Called at 10:30 for two pedicures, walked in and was helped right away. Angel was my nail tech and she was by far the best one I’ve had since being in Colorado. I’m a nail tech as well so I’m insanely picky but there wasn’t one thing I didn’t like about Angel. Awesome customer service and great prices! Definitely going back again!

Worst service I’ve ever received, going in for my SECOND repair as my nails pop clean off. The lady who did my nails tried to tell me 2 color acrylic was 60 $ a second color was 20 $ I asked for proof on a sign and she changed the price! Called to speak with Henry the manager I spoke with and she told me he no longer worked there, I will be demanding my money back.

There good service and work turned into a horrible one. I went in for a fill and pedi.
The pedi was going great, I asked for a French, once she started doing the line was when there was a problem. They weren’t straight and some where way too thin.
I got a fill done and I had a design I mind that I wanted I showed the man, Henry, what I wanted he said he was able to do it the design was clearly glitter and he kept insisting that it was studs.
When he made the «heart» shape stud I informed him that the shape was a little off. He tried to fix it but ended looking worse and nothing at all like my picture. Won’t be going there anymore.

Normally a nail salon is busy and make you feel like you are there to get in and get out so someone else can sit in your seat. This place was peaceful with tranquil music and massage chairs. The pedi chair bowls are lined with one time use liners. What a nice relaxing treat.

I really wanted to like this place. The staff is all very friendly and this doesn’t have anything to do with that. I came in here one day because I had got my nails done somewhere the day before and they were horrible so I came here the next day and they redid my nails right away (I have a full set with gel polish) I was very pleased with the service and how my nails turned out so I came back when I needed I fill, everything went great at the appointment but like 4 days into my nails the polish was just peeling off, so I go in to get it fixed and they did it for free. But what happens that very day? The same nail along with like 3 others chips off. So I go back and they fix them again for free. But yet again, they chip and peel all off. I now have found a new nail salon and no chipping or peeling with these ones. So I don’t know what the deal is with their polish, I get gel so they won’t chip/​peel and I get the very opposite. This isn’t to rate the staff or the environment because those aspects are awesome. But I don’t think I will return because of the polish issue, it’s so irritating to have to keep going in for «touch ups». I rather spend my money somewhere where I get what I pay for.

The worst costumer service the nail techs are rude and refill cost me 40 $. Great nail work. But VERY VERG POOR COSTUMER SERVICE ! One nail tech had costumes waiting while she sat and got her nails done and gossiped with other nail techs ! I also scheduled for a callus scrub they told me they didn’t have time to do it ! LIke WHAT! I made an appointment !! HORRIBLE PLACE DONT WASTE Your MONEY !!!

Not one of the better mani-​pedi experiences. Didn’t love the nail color selection and there were a couple of flies that kept landing on me and the lady working on my nails. Giving it an extra star bc the lady working on my nails was sweet but that’s it.

This place is awesome! The chairs are totally unique and have this great air pressure feature that is so cool! My friend and I went in for two pedicures and I got a manicure as well. The pedicures were so relaxing and the tubs (along with everything else) were super clean. We were there close to closing, but Henry and his team did not rush! He took his time with my nails and they turned out amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back to this place!

It was three of us who went on a Saturday around 11 AM waited about 10 minutes. Great customer service they asked if the water was too hot or cold and adjusted to our liking.
The massage chair was great different setting for your neck back etc. beautiful celing and a TV on both sides of the wall.
The spa pedi was great cut and buffed nails. A heated towel on both legs.
Liked I didn’t have to get out of my chair for the mani it was all done where I was sitting.
It took about 25min.

A great place for a mani pedi… And JoJo applies the most magnificent lashes. They look beautiful and last a long time. And prices are reasonable.
Next time you are at Westgate, leave time for pampering!
