I have been using Windsor Cleaners for 10 years now. They preserved my wedding dress well and were the only ones that were able to get the grass stains off my white shoes. I was told by several other cleaners that it would never come off. The staff is super friendly and nice and prices have not changed much over the years. They get all stains out all the time which is SO important. I would highly recommend Windsor Cleaners to Everyone!

What an odd experience! I picked up a coupon for this place online and thought that it’d be a great local cleaner. I did not check Unilocal first and boy do I wish I had. First let me mention that there is a private parking lot, but you have to get through security to get into it. I was so confused I parked on the street instead. I’m assured you get validated, but it’s so weird. I tried to stop in on my way to work, so of course I didn’t have tons of time to waste. That being said, I had 8 articles of clothing, and the man at the counter proceeded to go through each piece of clothing as slowly as possible, sometimes twice, and talking to me about who knows what. All I could think about is how long this process would take at his current speed. He even started commenting on the brands of clothes I’d brought in(creepy or just interested in fashion, I don’t know). Once the clothes were finally accounted for, he then asked me if I could wait 15 – 20 minutes for his boss to come in and give me a price. WHAT??? I could not understand what was going on in this place but I finally got the courage to grab all my clothes and run for the hills. I would not recommend this place.

I like to support small business as I believe they are the engines of growth for our economy. The team at Windsor does a great job cleaning my delicate Italian suits and dress shirts. No broken or missing buttons and they try their best to pay meticulous attention to every detail of your clothing. If you are in the area and need a dry cleaning look no further.

The head lady who works at the Mom & Pops spot really give extra attention to each customer. I am glad to get my designer dresses dry cleaned here when I am in the area!

The sales lady was sufficiently friendly, but the prices were not. After finding out that it would cost $ 5 a piece to dry clean my skirts, I decided I would take my business elsewhere. Perhaps I’d been spoiled previously by my dry cleaners in Alhambra, but I’m not willing to pay those prices. I think it’s cheaper for me to take my clothes downtown and give it to one of the dry cleaners next to my workplace! On top of the already high prices, the lady wouldn’t let me use the coupon I had printed off their website. My total came up to $ 19.50 and she wouldn’t let me use my $ 3 off $ 20 total coupon, because I was $ 0.50 short. I admit that indeed I was short two quarters, but I would think that a mom-and-pop shop would be willing to waive that amount and let me use the coupon anyway. I thought flexibility was the beauty of mom-and-pop shops!
