My experience at Xpress Auto was great. It was my first time leasing a car and Armen made it as easy of an experience as possible. I went in, talked for 30 minutes, made a deal, and got my car the same day in the color and specs that I wanted. I was able to get my car for SUPER cheap, with the deal he offered me. They really go out of their way to make sure you get the best deal possible. Overall, A+ experience.

The truth is you do get the BEST deal. Shop around all you want, at the end of the day they do everything they can to get you a deal you are happy with. I have always, consistently, walked away happy. They are always quick to answer your questions and if they don’t know the answer right away, they will call you back, no wasting time. Let me start by saying that I was looking for a car for about a month… Everyday day in and day out since my currant lease was about to end… I went to many different dealers from BMW to Mercedes to Audi but everyone thought since in a girl I have no idea what it is that I’m looking for and they can just throw any price at me… Frustrated with everything I decided to try out a few sales and leasing companies after calling a few I called X Press Auto… I spoke to HAYK and from the 1st day he was super helpful he was the only one that gave me the best deal on the BMW X5 that I was looking for… The next day while I was still at work all I had to do is send him my information and he took care of everything else I spent no time at a dealer and no time waiting I just went about my day as usual until I came home and my car was all ready for me… All that was left to do was sign a few papers and I drove away with my brand new car… I recommend everyone to go to X Press and ask for Hayk the customer service was amazing and I’m very very happy I found them when I did… Thank you guys very much

These guys get great deals and they move a lot of cars. I had the lease with the Audi I wanted in 1 week, with a deal that the dealers I talked to couldn’t touch. You might have to call them a couple times to get it done, but it’s worth it. I got a Mercedes lease from them previously and it was a huge savings. I dealt with Sako, and previously with Armen, and both are great guys.

This was the best car purchasing experience of my life. Hayk is exceptional to work with. He picked us up and brought us into the office and most of our paperwork was conducted prior to arrival. I signed everything that was pre-​stickers and bam! We were out the door with my new car, calendars and a gift. The place is nice and clean, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.
Overall, this is the way to go if you’re buying a car.

This was the best car purchase/​lease experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had 4 cars in the last 10 years, so I’ve dealt with my share of sales guys. These guys will do all the dirty work for you, and will hunt down the best deal in town! Hayk was super professional, and efficient. He helped me find the exact car I was looking for, and helped bring the price down to what I was looking to pay, regardless of not having the best credit! The best part about it was that this all happened in one day! They have the best customer service! Hayk kept me in the loop the whole way, and gave me constant updates. Indeed, why ever go to a dealer again?
Went to a few other brokers and they kept trying to upsell me.
Look man, sorry this won’t be one of your higher grossing «sales,» but I’m looking for a point A to point B car.
I was about to throw in the towel with brokers (and just go to the Honda dealer and hammer out the best thing I could), but gave brokers one last shot with these guys.
I knew it was a good sign when I pulled in and there was a recently purchased Civic already in the driveway. Finally.
Unlike all of the dealers and some of the brokers out there, Sako was 100% up front with what my total, OUT THE DOOR cost would be. Isn’t that the only only number we, as buyers, are actually concerned with? He had even already calculated what my total cost would be (which was a very solid deal) before I had, and then stuck to his word. Jesus. Was that so hard?
I about screamed (okay, I screamed) at a Subaru dealer who who refused to understand what «due at signing» means. Not «due at signing, but really not including all these other charges, too.»
I will be going here from now on and recommending friends and family.

I was looking to lease a car and made the mistake of going to the dealer first. After wasting 4 hours and walking out disappointed, I decided to come to Xpress auto leasing based on the recommendation of a friend. Not only did I get a deal that was $ 2500 less expensive over the course of the lease term, but the whole deal was over in an hour! Worked with Sako and he was great.
