99 Cents Only Store

Just went into this location. Sophia gave me the best customer service! I asked for happy birthday balloons since there wasn’t any blown up and she had to wait for the other cashier to open and she went all the way to the back to check if we had any more balloons for me, which she didn’t have to but she did. Unfortunately there weren’t any so I just took home other one and she helped check me out. She was so kind as well! And I’m all about customer service there’s should be more people like her! Thanks you Sophia!

I love this store way cleaner then the one on azusa and they have better stuff I find lots of name brand food items and I think most of he people that work here are pretty nice

It’s cheap and semi quick. They have an excellent variety of items and it’s fairly organized. Majority of the items are $ 1 but there are a few $ 1.50−3 (think I saw something for $ 5 once but don’t quote me on that). This store carries everyday household essentials, party supplies, office/​school supplies, food and seasonal items. If you see something you like be sure to pick it up because they may not have it for long.

Horrible customer service. The store was very messy, but the customer service was just disgusting. The cashier was so careless with my items that I was purchasing, including delicates like bread and eggs. Never will I shop here at this location again.

This store might be big and has a lot of items (the only reason I gave it an extra star), but it is horrible when it come to customer service. They’re not bad people. In this big store with 5 check stands, they only have 1 open. The line goes into the isles. When this is going on, there are two employees behind the one check stand. Also, It’s my moms birthday and I wanted to get her some balloons. There were about 10 balloons hanging in the isles, but they were, in the most part deflated. And none were birthday balloons. I asked the employees where their birthday balloons were and she told me that they did not have any. This is the only 99 cent store that I know of to not carry birthday balloons. When I finally got to the front of the check stand, between 5 and 10 minutes later, the girl rang my items and with a really indifferent face and voice told me to have a good day. These employees definitely don’t want to be here and don’t care much about customer service.

Out of all the 99 cents stores I would have to say I like this one the most it cleanliness is better then the others and so is the service.
