Really great people here. Went in for oil change and general check up. Doug, I am guessing the D in the «B and D» explained in detail the problem I was having with my axle on my right front wheel.
$ 35 for oil change and no additional charge for the check up and inspection.
Will come back again.

My friend changed all tires at there and they did not charge a lot even though it was Audi tires. Although we are asain they treat us really friendly. Then when I went there for washer fluid, they did it for free. How so awesome it is. I strongly recommend this repair shop !!

Besides excellent customer service, this shop is honest, and does great work! Recommend scheduling approximately a month in advance as they are very busy. But worth the planning as they will keep your car maintained. Will not take my car anywhere else.

I was slightly worried about not having a good experience here, because I didn’t want to be the one to tarnish their amazing rating on here with a 1-​star review, haha. But. I don’t have to. Everything was amazing. Bryon is very intelligent, patient, and from what I can tell so far, the most honest mechanic I’ve yet to meet. I know, who know those actually existed. They’re like fucking unicorns.
I was sure I needed brakes, because months ago Tucker Tire told me that my brake pads were down to 15%. Bryon assured me I still had 40% on the front, and 70% on the back. He showed me the measurements. I came in to get brake pads, but I didn’t need them!
I had my spark plugs replaced (for the first time on a car that’s 11 years old), lol. Also had the cabin air filter replaced, oil changed, and tires rotated. I had him check out the entire car, and he didn’t find anything, said the car is in great shape aside from a marginal battery.
Compared to other highly reviewed shops I called, the prices here were very reasonable. Another shop quoted me DOUBLE what Bryon charged me to change the spark plugs.
My mom brought me to pick up my car, and she talked to Bryon about a car she needs repaired. She’s bringing her car in next week. Hopefully she will have an equally amazing experience. :)

This place is awesome! The people are trustworthy and they know what they’re doing. As a woman who doesn’t know a whole lot about cars, I’m always nervous about getting ripped off when I take my car to a mechanic. Bryon immediately made me feel comfortable and explained everything without any added fluff. There was no pressure and he didn’t try to sell me any of those unnecessary add-​ons that other places push on you. I compared their prices to other places and this place is way more affordable. The cherry on top of it all: if you live or work close by and need to drop your car off for repair, they’ll offer to drive you and pick you up! I’m so happy I found this place and you will be too!

You will never meet nicer people. They are as good as it gets. The service they provide is top-​notch, but where they stand out is in how they treat their customers. I could not say enough good things about this place. This is a place where after you come in for the first time, you never want to go anywhere else.

These guys are awesome! I brought my car in to get an oil change and for them to take a look at some recommendations that i got from another place and Bryon helped me out a lot! He was very honest with what my car needed and prices are very reasonable. He called me to explain what my car needed and called me again to let me know what time i can pick up my car. I liked it how he gave me options and did not just recommended things that doesn’t really need to be done like the other place! I will def be back to get my next oil change!

This place is awesome! First of all, I went to my regular tire shop to rotate the tires I was advice to do an alignment do to tire ware or at least go check it. I went to pepboys in West Covina they were very short and dishonest. They said we need to inspect the suspension (additional $ 20) before we do the alignment. felt like they were after one thing my money! So I said drop my truck i won’t be doing the alignment. I found B and D auto repair on Unilocal and decided to go. I spoke with Jason and bryon great guys very professional and honest, they inspected my suspension for free and told me I didn’t need an alignment. The tire ware was because I didn’t rotate my tires for years. If you want honest mechanics that know what they are doing I suggest you give them a call. Outstanding service.

Holy moly. I sat for only an hour. Felt like I was at a pit stop for my car. I was expecting to wait 2 hours. Definitely proved me wrong. That was crazy fast to check my brakes and do an oil change. I feel confident taking my car. Their office where they keep all the awards speak for themselves so they obviously know what they are talking about and tells the customer every single detail about what is wrong with the car. Keep up the hard work guys!!!

The evil car dealership where I had taken my Rav 4 to a few months ago had claimed all these problems with my car. At the time, I could only get half the things fixed and that ended up costing me over $ 1000. They gave me a sheet of recommendations of all the other things that needed to be done and what they had said needed to be done ASAP (which would have cost me another $ 800.) I had this feeling that they were taking me for a ride, so I did a search for «the best auto repair shop in my area.»
B and D came up with a 5 star rating from several different review websites. I took my car there and Bryon checked out my car and looked over the paperwork that the dealership had given me. Turns out what they had claimed for work that was still needed on my vehicle was not even present upon a full inspection. They had said there was this leak in my engine. Bryon said the engine was dirty, but there was absolutely NO LEAK. The evil dealership had said that I needed a new gasket cover. Bryon told me that my car did not need a new cover, there was no benefit to anyone but the mechanic in purchasing a new one. He also noticed that my brakes had not been done properly and because they were still under warranty to take it back to the tire shop where I had had them done so it wouldn’t cost me anything.
So to reiterate all the other Unilocalers here, B & D Auto repair is: Honest, reliable, has amazing customer service, and they don’t gouge you for unnecessary repairs.
B and D will be my permanent car doctor from here on out!

Bryon and his guys at B and D are honest, quick and reliable. They replaced my rotors and brakes on my Audi at a great price. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! Super nice and very honest. I had a few things that needed to be done but they let me know it wasn’t necessary to do them all immediately so I was able to spread it out to make it easier on my wallet. No pressure to do a lot of work and they never try to sell me unnecessary service unlike so many other places.

I have been coming here for about 3 years and they are truly the most honest and upfront mechanics. They are quick and no bullshit. I’ve had incidents with my charger and they told me to go to the dealership because it might be under warranty and it was. They could of easily not said anything and fixed the issue but they are just honest hard-​working individuals. That’s why I love coming here for oil changes and other issues. They are VERY trustworthy and sincere. They want your business and do what is right. I definitely would recommend anyone to go here. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is great. Bryon is very good at explaining car issues to someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Communication is always very clear. Pricing and work is great. Always honest and helpful here. Would recommend to friends and family.

Came in just for an oil change and tire rotation. I recently moved back into the area and wanted to find a shop nearby to get it done quickly.
I made several calls to other shops and decided to come here. About $ 30 bucks to get it done. No complaints on the price.
I showed up late… about 30 minutes to closing time. Was greeted with a smile and treated very well by Bryon. Very personable guy.
The job was finished quickly. No fuss and no mess. I’ll be coming back in the future.

I received excellent service from these guys. I needed my struts replaced on my suzuki forenza and they saved me a few hundred dollars. They have great customer service and I will definitly be going back for anything else I need along the way. Oil changes are done at a reasonable rate and if you make an appointment they can get ya in and out in less than an hour!

Came here to fix my car that have over heated problem. the owner told me that one of the pipe was broken has to be replace. So i got charged almost $ 300 which I think it’s over price but i got no choice but to fix it.fine. After less than10 days the car is over heated again!!! then I took it back but the owner of the shop I think his name is bryon or Brian or whatever this guy don’t even want to be responsible for his work he made an excuse by blaming something else… this people is not honest they just want more money horrible experience I would not recommend to anyone!!!

Very very happy with B&D. I’m relatively new to the area and have been going to the dealer until my service rep left. B&D’s reviews brought me in, their service impressed me.
I was jumpy about the cost of my 105,000 mile service at the dealer, I got busy and let myself forget to service the car. Next thing you know I’m up to 110,000. Oh boy, that’s gonna cost some bucks and I just don’t want it. In comes B&D.
They customer service is outstanding. When I called to inquire, they were very helpful and looked up my car make/​model to figure out exactly what service I was scheduled for and gave me an estimate. I brought the car in and they came in under their estimate as the car basically just needed an oil change, tire rotation, and filter. Their excellent customer service wasn’t limited to the phone. They were patient & kind over the phone, at drop off and pick up.
The car also needed new brakes (which I was anticipating). They charged ½ of what the dealer wanted.
Also, my battery had died and I was concerned that my car may need a new one. They checked & tested the battery and it was at nearly full capacity. They gave me the battery test print out.

I don’t know much about cars, but I do know that these guys did a great job with mine! My dad usually takes my car in to a little shady place that is only open on the weekend, but the weather is getting warm and I needed my ac fixed! Googled the issues I had had with my AC to get a rough idea of the cost, and they charged about $ 40 less than any estimate online! Got my car back same day and they will now have me as a customer for as long as I am in the area!
Great group of guys! Don’t hesitate, they know what they are doing and won’t overcharge, what more can you want from a mechanic?
