When something goes wrong with your computer and you are in a panic. Firstly, you need to be reassured in the company, handling your situation, cares and prioritizes the situation like you would. This goes beyond being pleasant, but also setting up a pricing structure that allows you to be at ease, know that you will not be treat like you are taking your care to a mechanic. Often the feeling you get at the mechanics shop is he will find any reason to hike the price up regardless if you need it or not. You now feel like you have no choice and just felt like you got taken advantage of, even violated. Our labor rate never changes no matter how much work you might need, just $ 80 on special. The only time you will ever pay more is if you need a part. We never install or order parts without your approval. We will even explain what that part means for the computer, why you should get it, and how it relates to the problem. Our goal is to treat everyone as a honored guest.

Established in 2012.

We started as a home based business in 2012, but wanted to expand to help more people and business. So in 2014 my family and I came together to form a wonderful store front that is all family owned and operated. We look forward to servicing your personal and business computer needs.

I have been using computers for nearly 30 years and started fixing them 15 years ago. While doing this, I also focused on the importance of being able to communicate the technical issues in plain language. President T. Roosevelt said, «People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.» Through this model everyone will be treated as a guest in our home, and with respect and clear communication.
