I got e-​mail from the owner of this company, yet he will not pick up the phone to address installation problems. Go with someone else don’t waste your money here!

It was the day before July 4^th, mid 90 degrees, that our AC unit decided to stop blowing cold air. I spoke to the owner (I apologize for not remembering his name) who said they were extremely busy and wouldn’t be able to come out till next week. This was understandable. However, after explaining my predicament he then said that he couldn’t make any promises but would try to find someone who could respond. The owner called back an hour later and said a serviceman would be there tomorrow (July 4^th! Wow!). A very professional and courteous young man arrived on time the next day and had the unit blowing cold air with 45 minutes… and the charges were more than reasonable, especially it being a holiday.
Canyon Air’s customer service and professionalism has turned me into a future loyal customer.

Have been using them for years they are excellent first used them as a second opinion and realized they are the real deal and honest will never go anywhere else. Prices are also reasonable.

Had mis-​communication with office, but the owner came out and remedied everything.

Since I never did get a follow-​up to installing a filter on a unit without one — I would rate their customer service follow through as low.

Canyon Air Service put in our AC & Heat and it works amazing! love the zone system we got, I recommend it to everyone. The employees are so friendly and professional!
