Class One Donut Croissant Cafe

My son says this donut shop is better than Donut Man!!! Gasp! I would have to say they are neck and neck.
It owned by a lovely family who are always kind, considerate and courteous.
They will even put in straws in your child’s drink if you like.
It’s great to support local businesses like this one. Their donuts are fresh and delicious. They have the biggest donut holes I have ever seen. Please visit but come early because they sell out fast.

I recently wrote a review for «The Donut Man» which appears to be the rage in Glendora, but I have to disagree with all of the hype surrounding them. The donuts are dry and flavorless!!! Class One Donuts are far superior in visual and flavor. My only issue was that they ran out too early. The owner said they were thinking of staying open longer, which would be an excellent idea. I prefer the traditional donut which this business does an exceptional job at doing. Keep up the good work, so I and other’s keep coming back for more.

Was in town and decided to try their donuts. I got the apple fritters and a dozen donuts for a party. The apple fritters are so good; they have little small chunks of apples in it and it’s crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. The customer service was excellent. They greeted me with a smile and was patient when I was deciding what to get for the party.
I would come here again if I was in town.

I first came here because Donut Man was closed on that particular day and I had a mad craving for donuts. And man am I glad that happened. To be honest, I walked in thinking that it wouldn’t compare to Donut Man’s donuts and that my craving would be left unsatisfied. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Shame on me for judging a book by it’s cover. This place has the lightest donuts I’ve ever had. Not only is it light and fluffy, I really like the fact that their donuts aren’t drenched in glaze. There is definitely enough glaze for those that has a sweet tooth but it’s not overly sweet where you’d have to chug a cup of coffee to stop your tooth ache. Their donuts are made fresh everyday. The service here is amazing. The people working here are always super nice and always has a smile on their faces. I mean, Donut Man’s good and all but I definitely prefer this place in price, in service and in the fact that you don’t have to wait in line. That’s a win win situation for me. Love this place!

When the novelty of standing in line at Donut Man has worn off, this is where you want to go for donuts. Not knocking DM, when there’s no line I’ll still go and glutton it up there, but I’m not waiting in line for 30 min for a box of donuts when this place has donuts that are just as good. When you have to eat donuts it should be illegal to keep your stomach waiting.
Their donuts are light and full of flavor. Service is always happy and appreciative. Also, this place has tiger tails but they’re not as good as the ones at DM, but that’s like saying honey drizzled bacon isn’t as good as regular bacon. Oh and their version of the tiger tail? They go for girth not length. That may be important to some of you.
Only thing I can think of that I don’t like is that they aren’t open all day. That goes back to when my belly is aching for some donuts I need to feed it right away. Donut rage is clinically recognized. I think.

I love their donuts! I hate how I can’t have them all the time.
Their donuts are fresh daily. The store is always clean. They are super friendly. If I need to get donuts at my workplace, this is my 1^st choice. If I have a sweet tooth, and want to cheat on my diet, this is my 1^st choice! IF you want to get donuts, come try these guys.
Oh, they also have flavored coffee too. :)

Excellent every time I visit Glendora I stop in for my donut. I am not a big donut eater but these are crispy and nice. I live in Connecticut and I don’t have the local donut shops like California. Clean place and the coffee is not bad look forward to my next visit

Had the best manager working there named Tom who knew all our names everyday and knew our order. Then he hired his friends to run the place and the relationship went downhill. You see you buy the people and service not the donut, coffee, or muffin. I was sold on Tom. He made me smile every morning and cared how my day was. The new people try but it’s not the same! Tom made this shop more money I guarantee it! He was the difference! Still gave 4 stars because food is perfect, coffee is perfect, and new staff is trying but not the same. Much more affordable for a 99% fat free blueberry muffin and a coffee for only $ 2.30 and I couldn’t even get a coffee for that price at Starbucks next door! Very affordable! Tom needs to come back!

Was in the strip mall passing through. I went in and got a sugar donut, while my family went to Starbucks. Ate it in about 2 minutes. So light and airy and delicious! Went back to get more donuts. Bought 8 donuts and got 2 for free! Such friendly staff and amazing customer service! If I’m ever near this place again, I’m going! I recommend this place to everyone! And the prices are low! Great deal!

The best ham and cheese croissants! We love coming here after we take our Grandfather to the Dr! Thats the only time we are usually up that way, that early! We LOVE Class One!

Nicest owners! They know myself, my intermediate family, extended family, you name it! They are always asking how we all are and sincerely mean it. On top of the kind service, they serve amazing donuts and muffins! Honestly one of the best donut places around.

The donuts here are plain and standard. Their hours are inconvenient and the staff was rude (I came in, was the only one in the store, and began to look at the selection. The clerk asked me in a rude way, ‘what are you looking for?’ as if he wanted me to hurry up, make my purchase and leave) I will not be back, especially since donut man is right down the street and actually has good donuts and a friendly staff.

Ok … I have to say I love tnis shop… I literally love and have tried all of there donuts … always fresh and light… I mean LIGHT. I could eat a dozen by myself… Customer service… Is spot on. Very friendly couple. My favorite donut is Covered with chocolate frosting with a creamy cluster inside. Its round one lol:-)…

I have been going there for years now. The owners are very sweet and I enjoy how friendly the place is. The donuts and bagels are pretty good.

My husband and I make a hobby of finding the best donut shop around. We’ve tried the donuts everywhere, including the much-​talked-​about Donut Man. We still have yet to find a better donut than the delicious donuts served up at Class One Donut. I always get the chocolate old fashioned and glazed buttermilk donuts. My husband gets devils food cake, raised maple or chocolate and chocolate french. So, if you’re a fan of one of those I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I used to go here every morning before highschool with my friends to get the chocolate bar, which is a donut with chocolate chips in the middle and the chocolate glaze on top with chocolate chips on top… mmmm
Now I go wihen I drop off/​pick up my clothes at the drycleaners I will stop by just to get my donut.

I like this mom and pop donut shop. It is small and simple. There are usually a lot of regulars in there drinking coffee, eating a donut, and reading the paper. There is also a little patio area with tables where you can enjoy your donuts. This place can get crowded in the morning before school starts because a lot of students and parents stop in here and pick up some breakfast.
Most of the donuts, croissants, muffins, and coffee are good but nothing too special. Most little donuts places like this taste the same. The reason I keep coming back here is because they do have one donut that is absolutely amazing. It is a donut that you will find at any donut shop in the world but the way they make it makes it far better then the rest. The donut I’m raving about is their chocolate bar. First off they make them daily so they are really fresh. At times they do sell out but they usually think ahead and make quite a few of them. The donut is really big, soft, has chocolate frosting and chocolate chips on top, and also is filled with chocolate custard. This donut is fabulous. If you’re not a huge chocolate fan then you might not like it as much as me. Their donut holes are also great.
The prices here are good. You can get a dozen donuts for like five or six bucks (like any donut shop). The chocolate bar is a little more. It is around a dollar and twenty five cents for one bar. I honestly would pay up to three dollars for that particular donut. It really is that good. The service here is good. The people who work here are friendly and fast.
The reason I gave this place a four star review instead of a five start is they only have one donut that is great. There other donuts are good but nothing to rave about.
I would recommend trying their amazing chocolate bar. You will defiantly come back for another.
