William Marshall Raymond Earned his degree at Brigham Young University. After which he worked for Marshall Engineering Group. in 2010 William started Eco-​Pro Cleaning service and Carpet Care to meet the needs of The Walton Company. In 2011 Eco-​Pro opened there services to the public.

Let me tell you by saying this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. I called Josh the owner for a quote and he was way more affordable than two other companies I called. He also was able to come out on last second notice. My mother is coming into town the next day and he was very accommodating. I knew he had worked a long day and was still willing to help me out with my schedule. This is what a business should be all about– Partnership! He had the top of the line equipment and carpet cleaning formula he uses are safe. Having two 18 month old boys I want to ensure they were safe as they play all the time on the carpet. He runs a blog and is very passionate about his craft. My home was deep cleaned and smelled great once he was done. I recommend him to anyone wanting their carpet cleaned. Thanks Josh!

Update: Josh generously provided a FREE cleaning of a small bedroom’s carpet after my last service call resulted in excellent results but just one small foot rug to have been overlooked when all my others were returned to me. Due to his minor oversight on this, he promised a free service the next time but I didn’t expect that to be transferred to an entire room, figuring I’d get a discount instead but Josh wouldn’t take any payment and did a great job.
Original: Beautiful results by an efficient effort and short period of time. Joshua was a warm professional who got the job done on a large master bedroom carpet and a long overdue dirty kitchen and bathroom laminate floors. He also took several rug runners with him to clean and I am so glad I finally called and made the appointment to get these items tended to. Affordable, too! Recommend.

This is my second review on carpet services Josh offered this year as well.
I called him again this year considering his excellent work last year and he continued to excel in his service.
He came on time on 12/​12/​2015, 2 PM, and cleaned all my 4 carpets and two bathroom ground tiles. As always he did an wonderful job. Also as a freebie, he also cleaned the tiles on my front door which were never cleaned for the past several years.
I am very happy with his work and would definitely recommend his services.

WARNING!!! DO NOT LET THIS PERSON OR ANY OF HIS PERSONNEL INTO YOUR HOME. HE THREATENED ME WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS GOING TO WRITE A TRUTHFUL REVIEW REGARDING HIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CARPET CLEANING SCAM. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED IF YOU USE HIS SERVICE. Josh and another individual came to my home and saturated my carpet with water (no cleaning solution, if any, it was very minimal). My large area rugs had to be thrown out because they were too wet and curled up on the sides and smelled from the water staying in them for over a week. I tried to rectify the situation with him and he would not work anything out with me. I had him come back to my home to show him that none of the stains came out; he agreed it was a bad job and said «oh, I guess I should have scrubbed them»). When the carpet was wet, it looked a tad bit better but after being wet for over a week, all the stains were even worse and it smelled. He was at my home for less than an hour to clean a 1900 square foot home. This was a joke! He charged me $ 287.00. He totally scammed us for almost $ 300.00. He initially quoted me $ 186 to clean my entire house but once he got there, he raised the price. Once I disputed the issue with him, I asked him to be fair and give me a portion of my money back and he said no. I then informed him that I was going to write a review on Unilocal so that no one else would get ripped off the way we did. HE THREATENEND ME AND TOLD ME THAT IF I PUT A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON Unilocal THAT HE KNOWS WHERE I LIVE AND I WILL REGRET IT. After he threatened me, I contacted the police department and filed a report of the incident. He does not have a legitimate business (feel free to conduct your own search) and certainly does not conduct himself in a professional manner. THIS PERSON IS DANGEROUS TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME. Please carefully consider the information above.

Josh and his team are awesome. We have used several companies to clean our homes prior to listing them on the market. Josh works very diligent and is one of the most polite people you will encounter. He genuinely cares about the job he does and the results he provides. As a Realtor we clean all of our homes floors and carpets before putting home on the market. I can’t tell you how many times the homeowner looks at Josh’s finished work and say the house looks beautiful now, maybe I won’t sell… potential buyers come in and see clean carpet, new grout (just clean) and flooring that sparkle makes our jobs of selling so much easier. Josh came out next day and was very friendly and prompt. I being the germaphobe told him what I wanted him to focus on and he did a great job. He even steamed my pillows (that I just bought and were still in the bag). Very thorough and now everything is super clean not to mention a chair I bought 2nd hand that I thought was brownish he made yellow again! No chemical smell and stuff is already starting to dry (he just left). Also, there was no discount or bonus for this post, I just feel that it’s important to give praise when due. Thanks a lot josh!

Our carpet was in desperate need of a cleaning. I thought about renting a carpet cleaning machine and doing it ourselves but with a full time job and full time school finding the time seemed unlikely. I checked out Unilocal and called Josh. He was great. He gave a quote over the phone and was able to schedule the same weekend. Arrived on time and stayed true to the price. Our carpet looks land smells like new! The pet stains are all gone! We will definitely use him in the future.

All I can say is BRAVO! My carpets had not been cleaned in quite sometime and therefore had collected a lot of wine stains over the years! And, the wine stain removers you buy at the store never never work. I have a walkway thru my living room which goes out to a patio where I often entertain so guest may also track back in dirt. Bottom line … Josh really came to the rescue and spent the extra time on them without the extra cost. My carpets are amazing now! They look brand new and believe me when I say they were really dark and black. Now they are beautiful and light beige all over again! I recommend Josh for all your carpet needs. I will definitely call upon him again in the future. Cheers!

Terrific Service. Eco-​Pro is professional, service oriented and most of all priced right. I kicked out 2 larger companies after their ridiculous quotes and upselling push. Eco is why shopping small is always worth it. Oh, honesty… even after offering to take a rug to clean, and return it for free, we were told the service would not work due to the material… We got a quick education in rug quality and how to not over pay again.

I am rating Josh at Eco Pro with five stars because of what he did NOT do. I had a pricey area rug that my old dog started using for potty while I was out. I did not notice it at first and by the time I did, the damage was really bad. I called Josh who came and inspected the rug, offering his professional opinion that the rug may not be salvageable, which I sort of expected. Josh said he would still like to take it back to the shop and see what could be done to try to save it. As feared, the rug was not salvageable because of the embedded smell and the break down of the sisal backing. Josh offered to not even charge me for the on site visit, rug pick up and evaluation work they had done. I thought that spoke volumes. While I did not end up having a carpet cleaned so cannot assess that specifically, I know who I will call if I ever need this service… Josh at Eco Pro.

I’ve had my carpet for 6 years and have never had it or my tile cleaned (my bad and no we are not a completely gross family…). It was filthy and embarrassing, and had multiple pet and dirt stains. In our office it smelled really bad of urine from our dog. We were long overdue for a very deep cleaning. I found Josh and after reviewing his 5 star Unilocal status gave him a call.
He immediately answered and listened to me explain the state of my carpet and tile. He assured me the issues could be addressed with a deep cleaning with pet odor removal. I asked him if he could put a protectant on the carpet and seal the grout. Again, he made me feel confident that this would be done well. I also asked him about air-​duct cleaning. I have been having some serious medical issues and thought that contaminants in my ducts may have something to do with it. He said he would send a camera into my ducts and let me know what he saw before scheduling this service.
When he arrived (on time!) he quickly looked at my ducts and told me they were actually great and that I didn’t need that service right now. Wow! He could have so easily used a scare tactic saying that he saw all sorts of contaminants and of course I would have had him do this service as well. When I commented to him how impressed I was with his honesty he just said that he is in it for the long haul, relies on word of mouth and doesn’t recommend unnecessary services. Needless to say I was so impressed!
He did an excellent job on my carpets; they look great! My tile is cleaner than I can remember. It was late when he finished everything so he came back the next morning to seal the grout and stain guard the carpet. He would have done it that
night but gave us the option to decide.
I think what most impressed me about Josh was his honesty and the quality of his work. He is not that stereotypical carpet cleaner that says he’ll do your house for $ 69 and then raises the price to $ 300 once he arrives. Josh will give you a fair and honest quote and then stick to it. I highly recommend Josh and will definitely feel comfortable referring him to my friends and family.
