I totally missed my appointment, and Dr. Arevalo fit me in the next day! SO AWESOME! So even though they are super busy, I think Dr. Arevalo makes every effort to meet the needs of her patients :)

Outstanding Doctor and I am very pleased on all levels. I am able to ask her questions and she’s very thorough with upfront answers. Very kind and professional in dealing with whatever medical problems I am experiencing. If you are looking for a great doctor, look no further. I highly recommend Dr. Arevalo.

If you can avoid this doctor, do so. she has no heart. I needed to see her and i expected that she would be busy so i left her a massage. I did get a call back from Dr Arevalo but my surprise she just stated what her nurse had already told me. «i have no room to see any more patients so just go to urgent care» i told Dr Arevalo that her nurse said that she had no appointments available but Dr Arevalo will call me to tell me what to do. but i didn’t expect for her to tell me nothing and pass the buck and just send me to the urgent care! … she was aware that the urgent care just saw me this week for the same problem and she said to go back. why bother having a PCP if she doesn’t care. i will never go back to healthcare partners and that’s good i have a PPO insurance and i can just go anywhere that i want. and yes i will take all my 6 other family members.
