Established in 1958.

Foothill Federal Credit Union is a not-​for-​profit, member-​owned financial cooperative, serving school districts, hospitals and other select businesses in the San Gabriel Valley. Since 1958, our mission has been to «exceed members expectations» by providing fast accurate information, friendly professional employees, competitive products, and by understanding and responding to members’ needs.

I love this bank! I used their free car buying service through New Cars, Inc. I will never buy another car at a dealership. Leah Nelson from New Cars, Inc. made buying a car such a wonderful experience. She did all the hard work and found the EXACT car I wanted. AND the best part… I only had to go to the credit union to pick up my car and they bought my old car. I was in and out in no time!!! Thank you, Leah Nelson for a job well done. And thank you Foothill Federal Credit Union for telling me about New Cars, Inc. I would recommend Leah Nelson to anyone and everyone!

Let me start off by saying I do not bank with this credit union. That said, I would never bank with them. Went in to cash a $ 20 check. They have security where only one person can enter at a time. It would not let me in and beeped every time I walked through the metal detector! When one of the tellers finally let me in, she starts in on me as if I’m the dumb one. She insisted since I kept walking backwards that it would reset each time. Um no, even when I went through and stood where I had to, it beeped every, single time. Also, they wanted to charge me $ 3 for cashing a check from one of their customers! That makes no kinds of sense! So, first impression was their condescending teller and their ridiculous «cash checking fee» of a check written from one of their own customers. Good grief!

They don’t take outside deposits from other banks so just warning the customers. Alot of other credit unions cash but they aparently don’t.

So I’m going on about two months with my FCU relationship. Thus far, it’s been great. Their rates are by far more competitive that competing banks. I’m thinking of refinancing my car loan through these guys but I’m just waiting to try and get a little boost on the ol’ FICO. So far, being a non-​BofA customer has been the best thing I could have done. I’d banked with them for years but began to feel more like a number than an actual human being with actual banking needs and borrowing needs. Glad they’re gone!

This is a GREAT Credit Union!!! I’ve been a loyal and satisfied customer for almost 8 years to date. I will never go back to a traditional banking institution when the services are so much better, personalized and hi-​tech-​user friendly with this credit union. The staff are personable and professional staff and appreciate the leadership of Brian Miller, the CU Manager! I am so excited to get my 18 year old son his first bank account at the Credit Union today. I know he will also have the same wonderful service as I have experienced!

This is a great bank to go. Although its a small credit union and they don’t have many locations, this location keeps it very convenient with a drive thru ATM and a ATM outside. You can feel secure as it is a two step process to get into the bank. Once inside, it is very clean and spacious. There is a waiting area that has some toys for kids to play with while they wait. There is also a coinstar-​like machine which collects your spare change and tallies up your total where you can either withdraw or deposit it to your account.
The service here is top-​notch. There really put a emphasis on customer service. They are helpful as well as courteous to any and every question or request you give them. If you don’t have an account with them and are near the area then I high recommend opening an account!

Very friendly people, great rates (the best I could find), convenient location for me. Only bummer was I had to wait until my daughter started Kindergarten at a Glendora school to join, but it was worth the wait!
