I ordered my wedding bouquet, wristlets and boutonnières for my wedding on Saturday September 5^th. They were delivered on time and were ABSOLUTELY beautiful. It was a hot day but the flowers didn’t wilt and three days later they still look terrific! Don’t hesitate to order your flowers from Grand Florist.

Elegant and creative! I’ve purchased two flower arrangements from here and each time they were exceptionally lovely.
The glassware of some of the arrangements are quite unique.
It appears to be a mom n’ pop operation. In my few times there, the staff has been helpful and friendly.
You are paying more, but the recipient of the flowers can notice the higher quality and originality.

I ordered the «Premium» Spring Oasis bouquet that cost $ 106.99, with tax, $ 116,62. It was to be sent to a business in Glendora on a Tuesday. I visited that same business the next day and to say I was embarrassed would be an understatement. It was the smallest flower arrangement I have ever seen! In fact, I don’t see how that arrangement could even have been considered the «Standard» arrangement! I will never purchase from Grand Florist and will tell everyone I know to never waste their money! I’m sorry I have to even give this one star to write a review!

Paid $ 216 for two Easter lilies and six tulips. Poor quality, real rip off. These flowers could have been purchased at Home Depot for $ 15. NEVER buy flowers from this shop. I’m sure that the vendor never expected the sender to see the flowers that were delivered. Total rip off

Been coming here for all occasions since Grand Florist did our Halloween Wedding in 2009. Beautiful boutiques and arrangements. Great personnel. I normally talk to Brenda, Melissa and Cindy. I’d recommend for all occasions!

We purchased all the flowers for my grandmother’s funeral at Grand Florist in April 2013. In all, we chose five separate arrangements and several corsages/​boutonnieres. My family is very meticulous, we had very specific personal touches we wanted to add to each arrangement. Upon delivery, arrangements looked absolutely stunning, and every arrangement was completed exactly as we had imagined. The staff was very nurturing, and patient with all the meticulous requests we threw at them. We left the spray from the top of the casket at the Children’s section of the cemetery, and the flowers still looked amazing almost a week after the funeral. Thank you Grand Florist for a wonderful job.

Horrible service. I walked in to make a large purchase of flowers and spend a lot of money. All I wanted was 3 dozen white flowers of any kind. I was making my own arrangements. I could not get any of my questions answered. The owner was so wrapped up in her daily orders she could not be bothered. I went to another local florist and got exactly what I wanted. I will never go here again.

I had a very intimate wedding with just a few flowers. I expressed how important it was that the flowers made a statement especially my bridal bouquet. I had printed pictures with the corresponding measurements. The particular flower I wanted had a very sentimental meaning, this was also explained in detail.
On the day of my wedding I was so thrilled when the florist arrived, only to realize that my bridal bouquet was completely wrong! It was nowhere near what we had discussed and it looked NOTHING like the photo I had given to them, the toss and bridesmaids bouquets were also awful! Needless to say I was extremely upset. When I called the woman on the phone had the audacity to tell me that bouquet I ordered would have cost too much money!!! So they took it upon them selves to change a few things!!! I explained that I would have paid ANYTHING to have exactly what I wanted. My bridesmaids took my bouquet back and they tried to remedy the situation. I walked down the isle with silk flowers in my bouquet. I was beyond disappointed. I had to make quite a few phone calls and stop by the shoppe many times in-​order to speak with someone and demand that my money be refunded. With great reservation from the owner a portion of my money was returned to me.
I will never return to Grand Florist.

and this is the florist they delivered out of. He had ordered from them in the past and it may be because of that reason, that we were a little disappointed in what I received this time. He ordered the Winter Wonderland bouquet, and I believe it’s the «Regular» bouquet that is supposed to be pictured on the site? As this bouquet was very nice looking, he opted for the «Deluxe», as he believed it would be worth the expense. After seeing what was sent to me, he now believes otherwise. I understand that you may run out of some flowers and need to substitute others, but the bouquet was rather bare looking. The bouquet I received did not even compare to the «Regular» bouquet on the site, let alone the «Deluxe» version. The roses and lilies were very pretty, but there was an obvious lacking of the blue flowers, and instead the bouquet was filled out with one stem of rather sad looking white dandelions and a couple of reddish brown reedy stems. A friend of mine had suggested he use O’Malley’s flowers in San Dimas, but as I mentioned he had ordered from here previously and was very satisfied with their product, so he chose to place the order here. At this point, I cannot say he’d be inclined to do so again. Especially considering how they rape you with shipping charges — a service/​handling fee, an expedited fee, AND a same day delivery fee. Funny, to me it seems that same day would count as expedited. Guess not…

I have to agree with people who felt violated by the LS deal. My husband was a regular customer here so I thought it would be a good deal. First off the service was very uncomfortable. The saleswoman made me feel like a loser for wanting to use my deal. She made it clear that I couldn’t just go in the fridge and choose a 100.00 arrangement, but instead had to suggest different flowers that may work, and then also said that only a basic vase came with the deal. How is that legit? Why couldn’t I choose a 80 dollar vase if I want? She also told us that if we wanted it delivered to our office literally ½ mile away, it would be 19.99. When we picked up the random arrangement of flowers the next day, I guess we were to just TRUST that they gave us 100 dollars worth of fresh flowers! I literally could have done the «arrangement» myself. It is amazing that they are supposedly trying to get repeat business, when this experience made me tell my husband not to EVER go back! Very VERY disappointing!

Total ripoff! I got the living social deal for this place and absolutely regret it. For $ 39 you SUPPOSEDLY get $ 100 worth of arrangements. I decided to get two $ 50 worth of bouquets. Due to the bf and I being out of town that weekend for mother’s day, my bf’s sister helped us pick up the flowers. We ended up with two dozen crappy roses in clear cellophane. THAT’S IT. No vases. Nothing. My bf’s sister also bought vases from them and they were $ 12 each! In total, we spent a little over $ 60. I seriously could have bought prettier and longer lasting roses from Pavilions/​Ralphs for $ 15 and would still have money left over to get vases. If you haven’t used your living social deal yet, I suggest you get a refund asap.

Mother’s day deal on living social is a scam! Their flowers are cheap and not fresh at all. I paid $ 45 for $ 20 worth of flowers. Do not go to this place! Fresh and easy has better flowers than this place.

I bought a living social deal for $ 39 and was supposed to receive a bouquet worth $ 100. As mentioned by a previous Unilocaler who purchased the same deal, the bouquet was definitely not worth $ 100 and more like the face value of the voucher, $ 39. Maybe the $ 61 difference went toward gas to pick up the flowers from downtown LA’s flower mart? I’ve paid $ 50 for much better flowers than this from other florists.
Prior to purchasing the deal, I called the florist to get some details and was told that the bouquet is big and entirely worth $ 100. I was also told that I didn’t need to reserve the bouquet and two types of arrangements would available to select. When I arrived, all of the arrangements were sold out, so I reserved a bouquet for the next day. When I came back the next say to pick up the arrangement, there were stems that were withering and about to die. I thought the flowers were supposed to be fresh, because they were just arranged?
I will not be returning nor will I recommend this vendor to anyone else. Let’s see if Living Social will refund me.

I bought the Living Social deal, for $ 39 you get $ 100 worth of arrangement or bouquet. It seemed to be one of the better deals out there and I figured it was close enough to me that I could just pick it up rather than pay for delivery. When I showed up I told the sales person, who was very nice and friendly, I had the Living Social deal. She then showed me the two arrangements to choose from. I didn’t realize I was limited to only two arrangements and even though both looked nice I didn’t think it was $ 100 worth, more like the $ 39 I paid for the deal. I made my choice and left with the flowers. I admit I didn’t make a big fuss and maybe I should have but then again I highly doubt I’d be back.

Brenda at Grand Florist was an amazing person to work with! My now-​husband and I were very impressed with her professionalism, experience and confidence. Working with Brenda was well worth the money we invested and she generously gave us even more than we paid for! Brenda and her team arrived early on the wedding day and took care of all the details. Needless to say, our wedding chapel and personal flowers were absolutely stunning!!! The quality of their work and the beauty of the flowers they used was outstanding. My husband and I are very pleased that we chose Grand Florist to handle the flowers and décor on our very special day! We very highly recommend the services at Grand Florist!

I want to thank Grand Florist, and Brenda Mazal for doing a beautiful job with the flowers at my wedding. She designed incredibly gorgeous and creative arrangements for me. I got compliments on her work from many of my guests.
I had my wedding in my parents backyard, and she turned it into a magical wonderland with her flowers. The arrangements she did for the dinner tables, cake, and accent pieces were vibrant, naturalistic, romantic and totally unique. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Her work was beyond perfect.
Brenda read my mind and knew exactly what I was looking for. The bouquet she handed me before I walked down the aisle was exquisite and stylish. The boutonierres and wrist flowers for the bridal party were lovely as well.
I would highly recommend Grand Florist to anyone. I have pretty high expectations, and they managed to amaze me. Brenda is a floral artist and has a lot of professional experience with weddings and bouquets. Their work is truly world class and you will not be disappointed.
