Grand Shoes

I read other postings and if any other person that posts has information, please let me know. Any one has information on Gary Jehdian the owner of Grand Shoes, please let me know cause I had same issues with him regarding thousands of dollars and would like to file a small claims on this Owner. Please if anyone, I would like to get some additional help. Thank You

Gary… do the right thing and give the $ back to Mr. O

The business owner Gary may make a good product, but his business ethics are less than desired. My step brother, a Down’s syndrome adult needed special shoes. The shoes were delivered but payment was needed which had not yet come in from the state agency. My Step Dad paid the $ 303 bill and Gary agreed to refund when the other payment came in. It did come in, was deposited but Gary ignored the requests to refund the money. My Step Dad, an 83 year old cancer patient took him to small claims court, but Gary had his secretary sign the registered notice instead of himself signing, delaying the process even further. He knew the illness of my step dad and figured further delay would make this $ 303 case go away. Based on illness and the inability to make another court date, my step dad cannot continue to fight and Gary gets his unearned $ 303. What type of person does such things to people?
Shoes=ok. Gary=bad.

Let me explain why i gave this store 5 stars…
I’ve searched many stores looking for shoes for my grandmother, who has A LOT of foot problems. She’s also diabetic, so she needds special shoes that allow good circulation. The owner, Gary, was sooo helpful and so kind. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. My grandmother is very difficult to satisfy, and everytime i see her, she tells me about how comfortable her shoes are. I’ll definately be back!
