I was looking for a new nail salon closer to my home, but this place will NOT be it! This place is awful! I don’t know who all these people are that are giving such high ratings, but they must have been offered a special promo if they posted a good review. To start with, I had an appointment and still had to wait 35 mins to be seen. No apology of course. Once I was seated at the pedicure chair, I noticed that it did not appear clean, nor did they line the bowl with plastic either. But I stuck around since I already had waited so long. Then to my horror, they put a dirty towel on my lap… one full of crusty acrylic and polish stains. Yuck! Best believe I asked for a clean one — so the lady rudely gets up complaining in her language and brings another dirty towel — this one not as bad, but still not up to my standards. Noticing the look on my face, she rudely says, «they’re all the same!» WHAT? Where is the health department? Not to mention, the tools she used to do my pedi didn’t come out of a UV sleeve or sanitizer… I’m thinking they simply use the same tools over and over. To add to it all, the staff was not friendly or accommodating AT ALL and they have limited polish choices. I will NEVER step foot in this dump again! And if you are considering going here… I strongly suggest you reconsider!!!

Amazing customer service! Each and everyone is amazing at what they do, Happiness is the most welcoming and friendly nail salon I’ve been to. The best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had… They have a huge selection of colors and there’s always a great movie to watch.

This is the best nail spot I’ve ever been too! Their service is fabulous! A wonderful relaxed place and they stand behind their work. i can’t say enough good things about Romeo and Tracy!

I am so happy I found this new nail spot. Nancy does my nails and she never disappoints. If there is something you don’t like or you want fixed she does it with a smile and never gets mad. With my past experience with rude nail shops blaming my finger for being crooked, or them getting mad and talking about me because I didn’t like the color after all and wanted the polish changed, Nancy’s good attitude and customer service goes a long way in book. You’ll never get that here.

I have been getting my nails done here since they first opened. I have gone to other places here and there but this is the place I’ve always stuck with. Good quality and I always leave happy feeling like I got my money’s worth :)

I walked in an hour to closing and got the best service. Plus they took their time. My nails needed to be shaped, filed, designed and get a pedicure. They came out amazing and affordable. I am referring Everyone here.

BEST NAIL SALON EVER! I just moved up here from San Diego and went to a couple nail places around Glendora and wasn’t satisfied until I came here! Besides the ambiance always being top notch, everyone that works here is sooo friendly, funny and awesome at their work. Go here and I promise you’ll never leave unsatisfied!

His name: Romeo. He is an artist, craftsman, a renaissance man of nails.
He is incredibly charming and both my mother an I are loyal patrons. Going and getting my nails done anywhere would be a treat, but Romeo makes the experience even better.
I live a very active lifestyle, rock climbing and such. Despite my constant battering my nails last forever.

Had an appointment, they check me in. Waited 45 MINUTES and said Nothing to me and my sister in law as we wait. Nothing was done for us so we left. Terrible service!

I asked for a matted color and the girl doing my nails seemed to be rushed when a new party had come in! When I let her know she tried to correct it but I let her know I didn’t want that many coats on my nails. She added an additional 2 coats after that. The owner (who had a great attitude) attempted to buff it out and fix it but it ended up with the same gloss because the gloss was already on there. I was really upset at this point because it was just taking so long and I let them know I needed to just go. The two stars are for the girl who did my cousin nails, my cousin was very pleased with her. When I went to pay I wasn’t given some type of inconvenience for their mess up. I was so happy to have found somewhere close to home, unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Best place to get your nails done! The customer service is great and they don’t get sloppy. Always keeping their customers happy! Romeo and Nancy are amazing! All of the employees are great at what they do
I’m always coming in to get my pedicure and full set and they never let me down! Always end up leaving very satisfied and in love with my nails!
I would always be at different nail shops trying to find the right place and this is it!
Highly recommend it to anyone that loves a great job on their nails, waxing, EVERYTHING!

My first time coming here and Nancy was amazing! I’ve been searching desperately for a nail salon that I would thoroughly enjoy coming to and I found this gem around the corner from my house.
I was greeted immediately upon entering and was told there was a 20 minute wait. (I didn’t mind since I didn’t have an appointment anyway)
Next, Nancy told me how much everything was going to cost before she started the procedure, which I really liked!
After every step: Length, filing, painting, etc; she would ask me to confirm that I was happy with her work. She emphasized that she wanted to me to leave the salon happy.
During my visit, I was offered bottled water. The environment was pleasant and calm, as a salon should be. There was no loud talking amongst the workers!!! I left here SO SATISFIED with my nails and I definitely found my permanent salon!

I’ve been to countless nail salons and never have they done a better job than ROMEO. I have never been «happier» with the way my nails look and how long they last. Happiness Nails is no ordinary shop, and Romeo is an extraordinary artist. The salon is friendly and makes me feel at home. I have grown to love this place and won’t go anywhere else!

I stumbled upon this place through my fellow Unilocalers and been hooked since. It’s a fairly new very clean and updated nail salon. I always go to Romeo. he is very meticulous about his work The price are reasonable yet the quality of work is never compromised. Just to seal it… great customer service! This is my go to nail salon.

Romeo and his staff are the best! Romeo is the best at doing acrylics, getting the shape exactly how I want it and always making sure it doesn’t hurt. I broke my nail and was able to come in the same day and get it fixed even though they were really busy. they really care about their customers and their service is top notch! this is my favorite nail salon! definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing place! Great customer service & nails! Romeo is always sure to give you a laugh (not the greatest singing voice though…) Tracy makes up for it with her great nail designs! Overall a great experience, with a good quality! Definitely will be coming back

I’m usually not the type to be picky or snooty. Unfortunately I have to be honest I was not pleased that after 5 days my gel began to crack and my design also cracked n chipped off on the corner. Manicurist was nice enough to fix it for me. So went back today and decided to go with a different more simple design than the first time and left even more pissed because it was done with a lack of desire to make to my liking or even close to the one on the picture I showed her. I’ll just post the picture and see for yourselves. This place is really good and Tracey is good at designs and Romeo is really good at doing nails. They are talented but unfortunately my experience today with them for the first time was by far the worst.

If you are looking for a new nail artist to do your acrylics, look no further! Romeo has been doing my nails lately, and I absolutely recommend him. He does beautiful work and always makes sure to pay attention to my comfort. He is extremely polite and personable. My nails almost never chip or break. Also I have gotten pedicures from most of the girls and they are all great as well! Gentle and do great work!

I went there at the last minute while in town and they took me gladly. Every time I get the chance I go there. Romeo and his family work very hard and try there best to accommodate your wants. Romeo’s father-​in– law is very meticulous at his job. He gives the BEST pedicures EVER!!! There hasn’t been a better pedicurist then him! Trust me.
