Meet the Business Owner
Shelley R.
Business Owner
Shelley knows the value of time and the feeling of being overwhelmed. As a sufferer of Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome among other health problems, she went from a fast-paced career and active lifestyle to sleeping 20 straight hours a day. She had absolutely no energy and even lost her ability to speak for a year. This was her life for six years. Getting well was a gradual process that took a lot of effort, perseverance, and discipline. She now looks back on that experience with gratitude as it affirms her belief that everything happens for a reason. It taught her to put herself first, to embrace the «now,» and to accept, adapt, and change. She had to walk away from her old way of life to become a better version of herself. She now realizes that peace is always available, and it requires daily effort, even if that effort entails consciously choosing to be still second by second throughout the day! It is her life’s mission to create peace for not only for herself, but for others as well.
